Sorry for the private message sender but I can not reply in private (free account). I hope everything works our great for everyone.
Falcon786, nobody can know if it will go back to 0.0006 but with the potential it has, if things went well then 0.0006 and even its double 0.0012 will both be called "cheap prices".
Are we going back to .0006?
nathanial, "Maybe they plan on working this weekend" implicitly means maybe NOT too, a zero statement at the end. It's either you and other posters who post similar "maybes" know solid information and post it, or please keep your thoughts and hopes to yourself. A while ago another poster raised the hopes of the board and gave a specific time for releasing long awaited information today then when it crashed and took the price with it after reaching a good level, it turned into a technical discussion about the words he used, instead of how he irresponsibly gave false hope about updates to other traders who might have bought because of him. That helps only demoralize the shareholders and scaring off potential others.
If you and other similar posters really believe in this stock and that its price will appreciate then you better hold, wait, and have patience. The news will come when it comes, not sooner and not later.
Maybe they plan on working this weekend.
EJo, why things are looking grim? There are many things in the company besides the current PPS and they do not look bad. Even the PPS itself, it's great comparing to 5 days ago. The PPS must fluctuate and must retrace at times. I would be worried if the price kept moving up without a breather and not on solid news and support because if it retraced - say from 0.005 - to the current price range of 0.0015-0.002 (which could be the current acceptable value range), then the psychological effect would be devastating.
The price could plummet but there's also a good potential for heading north very high putting in mind the different factors from fundamentals to expectations to traders sentiment, and especially the little float which is not usual these days in penny stocks.
This is in no way a call to sell, buy, or hold, but it's only how I see it: it has a good potential. I believe if/when it moves high, it will be worth the wait.
EJo, a good and respectable company does not give updates because it's getting attention, it gives them if/when there are developments worthy of announcing. On the other side, releasing fluff updates will do nothing but harm the company image along with its share price.
Excuse me, is this a real PR or a prank? Is it true that this company spent a good amount of money to release a PR to announce its intention to hold a sort of internal meeting (with a subsidiary) after 3 whole months from now to have what should be a recurring and regular business meeting and discussion? And then used the same PR to remind of the failure webcast that all it did was repeating and affirming the 10-Q information, and upset and frustrated the shareholders, and caused the share price to plummet immediately after its release while it was very promising just before it, a webcast that should've not been released at all. Then as if the harm that web cast has caused was not enough, the PR reiterated its contents again and posted a link to the webcast so more people can watch it to increase the harm it initially caused?
Why didn't they also announce that the CEO intends to go to the supermarket on August 14th to buy his grocery? This should be equally important!
I don't know if this company meant to tease the shareholders or make fun of them, but I can't translate it in any good way. Many companies try to blow hot air balloons to make something out of nothing but this time it's beyond absurd and shows an utter disrespect for the shareholders.
Two things can help you buy. Buying at ask and avoiding the "All-or-None" special instruction. You'll need to take your chances with the latter though because you might end with a a partial fill only. With good amount of shares available at the ask you have a pretty good chance of getting all the shares you want on one or several fills. Also never change your buy price after the first partial buy (or sell) or it will be considered a new order and you pay a new commission.
Both buying at ask and "None" at the same time can give you a better chance if you want to get in badly.
bigstocksnbonds, you need to look at FMNJ in 2006 for another lesson. Wasn't it for the nationalization news (of a non-mining industry) at its peak that caused it to go down, I can't imagine what would've happened if it continued its uptrend.
Does anyone here have a direct or indirect experience with medical marijuana? I'm keep reading opinions with and against the use of marijuana. Some say it could be easily abused and others say it's drug addiction in disguise especially with the availability of other alternatives. Others compliment it's effective treatment for pain. Opinions please.
Also does HESG offer forms for consumption other than smoking?
Los from TX, but what is the company doing to clear the restrictions. If they care about this stock they must keep the traders informed about their actions to restore confidence during this price drop.
Immie, the restrictions affect the PPS negatively. Shareholders on both ST and TDA can only sell and not buy and selling takes the price down. It's volume leading down not up.
GoGo Girl, I doubt the PPS will see a good rise with a lot of traders who use TDA and ST left out unable to buy. The company and traders must work on solving this problem for the price to relly reflect the market sentiment.
dr33m, I inclined to believe this. With both TDA and ST restricted and a good portion of the retail buyers locked out off the game, and at the same time sudden large movements in the balance on both sides, it seems to me more like orchestrated game by the MMs that normal retail market action.
The problem here for TDA and ST traders is that that game is harder for them. Once they fall for that trick (if any), they are locked out and can't get back in and their share left to a other traders. If you are one of those, be sure you really want to sell before doing so because after selling you can only watch.
I'm thinking that buying back and retiring shares could be a condition put by MNJA for the merger. This would be good if true because it would indicate something serious is going on and that MNJA's and HESG shareholders' benefit are going in the same direction at least in this area.
tmbl4ya, I don't know but Bid MMs on Level 2 increased to 2. Interesting to see. I'll keep watching.
elbiatcho1, the question still holds. Who paid for the booth shared by the two companies? Did they also share the cost or BBDA took care of everything with shareholders' money instead of Potencia paying its share? I never received answers to such questions. I'd like to know.
This is a booth for Potencia and BBDA together but I want to know who paid for it? If Potencia paid, what is the ratio? Until such information is clear, I can't help but think that one of BBDA's main roles is to fund and promote Potencia with shareholders' money via dilution.
diddi, yes I'm on the newsletter but haven't received anything yet. It could be some delay and should come soon if you've received yours.
I still wish to see the total size of the pre orders to be shipped and how Potencia is faring after 3 years in the business to predict how BBDA could fare too under similar management. I hope it doesn't boil down to a few samples sent out to fill the delayed delivery of those complaining of not receiving their online orders. Also I'd like to know about filling orders for the 1000+ stores announced in an earlier PR. Brian should have a rough estimation by now.
diddi, where is this announcement as I can not see a newsletter or a PR. All I can see is post #84450 by intheclouds which is not an official announcement. Please clarify.

