Hi all: Monday will be a good night for OIL -ers, Will reach new highs despite the relative calm of the HURRICANES.
Go Oilers
Well Wrongjoe: looks like you were successful in dropping the s/p a little, don't forget you say you still have half left, half of what??
Wrongjoe: I'am not accusing you of posting false info, however I would think you would be savvy enough to know that a co. would not tip their hand about how they felt about a proposed jv ,if in fact they are in negot. I'am sure they are trying for the best deal possible. Besides there was a post early this am with a link to India's oil news which talked about this joint venture. Would Oil India not deny this in the media and also to you in their email if it was not true they were in negotiations with nord/northwest.
good luck all
Wrongjoe: I'am shocked you would sell 1/2 your pos. on that email, could mean several things, if the negotiations are ongoing, what would you expect them to say, maybe this, we are very pleased with what has been presented us (that would strenghthen their bargaining position with nortwest) Wow, there are so many things that go on behind closed doors in these type of negotiations, their not goin to tell someone their intentions just because a concerned shareholder of a company (not theirs) sends an email, I don't think i'll make any decisions based on that info! By the way were up 30% in Frankfurt!!
good luck all!!
Hardassest: Yeah know that feeling, I've got partial fills and than the s/p goes up and my impatience takes over and I raise my bid ,get the fill only to have the s/p go back to my original bid. My lack of patience has been my worst enemy on these small cap stocks, but I'am getting better, I sure am holding tight here, there's nothing else out there that is even close to being this undervalued, unless you look at aurc, I'am there to.
Good luck all
Hardasset & Sometimes: I've also found Etrade Canada slow when I trade on otc/pinksheets ,I thought it was because I was in Canada.(they guarantee 10 seconds on major exchanges or your trade is free) They have been fair though, I have put in buys at a limitt (probably higher than I should have because a stock was moving)and have had them filled at lower prices and also the same on sells at a limitt. But yes it is frustrating when you know a stock is running and you can't get filled!!
Hardasset: OK,(I'am not anywhere close to that) guess that qualifies you as a trader, maybe that would kick in up here also if I were to trade that often, May I ask if that affects your tax situation, being as you are high volume trader, Revenue Canada would deem us as daytraders with that much volume and would change the tax rules that apply to capital gains.
good luck all
Hardassest: That must be for US only $7.99 per trade, I've not seen that in Canada yet, would be nice! Thanks for info, maybe I'll ask Etrade Canada why we don't get same!
Good luck all
cfpjbs: Thanks for the info, WOW, there's a real incentive for you guys to hold stocks long term, (that should be good for a stock like ndol) so is there a diff. if you are deemed a day trader?
Panuzzi: Yeah you can do a lot better than that, Although I am in Canada with Etrade I think US Etrade would be similar, I pay $9.99 US per trade flat rate, no matter what the share price is.
Now up 28% in Frankfurt .46 euro
Good luck all
Stockbuilder: Is 6 the only number keye working??
Just kidding!!!
Good luck all
Tall: Yeah your correct, hope I didn't make it sound like I felt the Frankfurt exh. was inferior, if I did I apolagize. I have another question in regard to capital gains, I'am Canadian and we pay income tax on 1/2 of our capital gains, Do you Americans not have something similar? Of course in Canada if the Revenue people class you as a daytrader you get hit harder! (I'am not there yet so I'am not 100% sure of the tax implications if you are a trader
Good luck all
Thanks guys, there's never much volume in Frankfurt, and I'am sure you guys are correct in saying they follow U.S. marketts.
Looks like the investors have woke up a little here!!!! looks good Aurc too!!!
Good luck all
Whats going on in Frankfurt was up 25% before opening in U.S. than dropped to even now back up 11% to .40 euro
Thats .668 us , up 13% .52 euro
up 13% .52 euro
Marcq: Do you find it strange that a self acclaimed millionare, with 40 years experience as an investment manager as pschae claims to have, would need to ask us peasants the following?:

How is 40 years of investment management at large and small institutions, and MBA, PHD, and a trading system that works. Three houses, a collection of mercedes and bmw's, and one hell of alot of money. Its too bad some of you have gotten so personal. It would have been interesting to get involved with this company but not with you.
I'am more impressed with that everytime I read it!!
Rook: That is 2 mill. shares and yes WE (not I) still have them +
Good Luck all!!
Pschae: Glad your still around,I was wondering what to do the rest of the day,it's kinda nasty outside. OK yes I do know about retirement, have been 6 years now, unfortunately I haven't been able to accomplish what you say you have, I don't have all them university degree's, fancy cars, several houses, loads of money etc. that you say you have.. But I do have my credibility which is something you seem to lack.
Just wondering why a self acclaimed vetern investment manager like yourself with 40 years experence would need to ask the following question.

Well maybe you just been retired too long. 40 years in the business ,with all them university degrees, god knows how many years you were in school. You must be getting up in years. Maybe it's time to hang up the old investment tools and enjoy some of your vast wealth!!!
Good Luck all!!
IHDR: I hope your friends do invest in Ndol, will be good for us all. I doubt any of them are like our friend Pschae and come on here to BASH looking for a lower entry point.
You and I are both longs here and you have provided great dd that I have used for my research.
Sorry I get a little ticked at these clowns like Pschae who offer nothing but their lies and gloom and doom to try and drive the sp down for their own benifit while trying to tell us they are here for our good!!!
Good Luck All!!
Again, even if he were a basher .....
I don't think the best basher known to man could drive NDOL down at this point. I know several of my close investment contacts (all very savvy money makers) who are going to enter into positions with NDOL for the very first time, one of them tomorrow.
IHDR: Please read some of Pschae's previous posts not only on this board and other boards and than tell me he is not a BASHER!!
Furthermore: Why would someone with Pschae's self acclaimed great wealth, knowledge, university degrees and enormous investment experience even bother with a pink stock, surely there are much better ways for a millionare to safely invest and make far more return on their investment. Why is he relying on posters on a bb to do his dd for him,
Please Pschae, Give me a break!!!
Pschae: See your back and still very concerned about us Ndol investors losing our money! Seems you are very concerned for us, could it be your just wanting to serv your own interests as a majority of your many negative posts of the past indicate.
You state in your last post: I hold 0 shares, do not short, and have no affiliation with anyone involved in the markets.
Please read the following post and tell us what kind of Investment management have you been doing at these large and small institutions, (no affiliation) after 40 years have you burnt all your bridges????

