Okay, so the CEO is sitting around worried about some posters on ihub that he would sacrifice transparency and support from his long share holders just to piss a few off? Then say the company will use all means necessary to raise money but really he was just joking and gagging on the few on here? If that's the case, you have way more to worry about than I ever thought.
Once again, that's contrived to turn something into a positive when the reality is diametrically opposed to it. It's a "Well at least..."
Let me clear up the dilution questions as many here just don't seem to understand it.
Dilution stems from share issuance, not share selling. You can issue 1 Billion shares and sell none of them for a year or two or three and it's still dilution. If the shares outstanding rise, it means shares where issued but not that they were sold. So shares that were issued over the past year can still be being sold daily right now and can continue to be for many many months.
The effects of dilution are twofold:
1. Every share issued makes your proportional share of the whole BBDA pie that much smaller
2. When issued shares hit the market, it can drive the price down.
People shouldn't confuse dilution for share selling. It's not the same. Large block trades aren't dilution, they're sells from it.
I said nothing about the past 8 months. The math on the rest is ridiculous to try and convince that 2.3 Billion shares issued was a slow down in dilution. I'm not going to bother answering your posts any more as everything is twisted and flipped around. It's getting old.
THat's pretty much bs. This is sounding more like stuckage at this point. It's pretty ridiculous to see this.
Negative tends to not have any stake while positive does and will say anything to help since they have a vested interest. I call BS on negative also.
It means you're stuck and can't sell.
It's not a popularity contest. After all these years I do get cynical and bored with the BS people will post in their self serving interest. Your problem should be with the company for not following through time and time again.

I don't care who you asked. I pointing out why he didn't answer the question since I answered it prior.
And the 12.3 Million's after a 1 for 1000 reverse split, lol.
Uh, I answered the direct question so I doubt there's a need to reiterate it.
12/31/2011: 846,111,020
12/31/2012: 2,300,000,000
Golly gee. So where are all the pictures of those shots at Walmart? And what happened to Potencia?
Yeah, thanking a professional stock tout trying to lure more suckers into plays like BBDA? lol.
When was the last time you heard about Relax 5 or Potencia? Potencia was supposedly a $2 Million a year brand back in 2009. Relax 5 has an abandoned website that no one visits, just like Potencia's that hasn't been updated in half a decade.
Of course not. That's illegal, lol.
That's right. There's very little transparency with this company. Walmart really doesn't impress me.. They'll take in lots of junk to sell. It's not like they're the holy grail of retail, just very large and wield a lot of power because of it. Since we don't know the terms of any of it, I'm not impressed at all. Dollar General cheapens the product even more.
Have you ever seen anything on any filing that pertains to taxes? Even quarterly estimated tax? Or how about state tax?
It's not even a big IF and you know that.
I'm not going to list it all out. It took 5 minutes to gather up all the info. I just gave the biggest clue so it shouldn't be too difficult to find the rest.
And I saw a Unicorn today too. It's just amazing how people will create any scenario possible to make it work the way they would like it to. Either way you look at it, BBDA's a diluted, half cent pig.
Add another private company to the mix:

Where's it say all of anything?
The Kudzu Agency is Bebevco. And they usually try and recruit flunkies through craigslist

This was the first reference to it:

I believe this person misinterpreted one of my posts showing an increase of 50 Million from the financials and somehow came up with 63 Million and it spread from there. I reviewed deleted posts also and couldn't find any earlier reference.
Good to see you posting. I hope things have gotten a little better for you on the home front. More of the same here in BBDA land. It's been pretty boring for a while now (you haven't missed all that much).
Sure. At every store for 10 hours. Think about it.
The one to OTC Markets. They're a joke but have to include the real share counts when submitting them.
Share counts are about the only thing I ever trust with these companies.
...or it sounds good to say and have no substance behind it. Many of us have heard it for years and it's never happened.
You will know. What you won't is how many shares get issued until the next quarterly comes out. That's 3 months for the quarter plus the filing period. If I were to guess, I'd say a reverse split by April 1st. That would hide dilution until almost August.
If you reverse split and gag the TA, it's easy to issue shares quietly. It's what's happened before. Yes, sooner or later it does come out but a lot can be done for months before the next quarterly comes out and the share counts are known.
I know that was the reason because the TA's gagged. If he was sticking to his limits, no need to gag the TA. Obviously it wasn't to hide a buy back.
Someone here used to call the T/A to get regular updates.

If he was sticking to the self imposed limit than the update wouldn't have been necessary. Either the A/S gets raised or the stock will be reverse split.
I don't believe him. Most penny stocks use growth as an excuse for watering down everyones holdings. And I still won't believe it is growing until I see audited annual statements. These companies love to tout expansion but neglect to tout contraction at the same time.
