Every little bit helps. Eyes on are always good for this stock. Soon we will know more about what is going on behing the curtain............Really sounds good that US valuations are sure to be higher......:) :) :) BILLY BADMAN
Some investors are unaware of how much information goes out to the early movers who will push the NASDAQ Listing. Standard stock talk like the Chinese Wall means that in order to interest the deep pockets crowd, not all good news is released to the public before all the money is on board the train. There has to be something there to interest them in investing all that money. We will learn more as we see just what a valuation is given for our MKB Listing. Those of us who are already on board will profit and the others? Who cares......
MOKO Social Media is inching towards a Nasdaq listing, with yesterday’s announcement that it had filed a confidential draft registration the latest kick.
US valuations of its college, sporting and political smartphone applications are sure to be higher and it remains a speculative buy.

Got a little update, have more information also, but will wait until I can formulate my thoughts with the new information that I received today.
No insider information but we are closing in on 16 clubs with the SCORES franchise now. Not counting Scoreslive.com
This is turning into a long term investment for some of us. We will reflect back on the early days here for sure in the future. We were the first movers. Good luck on your investing all.

WAZ UP? BILLY BADMAN
On a news driven stock, news good or bad is going pull the MKB Cart. Bad news, going down, good news, going up. Not sure what type of news is coming. I bought 2000 shares of MOKOY last week. That is 40,000 of MKB as the MOKOY ADR rate right now is a 20 per 1 share difference. BILLY BADMAN

The halt will be in place until it issues a release or until 21 February.

It had a cash balance of $4.87 million at the end of the quarter ended 31 December 2013.

Top 10 steakhouses in New York
Published January 22, 2014/
Gayot
Some tourists visit New York City to go window shopping and see the latest fashions hanging in the artistic window displays. But as the Super Bowl approaches, some hungry visitors will prefer to see dry-aging filets from Kansas City hanging in steakhouse window displays.
But knowing where to go in the Big Apple can get confusing. Here's a list of the best of the best -- from a Brooklyn icon to a steakhouse within a gentlemen's club. Talk about a strip steak!
Costata
206 Spring St.
New York, NY 10012
Chef Michael White, who has amassed a small empire of Italian establishments in New York, goes steak-centric at this SoHo restaurant. The namesake Costata is a 44-ounce tomahawk rib-eye for two that arrives looking like it was carved from a brontosaurus with a huge curvy bone arched on the plate.
Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House
1221 Avenue of the Americas
New York, NY 10020
This Dallas import feels like a longtime New York establishment. The interior is usually packed with suits and the staff seems to manage it all quite gracefully. The beef at Del Frisco's is served nicely charred on the outside and rare within, and the kitchen makes an effort to jazz up regular sides of creamed spinach with bacon and some diverse seasonings.
Maloney & Porcelli
37 E. 50th St.
New York, NY 10022
Maloney & Porcelli is the kind of place many lawyers and other suits seem to love. There's a big bar and the menu is dedicated to classic American cuisine from the '30s through the millennium, which seems to mean gargantuan portions of hearty fare. Start with oysters and then order an aged steak; it comes nicely cooked --- and naked (don't forget to order potatoes and vegetables).
Nick & Stef's Steakhouse
Madison Square Garden
9 Pennsylvania Plaza
New York, NY 10001
Über-chef Joachim Splichal created this steakhouse in honor of his twin sons, Nick and Stef. The walls feature photographs of notable Madison Square Garden events, including images of Muhammad Ali, Joe Louis and Bob Dylan. In addition to a porterhouse for two and other beefy choices, the menu expands on the traditional steakhouse repertoire.
Peter Luger
178 Broadway
Brooklyn, NY 11211
For over a century, carnivores have been traversing the Williamsburg Bridge to the Brooklyn side to sample consistently excellent steaks at Peter Luger. Established in 1887, the steakhouse delivers plus-size porterhouse steaks prepared in a method that has not changed since the first day they fired up the grill.
Quality Meats
57 W. 58th St.
New York, NY
Merge the know-how of the Smith & Wollensky empire with an interior designed by NYC firm AvroKO, and you have a recipe for one of the better steakhouses in Midtown: Quality Meats. The menu is cheekily traditional, including a selection of fresh oysters alongside velvety crab cakes and Caesar salad. Steaks run the gamut from a trio of filets to the double rib steak for two.
Robert's Steakhouse
536 W. 28th St.
New York, NY 10001
Steakhouses in strip clubs have officially become de rigueur. At least in Manhattan. Robert's Steakhouse at Scores is sectioned off from the club, but there are still views of the stage action. The action on the plate, however, is a formidable opponent. The porterhouse for two is the way to go, a massive bone-in chunk that could actually feed three carnivores.
Sparks Steak House
210 E. 46th St.
New York, NY 10017
At Sparks Steak House, the tender Prime sirloin is the house specialty, but you can also try the juicy filet mignon, the lamb chops or the charred veal chop. Then there are the absolutely gargantuan lobsters. Be sure to start with a classic shrimp cocktail, some fresh oysters on the half shell, or a wedge of buffalo mozzarella with a thick slice of tomato.
Uncle Jack's Steakhouse
440 Ninth Ave.
New York, NY 10001
At Uncle Jack's Steakhouse, the masterpiece is the 48-ounce porterhouse for two, sliced French-style and served basking in its own jus, which results in a tender cut, nicely grilled, with a flavor of beef and hickory.
Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse
233 Park Ave. S.
New York, NY 10003
A national steakhouse mini-chain, Vic & Anthony’s is housed in a spacious room with a bar up front and a quiet dining area in the back. The bone-in rib-eye and filet mignon are nicely done: juicy and tender enough that a knife sinks right through.
Good Job. This is really what we Need. We Need the Company to become Investor frendly and start giving out tidbits of News. Mr. Gans has his fingers in so many Business ventures that he Needs to tie them in somehow. SCRH would be a great way to tie them in. :) :) :) BILLY BADMAN

