I don't know if we have the solution the the oil leak but I do know that BP flew Malcolm and an associate to Louisiana and is putting them up in a hotel at BP expense. We have to see how this develops.
As far as the BB designation goes that's being handled and if we by chance happen to lose it its no big deal because when we strike oil we will migrate to a much higher exchange anyhow. We need earnings first.
There is talk about doing away with the OTCBB designation and a new method of reporting to replace it. The OTCBB is not well liked through out the world.
The success of this company is dependent on striking oil and not some format of reporting
I can understand your concern, however the problem is being handled and I believe a PR due out as soon as the lease is approved, (Hopefully in the next 2 days or sooner) will include information about the OTCBB filing.
In addition I have heard that the company is involved with a solution to the BP leak problem in the Gulf. It looks like the solution is in the Flare Gas Technology.
Malcolm Bendall with a solution to the Gulf coast oil leak will become a living God!
The disaster to the environment will cost BP billions of dollars and the loss of jobs to the fishing industries can't be measured as the oil leak continues. There is a tanker that has extended a mile long hose to the leak and is sucking up the oil as it leaks out. This is not a cure by any means but does help in limiting the amount of oil spill. BP had a first quarter profit of $12 billion so they are not hurting financially but their reputation is shattered.
EEGC for me lucy thanks
I agree but you have just touched on the problem. Where there is a large amount of money to be made there will be crooks bilking the public. The brokers rob from the poor and give to the rich, a reverse Robin Hood. Nite has been under investigation by the SEC and Congress and I think he borders on anti trust by controlling most of the market. The SEC should be eliminated and the duties taken over by the Justice Dept. The SEC doesn't have the trained people to spot scams by well trained CPA that know the gimmicks. I need not mention names because some are in jail and one bilked the public out of an estimate $50 billion. Its all public record. Congress as of late has been kicking the SECs butt and they are responding to save their butts. the banks are loaded with crooks as well as the brokers. One financial institution was just fined $450,000 and amount less then the cost to bring them to justice. They paid out billions in commissions, if you want to teach them a lesson then take their commissions for a starter and as a lesson not to do it again multiply that by 2 or 3. If it isn't profitable to steel they won't.
You have two different conditions that exist today. We have laws and we have the enforcement of the laws. We don't need more then a fine tuning of the laws in some cases what we need is to enforce the laws. Hugh fines and jail will solve the problems.
Yes this is America where the mob runs free to bilk the public.
Good afternoon:
I hate to say I expect a PR because I have been wrong so many times before but I can't predict on timing. I believe the Minister has signed off on the lease but can't be sure till the company PRs it and the status is changed on the MRT website. If in fact he did sign off on it it should be in the Sunday Mercury newspaper in Tasmania. They, (The Company), are pushing to remove the "E" from EEGCE that puts them in good stead with the OTC BB reporting. Keep the faith and a little more patience by the beginning of the week a better light will shine.
OK with me you do it, you are now an asst Mod
A minor distraction, keep your eye on the ball, Drilling and striking oil.
EEGC is right on top of it. It is not readily know but they hired an aircraft carrier to train the flight group and even practiced night landings.
We know what we are doing and nothing will fall through the cracks. Oil will flow, count on it. In the process of reclaiming the oil they even thought about removing falling feathers.
I have a bunch of additional questions lined up for my next interview and that situation will be covered then. Its a good point. The albatross was chosen over the oou oou bird. The breaking and the landing of the albatross can be a problem and steps were taken to prevent damage to the equipment. Tasmanian citizens lay in the runway providing a soft landing area. It is anticipated we will lose several volunteers but the numbers were deemed to be acceptable.
A wells notice should disclose when oil is found in the water rendering it undrinkable. Switch to bottle water till the well is fixed
That information is available and I believe it will be on the MRT website. I think its a 5 year lease but I don't know all the conditions.
It just goes to show how stupid some people are trying to use resources to ID some horney employees rather then focus on improving the operation to clean up dirty wall street.
The auditors have completed the 2008 return and are finishing up the 2009 return. This is necessary to remove the "E" from EEGCE.
I expect a PR either today or tomorrow.
There is so much information that has not been addressed and that the general public isn't aware of I would suggest you just wait and let the company do their thing. Many will be surprised. The process is about to begin and patience is about to be rewarded. keep the faith.
We all await the arrival of the new lease to get the ball rolling. I have solved the Eagle problem and I think the government will be appeased. I have had several clay Eagle models constructed and we saved the feathers plucked from the birds before we cooked them. The feathers will be inserted into the clay making a very close resemblance of the real bird. The models will be places back in the nest to fool anyone checking them out. We also added chicken feet and a carrot for a beak. The birds were very tasty but tough, they fought us all the way to the oven. I told my wife to kill the birds first but she never listens. Uh women!
I would expect another PR tomorrow about the minister signs the lease. That's the big one and starts the ball rolling.
The company is working on removing the E from EEGCE which will do nothing for the stock but restore confidence for correcting a late filing.
The Big rig will be paid for and the process of shipping it to Tasmania will begin.
Telephone calls have been made to the oil forman underground to get the oil to pool up in prep to jump into the drill and be pumped out. I can hear the voice of the oil now, "I'm free, I'm free at last", Its a good feeling knowing we have contributed to free oil.
Many other facilities will be lined up. The hotel has been renovated and ready to receive the workers. Much beer will flow both in Hobart and my house along with a quantity of Scotch and Vodka. Tubes will be shipped to all the sites, Hobart will get straws for the mixed drinks and tubing for the well. Medical staff will be on site to sober up the drunks, and or refilling glasses. Transportation from the hotel consisting of 10 speed bikes and manual skooters will be used to transport the people. Security will be made up of Tasmanian devils. To speed up the process we will eat the nesting Eagles thus eliminating the need to protect them. Waste and garbage will be trucked to the mainland for disposal at the homes of our opponents.

