New update on website. EOM
Let the market dictate that.
What I have found to be interesting is:
All those pump and dump stocks say the following.
Once the dilution stops, the price will rise.
The problem is the dump never stops and when it does, there is no one to left who wants to make a market for the shares.
If diluting and saying when it stops the price will rise is really valid, GNGR is doing it wrong.
GNGR's low float is not enough to dilute.
When you see a company with 10,000,000,000 shares O/S or in the float dilute them for $.002 per share comes to $20,000,000
If GNGR's float of 108,000,000 did sell out at the same $.002 comes to only $216,000
The company is worth far more then $216,000. If they were not, they would have taken the $500,000 cash offer for just the public vehicle that did not include the successful casting business.
The difference is, as a diluted stock sells shares, they just keep adding more shares to the float. As long as there are buyers, the company will dilute. And as long as that happens the shares never rise.
If GNGR shares are all sold and the company continues to succeed with their global sales and expansion, and demand rises for shares, investors get to sell shares higher not the company dumping into the float suppressing the price on a downward spiral.
GNGR is a low float, no dilution, no bad actors, no debt OTC with a successful line selling globally.
If GNGR wanted to be a scam pump and dump, they are doing it wrong.
Glad GNGR is not on that list!
Just called OTC, downloaded the Application!
Excellent! More room for GNGR to move up.

some here was going to sue him i remember lol different then charges.
Suissac says hell sue and expose SGMD's crimes. Then suissac says TO THE MOON when the stock went up as SGMD's biggest fan.
Then when the stock drops down he says Hes filing criminal charge against congress etc.
Then the stock goes up and he CHEERS again.
What this means is, he does not care if Jimmy is a criminal as long as the shares rise it's OK but if they tank, Jimmy needs to be deported.
Welcome to the OTC where people know very well how this works but ONLY scream foul when they lose money and CHEER the criminals as long as the price rises.
If tomorrow SGMD hit $.25 everyone who wanted to have Jimmy deported for crimes would send him flowers.
:)
Jimmy can't be charged, he did no crime.
Anything is possible. ;)
At $.01, traders alerts will light up.
I see that too. Crazy MMs
EXACTLY!!!
Ra, and all. Keep in mind the DTC shares are the registered shares.
Any shares in the float that no one even knows the number of if shorted or naked sold over the years that are not registered will be exposed eventually.
That is why on many OTC questionable stocks, they post NO DTC share information but you see 2,000,000,000 in the float. That means they could be shorted well above what the registered DTC shares are.
The DTC shares posted are more accurate and more transparent as to an OTC's structure.
If you see an OTC with DTC (no info) and 2 billion float, if the true DTC is only 100,000,000 shares you can see that they were shorted 1,900,000,000
To me from what I have seen is the stock is being dumped higher on the massive short and pump knowing it will tank and be bought back cheap then erased from the float so it matches the DTC registered shares
After the pump and dump the DTC will be posted as the float is reduced after the dilution higher than the buy back for 90% less.
Look for the DTC shares not the float.
My #'s are correct. EOM
The tape painters made money raising the price so people who did not buy in at $.005 figured when it hit $.008 they better not miss the bump up to $.12 or higher.
In fact many who told people to buy at $.005 that did not, had the confidence to tell them to get in with that "I told you so" further perpetuating the belief that the stock will rise further.
That is part of the plan. MAKE investors your best pumpers.
When the stock tanked the cycle starts all over again.
$270 bucks x 40,000 = $10 million, not so bad a loss but what about the suckers who bought $2000, $5000 or more.
It's more like $80,000,000+ was raised.
Selling shares makes more money then selling any products they claim they will make money on.
Bragging about $20,000,000 in possible sales vs. $80,000,000 in actual sales (From shares) why work the business if you make more selling shares?
I guess some still do not get it.
The reason more shares are added as needed is because the company wants to only make money NOT YOU!
When the stock drops in price, you LOSE.
When the stock drops in price the company WINS.
The company sells shares to make money. If they rise higher, they have to compete with you who will also be selling.
