As long as you can tell us Rennova operating at full capacity soon and our families will be safe, then it is all good.
'Soon to be new ownership', since no deal has been officially announced yet.
But the move certainly makes alot of sense of local officials have been working directly with the Company to get these hospitals off the ground.
SL still likely going to be set up to be paid large as a minor owner personally and thru Alcimede
George, Where did you get the list? Is it official or your own guesstimate?
Not happening. You dont just rip them out of the owners without acting in good faith for the future.
The Sen. even acknowledged the historical political fault. These Companies albeit not perfect were trying to make magic happen to keep these afloat.
Im pretty sure the Feds have been in discussions with he Company for the past month and half.
Hence the reduction of debt and ownership change.
Really hope the Company can provide an update on both the opening and ownership this week.
GL
Exactly, it should be very good.
Sen. Yarbro even acknowledges past politics has been the detriment. Politics, and for the most part that is being pushed aside here. These hospitals might not only get a necessary jumpstart but they also be left with a far better foundation to build upon.
“I think there is no question that the state’s decision over the recent years has accelerated and expedited those hospital closures,” Yarbro explained.
"Lee did not know any specifics on the timing for possibly reopening 13 rural hospitals in the state that have closed in recent years. An executive order signed Thursday will ease regulations so that more beds can open and more health care professionals can practice"

It's coming George.
Greatly appreciate the perspective and updates.
Don't panic, but take full precaution from spreading.
Have a safe weekend
SoNosey, I think you are misinformed. We are in the middle of a global pandemic & state of emergency. As of last week there are now many approved vehicles both financial and logistically at the Federal and State levels to get healthcare up to capacity.
Ever think the other Fed organizations were sent in to investigate further in preparation for COVID19 as the number 1 priority when they found out from China? For all Rennova issues getting these BK buildings in operation it is not like the Feds are not aware of many challenges in rural healthcare. I doubt they were out for blood for a Company attempting to make something happen where previous owners could not.
We know you dont like the Company and own no shares, but coming here calling others delusional is pretty sad.
C'mon Rennova, Lets get an update!
Stay safe this weekend all.
Thank you. I like the map as its shows there are already confirmed cases surrounding these hospitals between 45m-1hr.
I'll photoshop the hospital locations for reference if they continue to update as the virus spreads.
Stay safe
I get your assertion.
I never understood the previous CAPS and posting style.
I get it now.
Keep posting how you see it, I really appreciate the opposing views when i know they are coming from a sincere voice.
I like it and we need more constructive debating in between all the pumping and dumping
Correct me if im wrong but the previous posting style and use of CAPS was more about frustration with the abundance of cheer-leading here that didn't add up to the state of the company financially and in the news?
While i never agreed with the BK scenario as an outcome, I can really appreciate your opposing view point now that I can see it wasn't simply about spamming with CAPS and provoking longs.
I really wish everyone all the best in wealth and health. Keep posting as you see it Lenny.
Considering your RS prophecy has suffered as many rug pulls from the Company in the past year as us bullish prophets have suffered from rug pulls on financials I commend your consistency.
Seriously though they cant do a RS anytime soon, dont get too tickles by the Pre-14C in the midst of a medical pandemic.
Tick-tock, i think. LOL
10K not due till the 31st...
FWIW?
Why's the local media so quiet on these hospitals when we are in an emergency climate?
I hope there is a ray of light that comes out after this pandemic and some government changes that allows these hospitals to succeed into the future. For everyone impacted.
Also thank you greatly for posting. Stay safe.
The Company still needs to file a DEF 14C with details of the ratio and expiry date. Upon filing this form they need to give shareholder 20 days to review before they can submit the request to FINRA.
So basically it would be a month after the DEF 14C if they realy decide to rush it.
Facts
Forget about the Feds coming right to Rennovas doorstep a couple months ago when they were aware of the virus situation going on over the pond.
Just to put it in perspective now, the virus is now in Tennessee even with the early travel ban, now even Trump himself calls an emergency, our major corporations/institutions have all isolated down in lockstep and people are a forced to close down all gatherings due to the aggressive spread that has been very clearly documented. Yet somehow I'm being told this is not serious and more to the initial point that Rennovas hospitals are not wanted to be ready in this emergency?
Bizarre. Maybe 12year was right this morning that downplaying the situation early on has some unfortunate impacts on some people. Either that or someone really doesn't want to see JRMC open.
The government may have slowed the initial onslaught, but it got thru and it spreads like a mother. The virus doesn't care about that old travel ban, it is not in and there has been no relevant testing to asses the real spread as of yet. It is going to get serious now and this should be glaringly obvious.
We wouldn't be shutting down all our workplaces, gathering and institutions unless this wasn't about to hit the fan on our healthcare systems
Not sure anyone suggested anything about Fentress population being a hotspot or even what that means?
All that is being pointed out is the importance of these hospitals for the emergency we are now in and about to face far more extensively in the near future. The spread is significant to say the least and we just barely started scratching the surface of testing to even grasp how widespread it truly is already.
It is also clear the Feds were recently looking into these hospitals and the company has been doing significant things in the background since.