From Russia with love: NYC clubs flying in extra strippers for Super Bowl
New strip club Vivid Cabaret is opening just in time for the big game.
By Evan Bleier | Jan. 16, 2014 at 10:59 AM | 0 comments
Jan. 16 (UPI) -- In preparation for the Super Bowl at MetLife Stadium just outside of New York City, several strip clubs in the Big Apple are importing Russian strippers to help meet the anticipated demand increase.
A representative from Scores confirmed to TMZ that the club is bringing in women from Russia, but that’s not to say that American dancers are being left out.
To commemorate the big game, Rick’s Cabaret International is opening a brand new gentlemen's club that will feature a “non-stop party” from “January 29th through February 3rd to celebrate the pro football championship being held this year in New Jersey”
The party at Vivid Cabaret will feature adult film stars including Tera Patrick, Brandy Aniston, Ash Hollywood, Kendall Karson, Savanna Samson, Monique Alexander and Heather Hunter.
“Opening of a completely new gentlemen’s club in Manhattan is exceedingly rare, so we wanted to build one that stands out in every way,” said Rick’s Cabaret International CEO Eric Langan. “Our guests will be amazed at the way we’ve packaged all their favorite elements in a fun, exciting, and most of all, friendly, setting.”
The most anticipated event of the football season is fast approaching – score big before the game even starts and secure a spot to catch the whole showdown at Scores Atlantic City on Sunday, February 2. The sports-filled day features drink and food specials, VIP packages, a gourmet buffet, exotic performers, and prime, unobstructed viewing on multiple HD flat-screens or one massive LED screen. The region’s sexiest adult entertainment complex is the place to be on Game Day.
Depending on their preferred viewing experience, guests can opt to watch a live broadcast of the game in The Spread, Scores’ casual sports bar, or in The Black Box Cabaret, Scores’ premier event space with VIP options, beginning at 4 p.m.
Of course, the party doesn’t stop when the time clock does. On February 2, Scores will be open from 4 p.m. to 4 a.m. During half-time, the action will move off the field and onto the stage in the Black Box Cabaret for an exclusive performance by Scores’ world-renowned exotic dancers, donning lingerie and barely-there sports attire. The festivities will continue well into the night in the Black Box Cabaret, as well as in Scores’ futuristic main showroom, the Electric Fantasy Club, which boasts an on-stage LED video screen, 360-degree light show, and a bar that glows. Need a little privacy to celebrate those incredible touch downs? The Libertine Room, Scores’ super-lux celebrity lounge complete with a private entrance and its own pole center stage, is available for private parties by reservation. As for The Distrikt - guests will just have to follow their desires along the mysterious red-lit corridor to discover the surprises that await.
To make reservations or for more information about Game Day and other upcoming events at Scores Atlantic City, call 1-855-500-SCORES or visit www.scores-ac.com.

