Would it be a good thing if it was toxic debt and selling through a VWAP with multi millions of shares every month? What do you think would happen to the pps then? Be very thankful that although the Posner trust is a business that wants a return on its investment, it doesn't want it at any cost. We are effectively still an OTCBB stock and are very lucky to have an investors selling responsibly, trust me! If anything it's one of the reasons to still be engaged here. JMHO
There has been approximately 5.9m shares traded thru August (as of yesterday) Posner's trust sold approximately 695k thru August so maybe total Posner shares are anywhere between 10-17% maximum (swag) of volume. I can live with that as an average. The 2 worst days were the 11th and 13th of Aug:-
On 11th they sold 100k shares and volume was 609k (16/17% of shares)
NOTE: On 12th when volume was thin and only 115k, Posner trust sold zero shares.
On 13th they sold 75k when volume was 451k (16/17% of shares)
Actions speak louder than words I think they know what they own and are selling as respnsibly as they want to in order to sustain the pps in a tight range whilst waiting for positive developments. In short I think they're trading around a core position. JMO
All totals are an approximation but not too out there in cloud cuckoo land.
To be honest Nebs I look on this as one of your 'suicide' buys, if it does it does, if it doesn't, Next!
They're obviously not stupid or are being advised by someone because those 4.35m shares were acquired in Dec '14, which surprise surprise was at a near 2nd half of 2014 low (still applies) At least they are selling in a responsible manner and have shown how and when to expect shares to hit the market. This is no big deal IMO.
"Pursuant to a settlement of previous claims, debt arrangements and personal guarantees between the Trust and certain third parties, on December 3, 2014 the Trust acquired an additional 4,350,000 shares of common stock of the Company (the “Additional Shares”). The Trust will sell the Additional Shares and other shares of common stock of the Company that it owns in an orderly fashion and as the market conditions permit, in order to satisfy certain obligations of these third parties and otherwise comply with the terms of the settlement. Once these obligations are satisfied, the additional proceeds from the sale of the Company’s common stock will be divided between the Trust and the third parties pursuant to an agreed upon formula.

Thanks Nebs. I haven't done any DD at all, don't even know what the SS is, lol. I just looked at a 3 year chart and over past 2 years there seems to be a run around this time and so far this year there's been nothing meaningful so hoping it's around the corner
Morning Nebs, I thought I'd take a shot to nothing here to see if the run at this time of year comes to fruition. Playing with lunch money so no harm no foul. Happy trading
It seems to me that with the volume being fairly low over the last 2 qtrs, maybe the "manipulation will drive it down to where it was before" that you are talking about is being instigated (or used by the shorters), through the volume from you and your group, "Those who entered with us were very happy to exit with us." to effect that manipulation.
Let's face it you're a trading group that wants to maximise profit and I seriously have no beef with that, it's what we're all here for, but to suggest that sweet FA has changed (read SROCK72 post below) and that warrant holders will sell circa .45 for a few cents profit is laughable and disingenuous at best. Agree 100% Phin.
What can I say, I'm as frustrated as anyone but the VATS cert has been awarded so we just have to have patience. I don't even follow this day to day now just have an alert out for any news. I've waited this long so I can certainly wait another 2 qtrs to EOY and then I'll make a decision either way. JMO
Never seen a positive T-trade on the OTC, could get very interesting if it is. JMO & GLTUA @ ECIG
Bergy Bergy Bergy, I bet you're a good laugh on a lads night out! On ECIG though I wouldn't want to see that 50MA busted, especially on heavier than average volume.
You didn't need to have a brain the size of Wisconsin to have an educated guess that this may revisit the 50ma again and I thought everyone traded around a core position to take advantage of spikes and dips? Once again you don't have to have a brain..............
Last year the 6K came out on 29 Aug so it'll probably be out either just before or just after the weeknd of the 29th. I'll wait until then to see what's what, maybe they're just too darn busy to reply
More smoke and mirrors from a failed company, more bagholders waiting in the wings. This scam operation should have been sent to the greys ages ago!!!!
Welcome back Bergy, nice to see you in full (negative) flow again, missed your (doom and gloom) posts
Slightly different:- 'The future's bright, The future is QDX'
Thank you very much for transcribing the call. The one word I take away from this is Credibility, we have a real shaker and mover at the helm who (I believe) will deliver everything he says he will.
So basically we have increased results QoQ/YoY, a reduction of costs of approx 30% from last qtr and the O/S, which hasn't changed since Q1 was filed, is 11m less than Q2 last year, so we also have zero dilution.
Another word has just sprung to mind, Undervalued!! JMHO
CNBC energy analyst saying oil could drop to low 30's, wow not good for the industry. Thumb screws on Putin now.
Here's the ECIG page from the OTC official site and share structure as of Jul 15 2015, (which is after the additional $6m loan at the end of June). I think it's still gonna be the 70.4m shares (as seen below)

I hope to see some revs coming forward, being delivered soon (however small) If not then Ruby's gonna get another email
I think another poster has said they've been told ECIG will file normally by 15th. (I think it was posted either today or yesterday)
Ok cheers, I thought that was the case and it's not all doom and gloom. So the bottom line is, if they exercise all the warrants at once and sell at the lowest price we see 270m O/S and $90m bucks in the bank?... and we have a wave of cost cutting and weeding out the crap (with more to come) to add to that, plus the increasing revs and 'Road trip' after Q2 to get the word out. I'll take my chances here still as it sounds like the risk reward potential is positive. Many thanks for the reply. GLTUA @ ECIG
Do they have to pay for those warrants?
Trying to be "humble" but you took a loss here and you also took a loss of 50% in another stock and you want to offer people "an opinion they might find helpful". Not being funny mate but you're the last person I'd think was helpful in making trading decisions unless you're into "meaningless garbage". JMO
Have to agree, the increase in pps all the way to Q2 will probably provide a sell on news event. JMO
I understand that, I wanted the poster (to whom I was replying to) who seemed to think CH7 was confirmed, to post a link to prove his B/S theory?
Can you give the link to ch7 confirmation? MTIA
Just games in between the flow of news, normal OTC crap that will stop eventually, just gotta ignore it.
I agree with with you Trevor, can't see how this can be misconstrued as anything other than a positive step forward.
Well that makes 2 of us, lol.
Over the next 18 months I'm hoping we'll be saying anything under a buck is a steal, lol.
Amen, 1st and last time.
No mate I'm watching the Tour De France, I've stopped worrying about the day to day movement. I'm as sure as I can be that the story here is when not if. GLTUA @ UMEWF
It's definitely worth a shot
Good to hear, nice to see 'new blood'
I am a share holder here but I have a bit of a problem with the statement "Net profits before tax". Just don't want any negative surprises!
"Net profit, also referred to as the bottom line, net income, or net earnings is a measure of the profitability of a venture after accounting for all costs."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Net_profit
I hope you'll give the 'accountacy for idiots' rundown, for those of us (me) who are FASB challenged, when Q2 filings are delivered. GLTUA @ ECIG
I'm pretty sure it's the first time they've mentioned being in 10 provinces in 2015? I think we're all a bit worn out with the length of time for the rollout etc but one day we're all gonna be glad we had the patience to remain here. JMO GLTUA @ UMEWF
