Good Luck! No SEC company is going to release non-public information! Sarbanes-Oxley in effect. However, if you get a response please post!
It's probably because there is no solid news as of yet and they don't what to PR any misleading information. When news is ready to be released all will know about it quickly. In the meantime you have to speculate where this is going on the information that is available. A heavy dose of patience may be needed.
FYI.. Old Lewis & Clark website lncpharma.com
That's what all of us are counting on. time will tell!
That really would be great especially on the covid-19 front.but don't count on news coming .. nspx has been silent for 2 yrs on any substantial items concerning drug development or significant corporate news. Every thing needed to know is in the filings and DD that has been reported. The twitter posts have mostly been retweets of other news items and the website although informative rehashes were the research has been and not anything current. It looks like this ticker is going to have to trade on speculation that further development is on it's way.
Because they try to out think a market (otc) that can move in any direction with the drop of a hat.. they usually take themselves out of any profits that they could accumulate...MMs love them puts bread on their table!
Wimps getting shook out of the uptrend! Not to worry ..hold your shares or MMs will steal them!
Retail needs to disconnect the sell button an let this run for a while. They need to try some patience it's good for their account!
New cottage industry of bios coming out to throw their drug in the mix to combat COVID-19. Still believe that NSPX's A2B antagonist (adenosine based) is headed for a serious look at from big pharma especially if Remdesivir (adenosine based) shows great results in their trials! Not a matter of if only when. Be prepared have a butt load of shares in your pocket when the deal goes down!
YEA..Don't pay to much attention to the talk.. follow the $$$ and see where it takes this ticker. Strong buy volume moving up would be great!
I agree.. I'm long this stock and am as optimistic as anyone but some of the posts on the board are over the top. We need to let it trade and not try to out think where its going!
You kick in 10K and I'll kick in 10K ...send the check to Michael Cain. If he goes for it we'll be partners in a bio!
You are so right! We need traders making money on this ticker. buying dips and selling tops as it stair steps higher! It may get bumby at times but it isn't going straight up. All significant trends consolidate and take out stops on its way up!
It'a private company so no filings with SEC. Made and agreement with NSPX in Sept 2018 to advance studies of Adenosine in cancer. As far as been reported no actually payments to NSPX have been received. Incorporated in Delaware but is a based in CA. May or may not be still in business. May or may not be connected to an England based Pharmaceutical Co. Colin Hislop listed as president and CEO has lots of experience. Worked with ex NSPX ceo cris lowe at anthera pharma and penninsula pharm. also was vp at CV pharm when bought by Gilead in 2009. Very Hush Hush!
If there was talk and EVIDENCE of a buyout this wouldn't be trading at .013. The trade is that in the FUTURE there will be EVIDENCE of a buyout. The EVIDENCE may or may not come. But some feel the DD is pointing to the EVIDENCE may come! Buy or Sell accordingly!
Flyer.. You are master at research! If you can find anything about Ridgeway Therapeutics other than Colin Hislop is president and CEO.. please post!
FLYER..Operational is a subjective term. If you mean an operating biotech company with many employees structured to advance their research and move forward with clinical trials and additional drug lines..You are totally correct! However, if you mean a company operating with IP and patents that is willing to let other institutions advance the studies of those assets and at the same time is actively looking to license, partner or even sell those assets for a negotiated price.. you are wrong. The fact that NSPX has a patent on an adenosine drug that is licensed to Ridgeway Therapeutics in itself hasn't done anything to move the needle other than the fact that other companies are looking at NSPX IP and willing to advance it. COVID-19 may have sparked this interest because Remdesivir is a adenosine based therapy.
Don't get caught up in the MM's games! Set your own course and enter and exit points.. don't let them control the trade! IMO NSPX has got some serious upside potential but that is me not you. Some times you got to walk that thin line of being a genius on one side or a dumb as* on the other.
Michael Cain is president (and I guess part owner) of Level 4 Services a tech business in Calabasas Ca. The company web site is lvl4.com. As far as I know he has no bio experience. He must have had some connection with Chris Lowe ex ceo or maybe FLG Partners (the consulting firm Lowe worked for)
Also at little more DD. Colin Hislop (ceo ridgeway) was V. P of clinical research at CV therapeutics. CV therapeutics got bought by guess who GILEAD in April 2009 for 1.4 billion.