Hmmm...Projections2014...oldmanbadman rdncoic Update
Our net income was $169,607 or $0.001 per share for the 2013 nine-month period compared to a net income of $126,749 or $0.001 per share for the 2012 nine-month period. The increase in net operating income for the 2013 six-month period was a result of an increase in royalty revenue and decrease in administrative expenses during the nine-month period.
So just for fun, look at around $240,000+ net income for 2013. While not a lot, it is net income and not loss. Good. Add income from the new Clubs which are real Profit makers because the 240,000 net income for 2013 paid all the costs for the year. ( General and Administrative Expenses) Without the new Club projected earnings.
The two new Clubs and the success of scoreslive.com could push the net income to around one Million for 2014 which would be roughly $0.006 Cents a share for 2014 low ball figure. High ball figure with increased sales could reach the $0.01 Cents per share for 2014. Just my thoughts and they are good! :) :) :) Billy Badman
Another way to look at the Business plan from SCRH is to understand just what is reported by Scores. Other businesses in the Nightclub game Report total Revenue and then Profit per share. SCRH reports the .05% paid to it from the Clubs(Or a flat rate) and then the earnings or profits. So if SCRH reports a $700,000 total Revenue stream for 2013, that would mean the Nightclubs and the other Revenue like Scoreslive pulled in an impressive $14,000,000 in sales to generate the $700,000 in royalties to SCRH. So we can see here with the numbers given to us, we have a really heathy Business in SCRH.
After admin costs are taken out, the net income is given. As more and more Clubs open, admin costs go down and the net income starts to get impressive.
Billy Badman, If we meet your projections. What do you project the PPS will be in 2014?
Blackcat
It is hard to guage Investor Sentiment, but I would go easy with your prediction of .25 to .50 Cents U.S. Maybe a Little less or maybe a litle more. :) :) :) BILLY BADMAN Let us say more.

For the 2013 9 months the roughly 30,000 in royalty Money coming from ScoresLive.Com translates to over one Million in Revenue for the full year. I have been following ScoresLive.Com on www.Alexa.com and noticed the increased Internet traffic leading up to the Revenue increases.
We will get the revenues from ScoresAtlanticCity for the full first quarter in 2014 and almost a full quarter for ScoresDetroit also. And of course all the other Clubs and the scoreslive too. Will we hit the .01 Cents a share Profit then? :) :) :)
Our Three Tiered Marketplaces
Our Open, Transparent and Connected financial marketplaces provide investors with the information necessary to intelligently analyze, value and trade 10,000 U.S. and global securities through the broker of their choice.
To create clarity in the investment process, we organize these securities into three tiered marketplaces - OTCQX, OTCQB and OTC Pink - based on the quality and quantity of information the companies make available.
OTCQX Logo
The Best Marketplace with Qualified Companies
The OTCQX® marketplace offers the best informed and most efficient trading for U.S. and global companies. To qualify for the OTCQX marketplace, companies must meet high financial standards, be current in their disclosure, and be sponsored by a professional third-party advisor. Designed for the most reputable, liquid and investor-friendly companies, OTCQX ensures that investors have the information necessary to intelligently analyze, value and trade their securities.
OTCQB Logo
The Venture Stage Marketplace with Current U.S. Reporting Companies
The OTCQB® marketplace offers informed trading for securities for smaller or developing companies that are reporting to a U.S. regulator (SEC, Bank, or Insurance). Since OTCQB has no minimum financial standards, it includes shells and penny stocks that are current in their disclosure to regulators.
The OTCQB marketplace has effectively replaced the FINRA operated OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) as the primary market for SEC and bank reporting securities that trade off the exchanges.
OTC Pink Logo
The Open Marketplace with Variable Reporting Companies
The OTC Pink® marketplace offers trading in a wide spectrum of equity securities through any broker. This marketplace is for all types of companies that are there by reasons of default, distress or design, which is why they are further sub-categorized by the levels of information that they provide.
Current Information
Companies that follow the International Reporting Standard or the Alternative Reporting Standard by making filings publicly available through the OTC Disclosure & News Service pursuant to OTC Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines are designated as OTC Pink Current Information. The Current Information category is based on the level of disclosure and is not a designation of quality or investment risk. This category includes shell or development stage companies with little or no operations as well as companies without audited financials and as such should be considered extremely speculative by investors.