Voila, distribution-announcement from the man himself.
Guess Wyatt was telling the truth after all, right bashers ?
LOL
That's right Jdub33328. It really amazes me how second hand information relayed to some people with any evidence becomes "certain" and "sure" and "know" and "guarantee" while all facts announced show that Brian is distracted between races and festivals. We've seen photos for Brian in races and festivals but none in production or meetings and still people are "certain" despite all that. Really amazing!
shinerg, thank you for the PM. I can not PM myself and don't care that much about BBDA. I just write when I feel I have some time and there's something worth writing about. It's also the exercise and fun of exposing a wrongdoing that I feel after seeing too much in the stocks world that now I can spot out when something does not look right. It's just happened that BBDA is currently the one stock that I know its history well and also it's still active in a suspicious scheme but it could happen with any other stock if the situation repeated.
diddi, yes I want Wyatt to stop doing it because he himself could be fooled by Brian and not knowing it. Brian keeps releasing PR for worthless things like the race who nobody care about anymore and when it comes to a shipping date he relays it through Wyatt instead of releasing it in a huge PR. Does this make any sense? Not to me.
Yes I want Wyatt to stop that and to have such important information released officially by Brian or it would be another bump and dump attempt after all the fluff racing and festivals method failed and became ineffective.
Wyatt, please let Brian announce anything officially to hold him responsible for delivering to his promises!

Jeez guys, the man lets us in on some nice info and this is what he gets ?
I for one am glad he does this once in a while.
If you guys keep busting his balls everytime, he might just stop doing it. Is that what we want ?
intheclouds, I can't PM but it was all asked and when it comes to the valid and important questions that show Brian's wrongdoings they either don't reply or call the one who asks "basher" to evade the discussion and distract the readers.
Wyatt Lee, do you mean you take responsibility instead of Brian? How do you guarantee that? Should you be the one to blame if the deadline is not met?

No problem Wyatt. Then when will BBDA ship to distributors and what are the total size or order in queue?

I do not have a date for "in store", because I do not control the distributors!
BBDA ships out to the distributor and the distributor, distributes to their retail outlets!
There is a process here........
BW is not personally putting the product on the shelves.
chocherita, it was me who asked for an official PR for what Wyatt Lee mentioned to hold Brian responsible if he didn't deliver as usual. Now I even demand more. I want Brian to disclose the history of Potencia and I don't care if it's a private company. I want to see if they could turn Potencia through it's 3 years life into success or failure so we can predict what he will do with BBDA and also to clarify our suspicions if Potencia is free riding BBDA for advertising and other services such as BBDA's online store selling Potencia's product and whether Potencia is paying anything for showing it's logo and products beside BBDA's in every race, PR, festival, ...etc, or is it BBDA who's paying all the cost from the shareholder's money to promote Potencia.
Wyatt Lee, you are apparently in contact with Brian and you receive replies form him to your emails so please ask him for answers to the questions above.
Waiting...

