Anybody out there?????
Hard to imagine what financial impact this Co.will have on us retail investors 2 years from now. Truthfully many here will be able to gain financial freedom if this develops into one half of what it has the potential to.Just looking at it with the glass half full perspective.
I hope the absence of posting is not the beginning of the end for this fearless crew.lol
I agree, with all that we know right now it's pretty safe to say .019-.02 is probably as low as this is going to dip. It's a great price to avg. down at IF one has funds available.I think I'm probably in the same boat as many here, don't have any dry powder when I could use it the most. JMO.
robopro, I'm sure many there have worked hard and accomplished much and in return they have their 6 figure salaries and perks and options up the wazoo. Now with that being said, looks to me like they are earning their pay (benefit of the doubt).I've never been a big fan of someone who tells me how hard they work, especially when their compensation is adequate.I'm sure many will disagree but htis is what these people chose to do, so do it well and collect your paycheck and give us the retail investor a slice of the pie too after all we have an interest as well, our hard earned $$$$$$$$$$$. JMO.
Is anyone here expecting anything positive to come out of Met's meeting with Dr.Pandey next Wednesday?
Well, 1 week from now we will know what the score is as far as Pandey's take on retail investors.I am sure he will be non commital when it comes to any specific do's or dont's.We all know he is limited on what he can say, but I feel Met's will get a good take on him from his replys and comments. JMO.
If Chassman files again tomorrow to sell another 25M when is the earliest she can start to unload? I guess my question is will we even get a couple days reprieve from her or does she immediatetly resume dumping? Thanks.
With that being said what could we have for positive movement on a 50M volume day??
It's very discouraging to see these low levels and not be able to take advantage of them for lack of funds. What makes it doubly worse is that I am currently owed $15K in past due receipts from contractors I work for that's putting a damper on the business side of the equation. (Small business owner, sole employee, get the picture).
How can we do a pr regarding the company? None of us are in any capacity with XeChem, wouldn't putting out a pr on their behalf be breaking the law? Maybe I am missing your point, please reply. Thanks.
fox, would the board members names be listed next to # shares owned? I don't have a problem with my board name being there I'm just wondering if it makes the whole very well prepared document look less"professional" by having these seemingly "odd" names listed. Sure you and I know the score with board names, but would someone like Pandey look at it and question it's validity and professionalism when reading some of these obscure monikers. This is just my thought, if I'm off base give me a boot in the ass and tell me to get lost. Thanks again for your time in preparing this.
Send it as is.It is written direct and to the point, but done so in a manner that is not threatening.Sometimes it takes more than a subtle hint to get people off their ass and moving in the right direction. Unless there is some underlying reason brought on by the Co.as to why this will not appreciate in pps Pandey doesn't have much of a leg to stand on when you consider the concerns listed.Again my gut feeling is that Pandey has little or no regard for the retail shareholder, and has displayed this through his inability to effectively communicate newsworthy events with them. JMO.
If there is ONE question that you want answered most to your satisfaction what would it be?
Will you be sharing your info with this board publicly or just via PM to select individuals.
Has Pandey agreed to this? Again, I appreciate your taking the time and effort to do this.
JoChef, I think the numbers we got from holders today should be looked at nothing more than just that... numbers. I really don't think it is going to make a difference if Met's tells Pandey we collectively hold 100M or 300M shares.I would hope that Pandey simply realizes that alot of hard working investors have put their $$$$ into a Co. that they believe has a great product and will be profitable once they start to manufacture and distibute it.I feel that most CEO's don't really care alot about the retail shareholder, after all they really have no say in how the Co. is operated especially one such as this where Pandey and family have a controlling interest. One would hope that the good doctor would like to see everyone involved profit from their investment. JMO.
It's great to know what we hold as a group, but a little scary thinking how much selling will be going on once we start to make our move up.My guess would be that a large portion of these shares were most likely bought well below .02. JMO.
I feel the biggest ??? we could have answered for us when Met's meets with Pandey is has the share price been kept in check by the Co.? I realize that Pandey will never answer this in a yes/no manner, but I'm sure Met's will be able to get a good feel if he is being told the truth or not.We really need to start getting some activity going with this,we will all be having way too long of a summer if we hang in the low .02's JMO.
Well the 8k is out,I guess if nothing else these current levels are great if you want to avg. down from higher levels.looks like it may be a long summer. JMO.
mets, playing devils advocate for a minute. Why should Pandey be at all concerned with a group of people who post on an internet chat board?
As a whole collectively we are holding over 2M dollars at current values.
nearing 100M as we speak. Looks like we have the heavy hittters already accounted for.
You mean 4,185,984.8 in laymens terms? lol
bigdaddy, you've skewed the average!lol.
I doubt anyone here will feel less wanted because of their share count. Not doing this to put down anyone, maybe the person who has 250K shares also has his/her house paid off, automobiles paid off, a fat retirement nest egg, etc. And maybe the person who holds 5M shares is financed to the hilt.It would very difficult to measure one's overall wealth by the # of shares he/she owns in a penny stock. This is being done only to get an idea of where we stand as a whole in regards to share ownership. JMO.
When you stop and think about all the people who have become aware of XKEM in the past few years( bank officials, vendors, government officials in Nigeria, etc.)it's easy to see how many could very well have large positions in this. When you are talking about being able to buy several million shares due to the low pps one can amass quite a nice return in a year or so's time. JMO.
2.2M eom.
mets, could you briefly list the topics you will be covering with Dr. Pandey. Thanks.
FWIW could do a tally, just post your amount would be interesting to see.
mets is you visit with Dr. Pandey on the 16th still a go?
I doubt that Friday's filing is going to do anything to help the share price right now. I feel that if the Co. were to all of a sudden start issuing pr's it would throw up a red flag immediatetly. We are going to be status quo until we are able to somehow get momentum building and get back to the 30M+ days volume. JMO.
His ignorance to the pps has been a bullshit story all along.Good to know we have someone of that caliber going to bat for us!
drifter, can Burg sell into a run up with these shares or is he restricted ? Thanks.
When is the inauguration? Thanks.
Lochute, it would be nice to get some kind of timeframe associated with that statement. I tell my kids to be patient that they too will be able to afford and enjoy certain things in life. What I don't tell them and what I know full well is that it will probably be 10 years from now before that comes true. JMO.
If Pandey is forthright and honest, met's will be able to have these questions answered and we can possibly put to rest many of the assumptions we make here in regards to the pps.JMO.
Would the Co. really care what she makes, they got what they wanted in the form of financing. I surely hope that the companies jealousy over what Chassman is making is not the reason why we have langished at these levels for so long. One would have to be concerned if that were the case, will the Co. always want to keep their pps depressed so that nobody really "profits" from all their hard work. JMO.
What is bought and sold in let's say acct# 12345 is just that. That account has nothing to do with any other.
My point exactly, this is what I was referring to in a previous post.Risk/reward, the reward outweighs the risk when you are dealing with a stock such as this that has become to some extent predictable. JMO.