Empire Energy Corporation International (Empire, OTC Bulletin Board: EEGCE) with its wholly owned subsidiary, Great South Land Minerals Ltd. (GSLM) announced on Tuesday, May 11th, 2010 that GSLM has received and signed the documents for its Tasmania Basin license EL14/2009. This license area includes the two main structures identified in GSLM's previous seismic and gravity surveys; the Bellevue and Thunderbolt domes which leading independent consultants, RPS Energy, estimate could contain undiscovered potential petroleum resources totaling 447 million barrels of oil, which would potentially have a value of $2.2 billion assuming $5 per barrel.
Empire and GSLM CEO Malcolm Bendall said, "I am delighted that the Company has jumped the final hurdle and we now await the signed copy from the Minister. We will now be working hard to complete all the conditions precedent in order to resume drilling. I am very happy that the new Minister, the Honorable Bryan Green has expedited preparation of the license documents allowing the state to move ahead and potentially develop a valuable oil and gas industry in Tasmania."
Empire Energy Corporation is an international oil and gas exploration company, focusing on developing assets in one of the world's last virgin basins and to become a leading low-cost finder of hydrocarbons. The Company is currently operating in Tasmania's central and northern basins.

Hope should have nothing to do with buying a stock, we all hope to be rich but no such tag is attached to a stock. Logic should be used, investigate and if your findings justify putting up money for a positive potential then go for it. When you buy a otc stock your risk is greater then a NY stock exchange stock but the the return of a NYSE stock is less and may well be a long wait. The return on an OTC stock can be many 100 fold but it never comes with a clock attached. If you don't have the stomach for this game exit it and go to a place that offers the comfort you seek. Most OTC stocks fail so the risk can't be measured and that's why research is so important.
If you knew what I know you wouldn't say that. Besides if its such a waste of time why are you here?
This is the EEGC itinerary as I see it:
The Minister signs the lease then:
Moses will go back up the mountain and this time remove his slippers without being asked. A bush will ignite and a voice will be heard and Moses will ask your questions and the voice from the burning bush will say," I don't know!"
Look for a star rising in the east followed by 3 wise men riding camels and dressed in fancy robes wearing jeweled crowns. Don't ask them because they don't know either.
The next logical place for Empire Energy to drill is Greece since it is a buy product of oil
In the future more and more people will rely on Empire for natural Gas instead of beer.
EEGC advertisement: Pepcid AC or Tums won't stop our gas.
[B]Looking forward in the future at a gas station on the highway with the name of Empire Energy and their advertising campaign, "IF YOUR CAR RUNS OUT OF EMPIRE GAS IT WILL STOP!"
I believe they are working on the removal of the "E" at the end of EEGCE
If this stock hits just $10 you will not only be able to buy a new car but you will be able to afford gas for it as well
The $8 estimate is based on the oil in the ground and estimates by an outside appraisal. $8 a share is way too low for actual oil strike. Think multiple hundreds of dollars based on how much oil is discovered and recoverable. maybe even thousands of dollars per share. No way of telling until holes are drilled and measuring equipment is used to determine the quantity
There is no specific date. It requires a series of events to take place and when that happens the drill will turn. There is no copy of the lease available at least right now.