MEN the whole thing is a HUGE MESS with bbda, bw doesn't even know how to run a business, this is getting worst that I thought,he has nothing accomplished, he lie to all of us to buy time just to print shares and sponsor his passion for race cars and the lucky kid that nobody knows and cares. Way to go bw. and like someone pointed out before bw should sent a pr about this sample being distribute next week not the mod so bw can't get away in case something bad happen, I smell a rat on this game.eom..

robdel, good point. "samples" and "orders" do not go together. Stores place orders for tried and approved of products so they wouldn't need samples. And if they need samples, it means they still need to try the product first so there wouldn't be orders.
What I could gather is that samples will be sent out to try to whoever interested and the stores that like them will place orders. So there are no orders yet until they are placed "by virtue of (Internet)" depending on the samples acceptance.
Wyatt and Brian, please explain.

SAMPLES? = What Wyatt?
Please explain the current timeline now that samples will be shipped out on (maybe?),October 2nd.
I don't really understand what samples means in terms of soft drink distribution.
Wyatt Lee, this is an exciting news but I'm confused here. I received the announcement email from you not from Brian (a forwarded message sent from your email address and signed by Brian!!!), why hasn't Brian announced it himself directly to the shareholders? (there's a newsletter mailing list already) Wasn't this news important enough and worth announcing instead of yesterday's worthless PR? Could you please ask Brian to announce this officially to give it some credibility and also to take the responsibility if he didn't deliver to his promises? So far, Brian is not responsible against the shareholders because he hasn't announced anything to them and so there's nothing to blame him for if nothing happened.
And by the way, October 2nd is not next Friday, it's the one after.
Please tell him also to announce the size of the orders that will get filled precisely with exact numbers. He should have the size of first week's orders at least, I want to know it.
Waiting for official announcement and total order size to be filled...

KOMA Unwind Production and Shipment Update:
It has been confirmed that ALL "KOMA Unwind" orders will be shipped by next Friday, (October 2, 2009).
Samples will be sent to distributors, retailers and grocers first.
Then by virtue of (Internet) who ordered first, they will go out.
Thanks
Brian Weber
shinerg, because the company name says Bebida "Beverage" Company not Bebida "Racing" Company. But you are right, what's different this time from the ones before.

Why would anybody complain or expect anything otherwise? The guy won!!! We've had Pr's on all the other races, wouldn't you expect one now???
Another racing PR!!! I wonder if Brian and BBDA are that successful with racing, why don't they leave the beverages business and work in racing instead? Anyone who followed the past couple of PRs would believe that BBDA's main line of business is car racing! And it's all done under the alleged "exposure" and "promotion" for products that do not exist (so far they are only ideas with samples).
firebag1, it's not always like that. Sometimes you do not believe but you have to stay (bag holders). Sometimes you stay because you like the game of hunting such and exposing such managers. Sometimes you want to protect newbiews. Whatever the reason is, I prefer to move away from discussing personal issue and focus on the main point which is the company, the management, sales and production, ...etc.
At many times I pointed attention to something wrong with a company here or there only to be surprised with a strange reply telling me sell and move on. I always reply to the distracted poster telling him "but still you haven't answered the issue, it's still valid, forget about me and what I should do and answer the point I raised!!!".
I have only 1 post left so I won't post again tonight unless important.
Good luck to all.

well it simply boils down to this
you either believe or u dont
you either stay in or u sell out
that goes with any stock traded on any exchange greenharvest
complaining about it might help u manage your frustrations mentally by getting it off your chest but it wont help anything else especially the share price....... i used to get incredibly upset when things werent transpiring the way "I" wanted them to!
its not about what "I" want cause it dont mattter!
were on Brians timeline here - like it or lump it he holds all the cards, the whole kit and kaboodle (did i spell that right lol)and we just have to wait it out by holding or finally feel u had enuff of his bs and sell!!!
its entirely up to u what u do here is it not greenharvest?
i am willing to stick around and can "afford" to stick around - thats the key!!!! people who cant "afford" to stick around are freaking out and heres where i blame them - if u cant afford to watch ur investment go from 500 to ZERO dollars u should not invest period - cause u will have a tuff time with that and believe me its not healthy when u think about ur demise 24/7 - BEEN THERE DONE THAT!!!!!
srloan, no we did not. What we saw in that PR was a blurry and ambiguous wording that serves to create a buzz for traders to buy more shares while holds nothing at all against the company. Read below and enjoy:
From August 17, 2009 newsletter: "We didn’t want to go to extremes with the site until we have decided unequivocally about the potential merger VS an alliance with Potencia USA LLC. This will be a major topic for discussion in the coming months between Daisy Ramirez, myself, and the other personnel that have been on this journey since the beginning."
From September 8, 2009 PR: "The dynamic alliance of Bebida Beverages (Pinksheets:BBDA - News) and Potencia USA"
In short, they promised nothing so there would be nothing to violate. Unfortunately for them, this drum banging failed to create the share buying spree they aimed for (out of the unlimited A/S that will never dry out).

