rtaff, I have been involved here a good while, (if I told what I first bought at I would delete the msg. myself) and IMO this family has had good intentions, perhaps misguided: that said, every past PR was met with drop in PPS. Of course shares were coming out of the woodwork. I think they are a little gunshy after name-calling, their reported miss speak about O/S, and other things. I first bought on low O/S and hope of an auditted financial. Now, I hang on because I feel they do have a great product. This has been a lesson for me and this is not my first play. I still am very long with better DCA and have no idea where this is headed!! Perfect example of PINK SHEET 101...AJMO..D

Braden, Yeah pretty low at .20..I had planned on buying another setting (the lady of the house says we have enough, what does she know??)after Son called at close. Looked at Level 2, 275 shares..Not a very impressive paint job. Wonder what this next filing will cover..Doodlerose...Will it be an eyeopener?? IMO I don't think so just yet..My hope is about three months of patience down the road..All my guesses

I have been onboard, long, with this for a while..Joe did some very valuable DD much earlier. I won't say what my first buy was at, but I have DCA to a more comfortable position for me. I still think their product will overcome possible mgmt. error, etc. This has turned into a Raging Bull type slugfest and IMO that tain't productive. Joe is right about misinformation by phone, not just him. By the same token, I allow that this family operated business was little prepared for the stockholder attention they received in SPADES! Culture shock aside, one reason I invested was that they looked like a family. Maybe things happened a little fast for them (I am still way down, so patience is low) and they are trying to get it back on track. I don't know, but I am thinking we are either for or against them and my position says, let's slack off and give em some time.

Randy, IMO you are both right..The key is whether ole Cap'n Rodney is crazy for his product to be successful or just sorta crazy and been bamboozled by bloodsuckers. Any mgmt. without share power enough to control their own fate (salaries,etc.) might as well make jelly enough for themselves alone. 500mil. shares O/S with another 500mil.(hence, 1billion total)in safe hands of ole Cap'n meaning he will realize he best keep control or P$$ on the fire and call the dogs for his and our hunt will be over, is fine by me!!! I won't say where I first bought in at but have DCA much better. What caught my eye was their product and mention of a financial report, possibly even unauditted, after New Year. Stil optimistic, surely mgmt. is learning something as time goes by!! This can still work and make us all proud if mgmt. gets it together. AJMHO...Come in Cap'n Rodney, Earth to Cap'n Rodnee........

MA, Great info.. much appreciated..My opinion as to AMEX & R/S: JUST hope you(and all) are on-board when the first two products are coded as I don't feel PPS will deter a move to another exchg. at that time. This company does seem to go the extra mile..All PR's also seem to cover events completed well before report, etc. Personally, I like it and IMO they definitely don't sell after a PR or filing. VERY different to others,,HUH?..D

Braden, Rather than wish ill on those others, I hope they stay the same and we are worth ten+ times more...Doodlerose..My recommendation is for everyone to hangggonnn.. Mgmt. is no longer invisible so what do you reckon that means?? Past post that stated our PR's pointed to what had been done rather than would be done was right on..IMO pull your drawers up and tighten your belt so you ain't embarrassed at launch!!

RR and all, Yes, great day. Now we have our juice. Let's hope our next money will be revenue generated and anyone who might be concerned with dilution will be able to rest easy. I think we all agree that we had to sacrifice some to get this going and I do not sweat these extra O/S not one iota. RR's point on frugality well taken also. Those who haven't met the team hopefully will share our confidence in them making the most of financing now obtained. Mgmt. knows they will have their day when we launch and begin to orbit!!IMO..D

RR, You are speaking, and have, just as I feel. The HTT, Michael Garfield would be an excellent voice-over/spokesman for any presentation we come up with as well as a strong interview with TV/Radio people. IMO Watts and Co. should have had time to make some in-roads with the SEC situation, QUESTION..How big a hurry are we in(as you alluded to a higher Exchange possibly being volatile at this time) other than getting acouple more MMs to keep things honest. The other Xchanges will fall in place very shortly when the coded product gets closer..Also, when we get the PR that coding has begun(IMO that will be very soon)and who the Co. has hired for this process We will be hard to hold down. We have had some disappointments in the last yr. or so but it seems that what we are seeing now is concrete. As always only my opinion and everyone follow their own DD..Doodlerose

Haws, Agree with you but I have always felt another PP was how we would finance as banks,etc. are bound by the premise of loans backed by enough collateral to show you didn't really need the loan afterall (or kinda). IMO the pps at the time of this Placement would have been 10cents more or less which might point to more risk taken by purchasers at that stage. We need more MM's and Watts & Co. should know something by now. I can't wait to see who & what is about to happen with coding, that will decide our future and will supercede all MMs and any subtle bashing. PPS this AM is disappointing, maybe some profit-taking, tape painting, whatever; that said, it probably won't be an easy ride to the top but we have what we asked for, PR's and filings that showgreat progress. Mallard, How about using some of your energy to check-out the new property on the Interstates that BLLB said they bought. Rman, I concur..Looked back one SB filing further and it said "six officers/directors" on the same line..And yes, Anthony Gentile is mentioned in conjunction with IFG in a past filing..I still don't know what this new prospectus pertains to as I don't see new material, maybe someone else picked up on it; hopefully we are getting close. Igunna, If you would take a look at the ownership table showing Anthony Gentile and then go up about three paragraphs to where it explains ownership and see what you make of it. There may be a lot of changes but I didn't catch 'em...D
