Whatever the case, WAY TO GO! We need to cheer each other on! We can make a difference if we all stick together!
Do you use Scotttrade? I just went there and they had a PDF form to fill out. They say you have to take it to an office to get it processed.
Exactly. It would be our way of trying to force their hand without involving MT or the company.
Well, we will never know if everyone does it. But perhaps if enough of us do transfer the shares, TDAmeritrade would see the writing on the wall.
Whatever the case, it sends a nice message. UNITED we stand Divided we fall!
Me too...you think that would work? I figure TDAmeritrade allowed someone to borrow against our shares. If they have to tranfer them to another broker, they will have to come up with the shares, so likewise TDAmeritrade would have to demand from whomever borrowed against the shares, to cover them so they can transfer them.
I don't know if it would work, but it is one thing we as investors can do rather then sit here and complain.
Do I get a RAH!!!! Come on guys and gals, drink some more coffee this morning! We CAN DO IT!
Got this e-mail from TDAmeritrade today:
Thank you for your patience in awaiting my response.
I can understand your concern about market manipulation. TD AMERITRADE is an active advocate in fair markets and it is of utmost importance that our clients have a safe trading environment.
TD AMERITRADE does not participate in the trading of equities in its own account for the purpose of making a profit. TD AMERITRADE does not make a market in any security. Our policy does not allow for clients to short this stock or for us to maintain a short position.
I appreciate your concern about PYPR losing value but I assure you that TD AMERITRADE had no effect on that.
I hope that through your understanding that we are able to maintain a positive business relationship and you are able to trust our organization.

How can they assure me TDAmeritrade has has no effect??? That statement alone is rediculous.
Got to thinking last night...what if everyone that owned PYPR shares through TDAmeritrade transferred their stock to another broker?
If TDAmeritrade had to move all the shares to others and did not have the shares to move, we then would have the other brokers demanding our shares for us and we could complain to them?
In theory I think it would work, but it would require a good faith effort on all of us. I'm up to the task. Anyone else?
True, I have opened an account elsewhere and have that option.
I think the post Midas made was correct as well. These MMs do whatever they want and clearly control the pps. MT stepped on a hornets nest and we are along for the ride, like it or not. Good deal for those getting in at today's price.
The frustration comes from the mixed signals. You get a nice PR and the stock dives. There's nothing technical about this. I chuckle to myself when I hear the chart comments. Honestly, I have no idea what's going to happen tomorrow or the next day. Warren Buffet stated that over a long period of time, a stock will represent the true value. So I'm banking on the philosophy.
O'sure, I would love to read that TDAmeritrade gets fined millions of dollars for market manipulation but that would just be a bonus.
It's more then that. The entire act of restricting the stock places a red flag to many.
Can you provide a link where Kanno projected those revenues you mention? I'm new to this stock and would be interested in reading that and when it was projected.
4God...I would agree with you, however, he came forward with a PR, in November I believe, stating the company has approved buying back shares. And not just a couple, I might add.
It is that issue, from where I come. Also, I have never heard anyone against reducing the float, especially when it is over a billion shares....at least on the pinks.
He'll do what he wants. We agree on that. I hear what you are saying...there is very little we can do but wait it out...and if you have funds, buy more.
Sad but true, I have to agree with you. Nice post.
So the company is OK with us buying shares at these prices but they don't want to cause it might drop some more? That shows a lot of confidence in the future. I have heard tons of excuses of why he is waiting. I understand they need funds for projects. But lets see, if they spend $100,000 they could purchase...50 million shares at .002 You think 50 million shares out of the float would have helped today? The HUGE float is also the problem. I mean sending back 2 billion shares to the treasury is nice, but it had zero impact on me.
Am I the only one that thinks this?
4God....why have they not bought back....look at the market price? If there is a shorting problem it will have to get resolved eventually. If they buy back the entire float then I'll be dam if they don't have a case!
about 75% for me....but wouldn't want to sound negative. Thank you Ameritrade for protecting my investment!