The more investors make, the less SGMD makes.
To keep you from making a profit they keep the price dropping by dilution. This means only they make money regardless if the share price drops. It's all FREE money selling billions of shares.
Remember 10,000,000,000 x $.004 is $40,000,000 (Forty million clams)
And if the 10 billion are sold and their is still interest in the stock, they will just add another 10 billion to the float.
:)
When the stock tanks towards trip 000, the market makers will not want to load up on worthless stock they cannot resell.
They only focus on selling company shares not from investors shares.
When the stock dilutes you will see asked for 10,000,000, 40,000,000, 100,000,000
But the bids will be 50,000, 400,000, 1,000,000 but at prices that if anyone sells then will lose money.
Better to get out after a short then to wait for this to move back up.
:)
I have open shorts at $.0082. could have closed them at $.007 and made $32,000 but waiting for $.005 or less to cap out.
No predictions, just Facts.
It's a line from Buellers day off
GNGR IS SO CHOICE! LOL
Last two weeks, 33,000,000 shares traded and there are about 25,000,000 we know of who are holding. That's a total of 58,000,000 when GNGR only has a TRUE DTC float of only 108,000,000.
Take into consideration the 200-day average of 687,631 also totals 137,526,000. That alone exceeds the float by about 30,000,000 shares.
Then add in the past 9 years of trades and we can see it could be upwards of 500,000,000 sold short for between $.05 and $.20.
If that averages out to $.10 shorted it could cost to close those old open positions $50,000,000.00
Our guess is, those who shorted GNGR between $.001 and $.006 just this past year alone, are struggling to buy them back at $.008 (out of their own pockets) and not resell them so they can close out the shorts.
This could be why we see so many shares trading well above the true DTC float of 108,000,000.
It will be interesting to see what happens in the weeks ahead if short positions become harder and more costly to close.
BAR1080, that data is our dated->
It's 2021 not 2006.
:)
NICE!
Hb90 and Sobek. I can't reply to private messages, Emil us through the GNGR email so I can reply.
Sobek, 3m more sold? WHERE are the shares coming from if the float is almost all accounted for????
2012, around the same time GNGR issued 100,000,000 to the manipulator who was recently arrested.
He told market makers to keep selling and he will keep getting 100,000,000 shares many times from GNGR up to 3-4 billion.
When GNGR said no to additional shares, the naked short damage was done and could be as high as 800,000,000 over sold with shorts still open.
Spartan and others who also may have dumped GNGR short are out of business.
This will force the brokers to have to deal with the shortfall. And those brokers TD, Etrade, Scottrade and others have the capital and do NOT want this on their records. That is why a squeeze may be coming very soon.
Looking good so far on our end.
Knight fined by SEC for shorting GNGR!
Allez, what is GTSM? Market maker?
Ronin->
The CEO knows far more than most when it comes to OTC matters.
Oblivion would be GREAT. But don't count on that, GNGR is to structured and a real company with nothing in common with a pump and dump. No dilution, Low float, Real products etc.
Lets say GNGR did drop to trip 000's.
At $.0001 we would buy the 108,000,00 float; request the cert, register that cert and we would own the true DTC shares. All others who see shares in their account would be shorts.
If GNGR issued a cash dividend, we would get all the money owning the DTC shares.
If we paid $10,800 and the dividend was $75,000 we make $64,200.
All others who see GNGR in their account some with 10,000,000 will ask there brokers where is their $7000 dividend check.
If there are 400,000,000 shorted held in 1000's of accounts, brokers would have to pay them the dividend out of pocket and also be forced to refund the share price at the current market price or if they paid more years ago they would have to pay that.
400,000,000 sold in 2012-2014 at an average of $.10 would cost brokers $40,000,000.00
If GNGR were to rise to $.03 and brokers need 400,000,000 shares to cover shorts that would cost them $12,000,000. At that point they would call us with 108,000,000 we paid $10,800 and sell then to brokers for $.03 and make $3,240,000 on a $10,800 investment!
The additional 300,000,000 shares needed, could be sold by the CEO for $9,000,000.00 but he can also reject that offer and so can we.