Unless you don't see this virus spread as a real emergency then it shouldn't even be a surprise why these hospitals are so important
For sure. I still believe the hospital would be opened in 'good faith' by parties. Also with a short and long term strategy in mind for the decision making here.
The amount of money and rules changes right now due to this unfortunate situation could end up paving the way for a better future for rural health post virus.
Just getting all 3 hosptials up and isnured as Rennova was intending in conjunction with the new Federal grants and rules will be interesting to see if they get that opportunity
Exactly my point. They are no help as a Tennessee contingency plan.
I'm pretty sure they want these beds ready given what is going on right now.
The Government, past and present at all levels are also at fault here when it comes to the lack of success in rural healthcare, i'm more prone to believe in a time like this, heads are coming together for a deal to be worked out by all parties. To place sole blame on the Company working to find a path would be absurd, unless there was proof of something shady I am are not aware of.
CD has put in 24 Million out of his own pocket in effort to try to get these well known, previously bankrupt hospitals off the ground i think that would be quite a questionable move to force it away with basic compensation, even for temporary purposes. I just dont see this and it doesn't address the bigger picture challenges post COVID19 that do not fall squarely on this company.
A partial reason for the proposed shift in ownership may be to avoid any personal conflicts between the CEO and Politicians going forward to allow for better communication thru these discussions and onward. Hopefully.
Oh and welcome to the board. Please feel free to share more of your experiences good and bad
Seeing 'added value' and Rennova used in the same sentence makes me want to add a bit more baileys in my espresso.
One day, maybe. LOL
I really enjoy your posts and opinions caffeinated or non-caffeinated.
Down playing vs. Panic
Both can have some health consequences
As long as serious holistic measures are being taken to deal with the spread to minimze the impacts to the vulnerable id much prefer people are led to stay calm during this period.
What we don't need to create more heart attacks, cancer strokes and suicides from added stress that is unnecessary.
All im saying the facts will change when we have more extensive and accurate data over time. We don't at the moment.
I also don't deny any of the scientific differences in anyway, but I also can acknowledge the vast similarities in symptoms and transmission being compared without getting into the hardened Poltics nor do I see it as problematic comparison
The seriousness is undeniable here but I hope one day we can have a bigger discussion on whether we should be taken the flu more seriously. Possibly shifting summer holidays into the spring to better prevent spread of all respitory infections.
Somehow I fear the flu vs. Coronavirus Poltics would get in the way.
I have little doubt the spread and current impact on our care system is being pushed with COVID19 but the data being used to debunk a reasonable comparison is not all that accutate.
No one knows the exact extent of total cases to even measure a true impact rate anywhere in the world. S. Korea being the most extensive and it seems and their numbers paint a much softer picture. Whereas the flu has decades of data of actual total cases
The 'experts' cherry pick the data that suits them best and the most hardened deniers will take theirs. But the comparison with the flu is completely legit and it shouldn't be a big deal to say as long as the serious impacts of this C.virus is acknowledged alongside.
There are more similarities then differences between the symptoms and transmission of the flu. So while no one should take this corona spread lightly and we need to stop the aggressive spread to protect our healthcare systems, it is not really not unreasonable to compare the impacts.
But you know, Politics.
Trumpcard, you just mentioned people would be shipped out to hospital boats in the ocean
Now you say people will never be transported?
There has been a new resident CEO, and multiple job calls since the closure. Obviously there would be a ramp period but just getting the OK to move forward would be huge and I'm sure the CEO knows exactly what is required and just needs the support and means from above.
If they get their background debt in good standing, and assistance from the Feds in relation to the insurance issues it is very reasonable to expect the rest to begin to fall into place soon after. We know for a fact the debt is in negotiation and also know the Feds have been sniffing around to get these hospitals fully functional
The climate is right to actually get things done
What are the minimum standards you feel they not be able to meet?
Coronaviruses are quite common and quite often people believe they have the flu its actually a coronavirus.
Wuhan Coronvirus (COVID19) is a previously unrecognized coronavirus

What hes saying is that if you can filter out the surface level petty political optics and look underneath the hood in this crisis you will see there are many urgent actions currently being done for the greater good.
As long as you like positivity dont ask for my 4-7 year market outlook LOL
My current mindset:
Praying for the world, giving upmost respect and thanks to our front line workers, appreciating the good people close to me, being brave enough to BTFD into mass fear, and making a firm promise to give back some profits to those truly in need should this pandemic be the catalyst that bumps RNVA to get off the ground.
Lay low, stay healthy & GLTA
Nice post.
While the origin is sketchy I don't fear the current virus as something that won't be quickly overcome in the bigger picture.
This period of tough decisions and economic pain will likely have everything well under control in the coming months.
Then as we slowly ramp up the institutions and gatherings i firmly believe the economy will be going to absurd levels much quicker and for a few years to come with low rates and governments pumping billions
Healthcare will be front and center. Rennova should be working under a more friendly system as well in the coming year
This will likely not run until George stops predicting it will run.
I am respectfully suggesting a self imposed 14 day prediction isolation on this board from our good friend. So we can all hopefully make money here someday
In tough times we must make tough decisions for the greater good.
We love you George, and we are all in this together but individually take greater precautions to do our part in stopping the aggressive spread of bad news related to this Company.