I sold a dog last week ,from a different brokerage, hoped to have cash in time for a good buy in Ndol, called brokerage this am ,can't get cash till tomorrow, doubt I'll ever get another chance like this, O well tis life. Still got a nice bunch, most are in the .20's
good luck all
Tall: Sounds good to me, now all we have to do is talk the markett into it, A good pr from the management of the new co. will go a long way to help get the s/p up where it should be.
Good Luck All
TGL: Sounds about right ,just wondering how you are getting the 500mill gross revs. for 2006?
If that is correct and is verified than the markett will react accordingly, should be as very nice, profitable summer!!
Tall: Thats what we are doing joining the assetts 500mill for Nord, plus 750mill for the 2 divisions of North-West for a total of 1.25bill divided by total shares of 570 mill equals aprox. $2.20 per share . I don't have my calc. with me those no. are aprox. I'am no math wiz either!
Tall: are saying that Northwest shares are worth more than Nord Oil shares??? If you are that is wrong, dead wrong, They have to be worth the same, it can't work any other way.!!
No all shares are the same ESTIMATED VALUE $2.17. the only diff. between Nord Oil share holders have 41% of total shares and North-West share holders have 59% of total.
Cynic: You have it absolutely correct 100%, and you are also correct when you say all we have to do is get the markett to realize it. 41% is our portion of the total worth of the new co. ESTIMATED to be 1.25 Bill, so simple!!
Mild: I wish it were so but don't think so, it states Nord Oil will acquire 100% of OUTSTANDING shares of the 2 divisions. Not exactly sure what that means, have no way of knowing what percentage that is of total shares. But it is clear about the fact North-West is still the majority holder of 59% of the total shares in the new co.
Portion of PR:
According to the company, Nord Oil International Inc. will acquire by way of a reverse merger 100% of the outstanding shares of two divisions of the North-West Oil Group, namely "North-West Oil Group-Saratov" Ltd. and Company "Neftegazenergo" Ltd. As the result of that merger, Nord Oil International shareholders will own a total of 41% and the shareholders of the North-West Oil Group will own 59% of the newly created entity to be renamed the Northwest Oil Group.
Ronnie: Hope that is true, but I don't read it that way. Think it's 41% of new co. which consists of 2 divisions of Nort-West Oil Group and all of Nord Oil. Think that is how they come up with worth of 1.25 billion. 500 million for Nord and 725 million for the 2 divisions of North-West. I think North-West Oil Group as a whole is worth a lot more than that! Of course having a large co. such as North-West as part owner can't hurt. Especially if they are trying to get a foot into Western Marketts.
Allthough there's Nothing wrong with that !
OK: See if I got this right. The existing co. is called North-West Oil Group. New Co. being formed is to be called Northwest Oil Group without the hyphan (thats not confusing, I think) The new co. consists of 2 divisions of North-West Oil Group and Nord Oil. 41% of this co. will be owned by us Nord Oil share holders and the parent co. North-west Oil Group controls 59% of the new Co. Is that the way the rest see this?
Thank You
Anybody know how to convert 120,000 tons of oil to number of barrells, that should tell us!!

I just spoke to them over the phone
here is what I found out
1st Expect a PR this afternoon/tmw about the details as far as o/s and valuation. They have a meeting at 10am
They Will be no doing a spilt, they will be issuing shares to the new company. However those shares along with the 180mil shares will all be restricted for a year or so. I asked him if he could release the number of restriced shares in a PR to boost investor confidence and he said that it was a great idea and he would bring it up in the meeting.
Their lawyers say it will be 2-3 weeks before the otc:bb move, however he seemed more confident that they could get it done as soon as the end of next week. The only delay will be in the name change as well as the auiditng of the private firm.
Good luck to longs, today will be good (i think/hope)
Mike: You try and put the blame on Jeff, I assume you mean Jeff as in "Green Chip Stocks" I got my original heads up from him when stock was in .30's Got in than and bought more as it rose, He than recommended selling at $2.50 which I did, made a nice profit, I am now watching and will get back in this at the proper time, this will fly and very high, but it will take time. If this was a pump & dump as you suggest why would the co. pr they are building a facility, would they not simply melt away with all the money they made? Obviously you want the price to come down yet so you can get in also, why else are you here. Tis ok ,but why bash, these people don't need to hear your rantings at this time, just shut up and we'll all make more money. Let the markett look after the s/p.
Good luck all, hang in there it's a good product

MONTREAL, QC, May 03, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Nord Oil International Inc. (OTC: NDOL) today provided an update on its recent unsolicited offer and NASD OTCBB listing.
According to the company, management has reviewed the unsolicited offer and has determined it to be bona fide and expects to release the details on or before May 10 at the close of market. Due to this material event, the listing on the NASD OTCBB has been delayed until shareholders have had the opportunity to review the unsolicited offer.
"It is clear that a listing on the NASD OTCBB would be ideal for our company, however the significant premium on the unsolicited offer represents a higher and more important opportunity to our shareholders and we need to allow them the time to evaluate its significance," said Mr. Viatcheslav Makarov, President of Nord Oil International Inc.