Empire Energy Corporation
International (Empire) (OTC Bulletin Board: EEGCE) with its wholly owned Australian subsidiary, Great South Land Minerals Ltd. (GSLM) announced on Monday, May 10th, 2010 that GSLM has received notice from the Tasmanian Director of Mines, that the License documents for EL14/2009, that GSLM has to sign before the Minister gives his final approval, will be available for signature around lunchtime, 11 May 2010 (Aust EST). GSLM will be seeking board approval and legal advice on whether the terms and conditions of the EL14/2009 are acceptable to the company before signing.
The Director of Mines previously advertised his intention on March 17th, 2010 to recommend to the Minister, GSLM's petroleum exploration license application EL 14/2009 covering 785,800 acres of the onshore Tasmania Basin.
In addition to forward progress on the issuance of Exploration License 14/2009, GSLM received notice from its financial auditing firm UHY Haines Norton (UHY) that UHY has successfully completed its audit of its 2008 accounts. UHY is now working on the 2009 accounts. Empire is currently in the process of completing an audit of its USA 2009 accounts and expects them to be issued shortly by GBH.
Empire and GSLM CEO Malcolm Bendall announced "This news on the forward progress of the Company's nearly eight month old license application is a sign of the positive future for Empire and its shareholders which will build on our $50 million investment. Our Australian auditors have declared GSLM's 2008 accounts are in order. As soon as the Minister declares our license is in order, Empire and GSLM will re-commence drilling at the Bellevue and Thunderbolt sites in accordance with the drilling plan contained in the license application. We are pleased that the new Minister for Energy and Resources in the newly elected State Government led by the Premier David Bartlett, is Minister Bryan Green, the same minister who renewed GSLM's SEL13/1998 2nd 5-year term license in 2004. His help and advice allowed GSLM to undertake extensive seismic and gravity surveys leading to the discovery of over 12 seismically defined structures considered to be valued by independent experts at over $3.3 billion. We look forward to working with the new government led by Premier Bartlett and with Minister Bryan Green in developing these petroleum resources for the benefit of all stakeholders including over 500 Tasmanian shareholders. Issuance of exploration license 14/2009 will represent the first time that the Company will have both an exploration license covering seismically defined prospective structures and an economic valuation of those structures (The economic valuations by WHK Denison and RPS Energy Pty Ltd, which apply to a larger area, can be viewed at the company website at www.empireenergy.com). The Company's current market capitalization and share price is 200 times less than the current economic evaluation of our total discovered prospects of US$3.3 billion comparative market value.
Upon formal issuance to GSLM of exploration license EL 14/2009, the Company plans to immediately resume its drilling program, update its environmental studies and complete its goal of commercializing oil and gas within the Tasmania Basin.

I am getting information from all over the world and its all highly positive.
I look for an explosion of the stock price very shortly, beginning and continuing this week. I believe we will have an abundance of smiling people and by this time next year very rich people.
The value of the sites in Tasmania are increasing in value every day close in on our goal. We have some of the best Oil people available in the world on the Empire payroll. Up until a week ago nobody even knew we ordered the rig a year ago or so. We have the best people there is and the knowledge they bring to the table and were in on the ordering and configuring the drill unit. I for one leave the operation of the company in the capable hands of Malcolm Bendall and his superior staff to see us through to finding and delivering oil.
Good morning all; We are due for something great to happen and this may be the week. EEGC has answered any and all questions posed by MRT and we wait for approval which could come at ant time. Patience will be rewarded. Thanks to all.
My pick again is EEGC thanks
Everything that was said by the SEC and the hedge funds is absolutely true.
Now on another topic. I have just acquired the Brooklyn Bridge that I can be tempted to part with for a measly $5,000,000. Bid are being taken now.
Excellent research thanks for sharing. I am hearing beginning next week some time we should have the lease. Lets hope there are no more delays and we can get on with the drilling process.
The Company office in kansas was relocated a while back. Thats the office Garrison maintained and had a copule of desks and a secretary. There was no need to maintain that location and to conserve capital outlay they closed it. I believe the operation may be out of John Garrisons home. It entails 2 computers a phone and a fax line. All the information needed to satisfy the SEC and alike comes from outside auditors and accountants anyway so there was no need to maintain and expensive office in the United States. The office in Tasmania is an entire floor of a big office building and thats really where the operation is managed. After we strike oil and funds are more available that could changed again.
The termination date for round 2 of the rights offering is set at May 19th per the last PR. The lease could arrive at any time now and we move forward publicly. We are moving forward even without the lease. The meetings and actions are being taken every day to see that everything goes smoothly.
A bit more patience is required but well worth it.
Yes I have it. Anyone that wants it send me your e-mail and I will forward it. It won't copy and past on IHUB for some reason. oops I forgot here is my e-mail address

Really, I get so much stuff that's its impossible to keep track of it it all. I am sure you will see pictures of it in the future when they use it to drill. They have been very busy lately with the lease and have neglected the website but once the ball starts to roll the website will be updated and more information will flow. Right now the company is addressing the important matters. One of which is getting the E knocked off the EEGCE, + a bunch of other things. Patience.