The possible wild card that everyone overlooks is RIDGEWAY THERAPEUTICS. In sept 2018 NSPX and Ridgeway entered in to a licensing agreement For IP related to Adenosine drug platforms. Ridgeway is a private co. so there is no public information on where this agreement is headed but just the fact that another company is investigating and possibly re purposing the drug to treat covid-19 is reason to hold on. Colin Hislop Ridgeway CEO has vast experience in new drug applications and affiliations with several drug companies including Gildead!
3/25 close .0043 4/1 close .0295 .. 4/3 close .0130.. 4/10 close .035 ?
Same here.. holding from .005 and haven't or wont sell a share of my position. Bang or Bust I'm here for the duration. IMO the last few days are just a correction from moving too far too fast and being overbought. Your buying potential at a cheap price. The minimal risk extremely dwarfs the reward. If traders want to trade this ticker from a 30 min chart that's fine, but a little longer look trading philosophy may bring a bigger ROI
NSPX would have to file a NDA (new drug application) with the FDA. Once approved go into PH I (a dose calibration trial) Then PH II ( a drug efficency trial) and if approved by FDA a PH III multi patient trial. It would take along time before NSPX would have a drug on the shelve even if FDA relaxed some of the requirements. Best bet for NSPX is the sell, partner or license the IP to big pharma.
MM's won't stop until they shake every wimp that thought this was there free ticket to gold out of their shares!
There is a saying in investing " buy low sell high". Do you think that if NSPX already had FDA approvals on cancer drugs or if it reported that One of NSPX drugs is chosen by FDA to combat COVID-19 this ticker would be selling at a penny. Your playing this ticker for what can possibly happen in the future maybe weeks months or yrs out not whats happening on a 30 minute stock chart.
Wrong.. Sabby and sister (3) companies as of last filing each owned 9.9% of 11+ million shares = 40% = 4,600,000 shares. I won't doubt that now that share number is approaching 60 million ... 150 mil AS X 39.6%.
Good work on the technicals but IMO this was just a correction from a overbought ticker and once the skidish saw that NSPX wasn't going straight to the moon started heading for the exits and the MM complied. The gap up, retreat and the failure to punch thru .03 on the rebound started the rout and ended at your support levels around .017. Lots of selling today lets see if some buyers can come in tomorrow!
Ya! I'm looking at gab in morning to mid 2's and move up from there until a late fri sell off! we'll see what happens..this move today a bit too brutal!
PPS has moved up to much and to fast! This pullback is healthy for longs. Lets see some NSPX strength moving forward. Hard to sustain up trend with so many weak players who scuttle their positions with slightest move against their trade!
MM's need to run this up at the close so they can shake some more out tomorrow! They saw how easy it was today why stop!
Buy high sell low classic OTC traders move! Fear is not a noble and/or money making emotion!
Michael Cain (not the actor) is president of Level 4 Services Calabasas, Cal. Its a web design/tech services company. Check out he company at www. lvl4.com
The patents are not issued yet! The APPLICATIONS for getting the patents are activated! A constant misconception on this board! However, the patents seem to be issued soon!
As long as flippers can make their beer money this is going higher! Traders making money is a good thing!
SHAKE the tree and see what falls out!
While they are at it shake all the weaks out and lets get back to business.!
FAILED TO BUST THRU @.03.. FLIPPERS LOST THEIR MIND AND GOT SCARED.. ALL'S FINE.. ADD AND HOLD!
You are correct! Mipsagargin is being studied by multiple organizations. However, until they can get a sufficient supply of thapsagargin at a reasonable price nothing will go forward! Thus the patents by Python and Queens University Canada are the key. The current process of getting thapsagargin is a 45 step laboratory process with very small yields and exorbitant cost!
As of last filing sabby and affiliates owned 40% so I believe by the time the AS is maxed that will be 60 Mill shares. Like I said (maybe you can find out for me) there is no one left in this company that has the experience and wherewithal to take this ticker to where it needs to go. Cain is interim ceo and he runs a tech business. Chris Lowe is gone! Nspx is never going to be an "operational" bio company but what they can make big bucks at is positioning there assets.. license, partner or sale of IP and patents. I believe sabby is going to broker this whole deal and pick up some very large coin in the process. My opinion only.