Overview
Scores Holding Company, Inc. ("Scores," the "Company," "we," "us" or "our") was incorporated in Utah on September 21, 1981 under the name Adonis Energy, Inc. We adopted our current name in July 2002. Since 2003, we have been in the business of licensing the "Scores" trademarks and other intellectual property to fine gentlemen's nightclubs with adult entertainment in the United States. There are six such clubs currently operating under the Scores name, in New York City, Atlantic City, Baltimore, Chicago, Tampa and New Orleans. The Atlantic City club commenced operations in September 2013.
On January 27, 2009, Mitchell's East LLC, wholly owned by Robert M. Gans, acquired a majority interest in our outstanding capital stock. I.M. Operating LLC ("IMO"), which is partially owned by Robert M. Gans who is also our majority shareholder, has signed a licensing agreement with us and commenced operations in New York of a club (the "New York Club") under the Scores name in May 2009. Throughout this report, we refer to the New York Club and the Atlantic City club as our affiliates, because of the common ownership by Mr. Gans. All other clubs are referred to as non-affiliated clubs or as licensees, a term that may include the New York Club and the Atlantic City club when the context requires.
On August 6, 2010, we appointed Robert M. Gans as our President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our Board. Robert Gans and Martin Gans, one of our existing Board members, are brothers. Also on August 6, 2010, we appointed Howard Rosenbluth as our Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.
Results of Operations
Three Months Ended September 30, 2013 ("the 2013 three-month period") Compared to Three Months Ended September 30, 2012 ("the 2012 three-month period").
Revenues:
Revenues increased to $187,861 for the 2013 three-month period from $181,774 for the 2012 three-month period.
Revenues from the New York Club decreased twenty-one percent (21%) to $39,584 as compared to $50,370 for the 2013 and 2012 three-month periods, respectively. Revenues from our Chicago nightclub increased seventeen percent (17%) to $38,970 for the 2013 three-month period from $33,298 from the 2012 three-month period, while revenues from our Baltimore club decreased three percent (3%) to $35,669 for the 2013 three-month period from $36,589 for the 2012 three-month period and revenues from our New Orleans club remained the same at $30,000 for the 2013 and 2012 three-month period. Revenue from our Tampa club remained the same at $30,000 for the 2013 and 2012 three-month period. Revenue from our Scoreslive.com licensee increased seven hundred ninety-nine percent (799%) to $13,638 for the 2013 three-month period from $1,517 for the 2012 three-month period, largely as a result of increased marketing efforts.
Revenues under our license agreements vary from a flat monthly fee to a percentage of revenues on a monthly basis.
General and Administrative Expenses:
General and administrative expenses increased during the 2013 three-month period to $122,768 from $112,856 during the 2012 three-month period. General and administrative expenses increased approximately by $9,912 from 2013 to 2012, which increase can largely be attributed to the hiring of a part time accountant. Legal expenses attributable to ongoing litigation amounted to $42,033 for the three-month period ended September 30, 2013 and $26,250 for the three-month period ended September 30, 2012.
Provision for Income Taxes
The provision for state income taxes relates primarily to the greater of average assets and capital taxable income. The average assets and capital are not impacted by net operating losses.
Net Income:
Our net income was $64,420 or $0.000 per share for the 2013 three-month period compared to net income of $67,840 or $0.000 per share for the 2012 three-month period. The decrease in net income for the 2013 three-month period was a result of the cost associated with the services of a consultant during the three-month period.

Future Capital Requirements:
We have incurred losses since the inception of our business. Since our inception, we have been dependent on acquisitions and funding from private lenders and investors to conduct operations. As of September 30, 2013 we had an accumulated deficit of $(6,389,147), with total current assets of $345,840 and total current liabilities of $499,578 or negative working capital of $(153,738). As of December 31, 2012, we had total current assets of $270,341 and total current liabilities of $572,520 or negative working capital of $(302,179). The decrease in total current liabilities can largely be attributed to payments made on a loan owing to Mr. Gans in connection with funds advanced by Mr. Gans for the settlement of the Siri Diaz et. al. litigation referenced in Note 7 to the Company's financial statements.
We will continue to evaluate possible acquisitions of or investments in businesses, products and technologies that are complimentary to ours. These may require the use of cash, which would require us to seek financing. We may sell equity or debt securities or seek credit facilities to fund acquisition-related or other business costs. Sales of equity or convertible debt securities would result in additional dilution to our stockholders. We may also need to raise additional funds in order to support more rapid expansion, develop new or enhanced services or products, respond to competitive pressures, or take advantage of unanticipated opportunities. Our future liquidity and capital requirements will depend upon numerous factors, including the success of our adult entertainment trademark licensing business.
Off Balance Sheet Arrangements.
The Company has no off balance sheet arrangements that have or are reasonably likely to have a current or future effect on its financial condition, revenues or expenses, results of operations, liquidity, capital expenditures or capital resources that is material to investors.