In other words how are they actually making money? Maybe that hasn't been explained clear enough and without AF it looks like a scam to many?
At this point this could go to .0008. There is absolutely nothing technical about what is going on IMO.
I decided to report TDAmeritrade to the SEC for the second time today. : ) I'm not sure any of us completely understand the impact they have had on the stock.
OK....so what's keeping us here? The AMTD deal? No one believes MT and the 400% quarter gain is real?
Can't name the movie but I agree...I think NSS is part of what got us here.
You need to call your broker and complain. I know a guy did that on another board and it was filled soon after.
I'm just saying that if NSS is occuring, there are many people that are harmed at the current pps. Someone with a low entry point is in a lot better position and obviously in a more upbeat mood. You understand the stock has dipped quite a bit from the recent peak of .008....on what, great news.
It was pumped no doubt and a fall back was sure to come, but nonetheless, the current pps is a joke and people are trying to understand it or at least I am. And right now NSS and the deal with AMTD seem to be the only answers other then dilution.
I don't completely disagree with you. I just thought you were missing some sensitivity.
I think you just proved me right.
You obvioulsy just bought in or is your average price at .007????
OK, they could also be used for dilution/funding to bring something to market as well....don't think that applies here.
That is pretty typical with all pinkies. All the authorized shares represent is a limit (they are NOT in the float or out for trading). They do not factor in the current evaluation of the company. The current market value of the company is the pps times the OS Outstanding Shares.
AS shares are used for aquistions or mergers if they don't have the existing cash to make the deal.
I don't think you're bashing at all. The TDAT issue is Public. And by that fact alone it impacts every investor even if you do not use TDAT.
The stigma of them not allowing people to buy, screams a type of corruption true or not.
This is a serious big deal on how the company is perceived.
Now, to not comment in regard to it, by default validates suspicion. Whoever said innocent until proven guilty wasn't taking about public stocks.
Yea, you really provide a resource to the board...still smelling that PR? Give me a break.
We have people who don't even believe the picture in the box is real....you think they will believe anything she says? She better take a camcorder. LOL
OT No intention, just thought your quote was outside the box. Of course I disagree, but always interested in hearing some wacked out ideas.
LOL, I would say the odds of the pps going down is pretty good saying that's all it seems to do. If we get a great PR, then the odds are even better.
Go figure that one.
Exactly, you think. He should have issued a statement showing his concern and what is being done to resolve the problem. I would even state that he has called them several times and they have given him the run around. WE don't really know anything other then the restriction.
Yea, after those who can't stomach this, lose their A$$. I think most of us here are extremely frustrated.
Here you have a company with "great news" and what does the stock do, it drops big time and you have a broker that no longer allows you to buy shares.
This is a huge deal. MT should be all over this becuase it reflects on his compnay. I would sue them for damages. How do you figure what the perceptual cost is to the company? You think people don't look at PYPR and wonder why TDAT won't sell their shares????????
thanks, I couldn't read it from my view. LOL
Tired of waiting....but won't sell.
Now just isn't a good time to sell.
You and me both....this stock is really got some issues on how it trades.
Why wouldn't they sign it? What was signed in the video I watched????
Based on what I read, there where several competing offers to get the JV deal and IPKL chose CCII and YongAn. In fact YongAn has brought 50 million to the table to build the manufacturing facitlity.
The PR I'm looking for is they have closed a contract for 1 billion dollars to provide their products. You can forget about a penny then.
Here's the deal, if a local company is placing down 50 million to build a facility, this is real and the POs are coming.
Heads I win Tails you lose business.
I've read the PRS. Can you place a link to this "program something"?????????
OT Why do you insist on typing in all caps? Do you realize how annoying it is?
Seems to me MT should try and buy back shares at todays price prior to Feb 15 if it is what he says. This is the issue that keeps me awake at night.