Oblivion! We would love that just the same if GNGR's price were to rise. This is a no lose situation for GNGR, our group and you the individual investors. Restricted shareholders can also elect to sell their shares.
People buying at $.008 or even $.20 years ago will also win, as brokers would have to pay the highest price and issue a dividend on shorted shares.
If people today paid $.007 and the stock drops to $001 they may be upset but it’s not the end game like most OTC stocks. It may be just the beginning of a new plan.
GNGR is on the shareholders side. People may not realize that and any issues with the share price is not due to the company failing as a company, it’s just the way the OTC operates. GNGR will change that as they move forward.
GNGR has a plan where the end game is not to dilute make millions and fade away, that has been proven over the years. If people are impatient they can elect to sell and move onto another stock or stick around and see what happens.
This is not the norm for an OTC stock and people may not be used to it being out of the normal way OTC stocks pump and die. GNGR is alive and well.
Hope this helps.
Company Divi?->
Lets assume GNGR were to issue a cash dividend and used $75,000 for that purpose and issued to only the registered DTC float of 108,000,000 comes to a CASH dividend of $.0007 per share.
If some who say they own 10,000,000 shares, they would receive $7000 and some who own 1,000,000 would receive $700.
What that means is the lower the share price goes the higher the CASH ROI percentage. (Return on investment)
If short covering manipulators or even just bashers work hard to take down the price, they would actually “HELP” the company by allowing the company to post a higher ROI.
A Cash dividend of $.0007 per share means:
A share price at:
$.035 a cash dividend would be 2% (more than what banks pay)
$.007 a cash dividend would be 10% ROI (current share price)
$.0035 a cash dividend would be 20% ROI
$.0007 a cash dividend would be 100% ROI
$.0001 a cash dividend would be 700% ROI
The lower GNGR drops the more people will see a higher ROI and that would cause a run on the stock, correct?, And in turn drive GNGR up to the same level a 2% ROI price or higher with the anticipation of another dividend.
When stocks go lower people panic but if a cash dividend is issued the lower the price the better the percentage and more demand for the stock causing the low float to create a huge buying and no selling event increasing the demand with limited shares available causing the price to rise.
So the price rising is good and the price dropping would be good with no downside. Using manipulators to bring down the price is in fact FREE marketing that allows GNGR to post a higher % ROI!
BRILLIANT! Using manipulators to HELP the company.
Here is the kicker, What if there is 400,000,00 shorted who do not get the $$$$ and start calling brokers for their Dividend that they never received? I smell CLASS ACTION SUIT!
Maybe there is a reason for not filing yet. Well soon see I am sure.
I will forward your message to the CEO. Things are in motion from what we see. The process is simple to do, they just need to finalize some accounting.
SPOT ON SOBEK!
NO! A cash dividend is like you put money in the bank that pays .05% But if you own GNGR and they pay 10% people take money OUT of the bank and buy GNGR shares because a cash divi pays better interest.
The demand for the shares and dividend would make the shares rise in price so you get a better % return and it would be like $100 in the bank that is now multiplied to $300 if GNGR were to rise up 3x.
$100 in the bank plus .05% comes to $100.05
If you use the $100 and buy GNGR at $.007 you get 14,285 shares
If they did a 10% dividend you get a check for $9.99
If the stock rises to $.05 cents your shares are worth $714 plus the $9,99 total $724 far more than $100 in the bank.
If the shares rise to $.10 you make $1428.00 plus the $9.99
This increases the share price.
CASH is KING! Besides the shorts on a stock divi would just add more fake shares to the float for the divi.
Now we know why GNGR was offered $150,000 cash last year and last month $500,000 in CASH and now an attempt to have the CEO make $11,000,000 while turning his back on shareholders.
He declined the offer. He was not in CA at the time, we presented the offer and in the meeting NO was the only words from him.
What OTC CEO says NO to Millions and protect his shareholders unless he knows there is more money on the line for him, us and his shareholders.
There is a bigger picture being painted and the canvas is huge!