FEARLESS in Fourteen is the call for investors this year. Forget taper trauma, Chinese cryptics and Canberra collywobbles; if you are not in the market, you won't get a rerun of last year's glory days.
Twitter, Facebook and Freelancer set the tone, and in the opinion of The Australian's staff and contributors, they flag a rerun of the dotcom psychology that stormed the markets a decade ago. Business models are different nowadays but they are still based on internet and wireless technology, and will grow as e-commerce inevitably grows.
One word of caution: e-commerce stock returns are spectacular, but they can suck money away from the usual speculative grounds in mining and exploration stocks.
Here's the collected wisdom of The Australian's staff and contributors on where to tread - perhaps carefully - among the hot money flows in 2014.

AS a student, do you want to know how your football team is doing in the US or when training has been rescheduled, or who's got the best pizza prices tonight? This app-provider makes your smartphone a source of information, and an advertising platform, because you will probably read the ads as well. All that means it has a revenue stream, from 10 million smartphone owners and, with a Nasdaq listing, a sympathetic audience. Its shares have rocketed, but it's still really a spec buy.

BE SURE TO READ THE WHOLE REPORT says BILLY BADMAN
We are pleased to report, for once, reality appears to have exceeded expectation.?
Scores’ Succulent Bites?
The new Scores adult entertainment nexus at the Taj offers a dazzling array of food.?
By Frank Gabriel Posted Dec. 18, 2013
We recall the conversation vividly.
Will Savarese, executive chef of Robert’s Steakhouse, giddily talking up big plans his organization had for its new Atlantic City outpost, during a grand opening fete last year.?
I will readily admit skepticism; one need only glance at a vacant Boardwalk lot formerly housing the Sands casino to confirm that A.C. has had plenty of suitors fail to deliver on promises.?
At that time, Savarese explained the proprietor of Robert’s Bob Gans’ audacious vision — a massive Scores gentleman’s club a floor above Robert’s in the Taj Mahal, allowing that he anticipated crafting a menu of casual food for them as well.?
We are pleased to report, for once, reality appears to have exceeded expectation.?
Visiting the Scores complex — it really is just that — we marveled at what has been accomplished in a little over a year.?
The labyrinthine, multi-platform facility is an adult entertainment nexus, an R-rated Disneyland.?
True to his word, Savarese developed a ‘bites’ bill of fare for one particular section: Scores’ sports bar, that is both wise and wide in scope. So much that it, like the entire Scores concept, should be perceived differently than others of their genre. The food here is more like a generous listing of small plates than ordinary deep-fried bar grub.?
Begin with the number of options, close to two dozen, with most product coming directly from the prestigious kitchen at Robert’s.?
Like a United Nations worth of sliders — beef, pork, sausage, meatball, lamb and crabcake, all arriving nattily attired in shiny mini Brioche buns.?
We appreciated the thought evident: utilizing cuttings from their sublime selection of meats to fashion sliders — too ubiquitous for our liking — into something truly special.?
The best twist, however, just might be an original item called “Swine wrapped in clothing.” This upscale New York reworking of the classic blanketed pigs stars local favorite Sabrett frankfurters. Pleasantly robed, they bake, rendering out their fatty goodness into attached puff pastry. Caramelized onions and cheddar bring their own flavorful qualities and a swath of Dijon for dipping completes a pretty picture.?
Easily one of the coolest bites of food we’ve encountered this year.?
Wings are available three ways: hot, mild and Asian, the last arriving glazed in a sticky, dark and intense sauce tinged with a bite of licorice — perhaps star anise??

NEED A JOB??? SCORES DETROIT!
Posted November 27, 2013 (Last Comment: November 28, 2013)
The new Scores strip club is hiring:
"Hiring every tue from 5pm-9pm ENTERTAINERS,bartenders, servers, bar backs , door girls"
I'm thinking of applying. I've worked too many years in offices, being bored to death by the daily routine and my co-workers. I want to work with strippers and drink all day.
But what position should I apply for?
1. Entertainer (stripper)--This would probably require a sex-change operation. No thanks.
2. Server--I could do this, but I don't believe a male server would get many tips.
3. Valet--This would be a job I could do, but I would be outside without a view of the strippers.
4. Bathroom troll--I suppose I could do this job too, but I still cling to some scraps of self-respect.
5. Bouncer--I would need to be bigger and tougher. This is not a job for a 98 pound weakling.
6. Bartender--This sounds like the best fit. I would be inside the club where I could stare at the stripper all day. But I would have to learn how to mix drinks.
What job would you apply for?
PS. Don't worry Investors,Billy Badman is not looking for a Job. :) :) :)