If Potencia can be bought from BBDA's website then why is KOMA not being offerenced on Potencia's website. They have a much slicker site than BBDA's.
firebag1, no you are not wrong and I agree with you on giving him not, no problem at all. The problem is with what's being done with that time. Let him take all the time in the world but he must manage the situation well too. When the anxious shareholders who've been waiting for production and sales keep receiving PRs about racing and festivals and no real news about what they care about, this helps ruining the credibility of the management and the company image.
When you keep receiving a fluff PR after the other for a long time, indirectly you build the impression of a company that has nothing real to give and that's set a trend of fluffing to attract new money (especially when the A/S is unlimited).

i trust him to do the right thing
i trusted him with my money and i wanna see it grow
its not over yet or do u think it is?? if u think a little longer term i think u will be rewarded!!

srloan, up to my knowledge, the website itself started with a free template on a free hosting (another blunder) but not anymore, now it's a better developed website at a paid hosting. But in all cases, the online store was not free up to my knowledge.
However, back to the main issue. Whether the website and store were paid by BBDA or not, why is BBDA taking Potencia for a free ride in it's PRs, online store, home page, ...etc? Shouldn't Potencia be paying in return of these "services"? Shouldn't BBDA be focusing on it's own products and brands? This is not a general online store to sell everything in.
I asked Brian on this board before to disclose this issue before but never received an answer and still the question is open.

Some Potencia products are being sold on BBDA's online store (the store that was developed by BBDA's money is used to serve sell the product of Potencia). ?
DIDNT YOU SAY IT WAS A FREE SITE ? What did that cost us share holders.
Yes this will run when production no#s and order status is PR'D.
imo
srloan, here's what I see:
- In almost each and every BBDA PR, Potencia is mentioned. This is, free promotion for Potencia with BBDA's money.
- Some Potencia products are being sold on BBDA's online store (the store that was developed by BBDA's money is used to serve sell the product of Potencia).
- Potencia Energy Drink and Potencia "Blast" Energy Shot are mentioned on BBDA's website homepage (as of now).
- Potencia drink is shown in BBDA's website gallery although they could've concentrated only on their own product, why take another product with you?
At the same time, Potencia is not doing any of this to BBDA because BBDA is the company with stock shares that can dilute and fund Potencia. It's only BBDA that's taking Potencia with it and promote it (and pays for that from shareholder's money) but not vice versa.
It's not clearly announced but there are deductions that anyone can make and that's what I see... BBDA is indirectly funding Potencia by at least saving it money in some activities.
There are some facts srloan. Meanwhile, what BBDA gets in return? This thing thing that we don't have any facts about.
Oh, and by "subsidizing" I meant supporting or promoting to make sure we are on the same page.

You should not post stuff like this WITHOUT FACTS..

firebag1, I have no problem that the CEO is working long hours and appears at the races which is his hobby at the weekend. My problem - and try to see it from my side - is that he attaches his hobby to the company and at the end all what is PRed is races and nothing about production.
Actually firebag1 the problem is that I look at the big picture and I see the whole forest and in that big picture I saw nothing at all related to the production and sales. I mean something real. I wish there's something I didn't see to prove me wrong but where. I've seen this many times firebag1 and at a certain point you stop believing in the company and start believing that there's something wrong going on especially when the company keeps evading the core issue (production and sales) and keeps banging drums here and there. I hope I'm wrong and there's production and sales that I've missed.

2 - on the weekends he appears to be at the races - well it is his passion - and is prolly in a casual way getting additional contracts just by being there and by having the koma and potencia names on the vehicles = EXPOSURE!!
3 - think about number 1 and 2
4 - look at the big picture - imo u cant see the forest for the trees but that is your opinion and i respect it.

What is this Wyatt Lee??? Let me remind you of the following:
- We are talking about BBDA and it's products, not Potencia's (the company that's been subsidized by BBDA shareholders' money).
- We are talking about products on shelves in tens of stores, not on your desk.
- Even if this is BBDA's product (which is not), a sample can still be a full pack of any product.
- I want to see the sales revenues and profits figures of BBDA's products.

Wyatt Lee, I'm not sure I understand you. Shareholders are waiting for real sales and photos will not solve this problem. If there have been real sales we would've known about them already, right. Let me tell you a good measure, forget about photos and this issue is controversial. We've seen enough photos. Give me 6 bottles and I can produce a whole movie for you.
