That’s not “wordsmithing” if you mean they are misleading. How would you say it?
The audit would be for the period beginning April 2019 and ending March 2020, what part of beginning audit in 2019 is misleading if they are referring to the 2019 fiscal year?
Your answer is more misleading than theirs.
Don’t have to be - could be but that seems like it would be a waste of time and money but hey that’s what the investors want
Again the company began tweeting because investors asked for more communication. What happened was every time a tweet came out the PPS went up and when they followed through the price fell hard and typically below where it began. It was stated then that the company would try to combat flippers and that is when they started having “credibility” issues. I definitely believe it has been intentional to throw off the timing of flippers. Besides when you say they have credibility issues you are only talking about them not being on time. They always follow through it’s just not on your schedule.
That means somebody dropped at least $60k on this, just this month. I don’t think so.
The company follows through every time. What else do you want?
Audited financials? They said they will, so I suspect it will be done.
Nah, that’s been there
2007-2008? Nice detective work.
This is exactly what I mean!
Before PR: when is the PR coming out, this company sucks, they have no credibility. You tweet too much!
PR drops: we’re going to be rich, I’m awesome!
Next day: what up Boris? Where are you?
Why tomorrow?
Like
Your credibility is completely gone now
Little change in your tone today? The giddy chirp in your words is disgusting! You should trade in silence from now on. You add no value to this board.
If by miracle you mean just a little more time, then yes. We need that.
The tweets the financials and the PR spell confidence to me. I’m in Long term - will buy more if the price is right. Never like to average up
Pray tell, why a company doesn’t dilute when the share price is .37 and waits all the way until it’s under a penny or two to begin dilution? That is dumb as dumb can be. I’ll wait for your reply? Dying to hear this one.
The “dilution” you speak of is all there in the financials. Did you see they have settled all the convertible notes? Is that possibly where the new shares went? Just a thought.
Nate’s been on the bid for days now - just trying to get a few more shares before he changes his screen name and his outlook on AXXA.
Can’t wait to see your new opinions!!! See you on the other side. It’s a cruel world but everyone gets theirs in the end.
Didn’t take long. We’ll probably have another investor confidence chat today.
I do see the tweets and I’m not saying it’s too much to ask. I am saying that the people asking all the questions and complaining should stop impeding the process of growth.
1. They will report share ownership when necessary because like you said it is required.
2. The reason they tweet is because dumbass investors requested more communication. They got that communication and now complain about every tweet.
3. I suppose you don’t read the tweets because many of them explicitly state - taking a break to address your questions or when finished, say now back to work.
You dig?
I do not believe they have to explain this.
I also think there isn’t a chance in hell they do not own shares.
I’d be willing to bet that if they don’t own them individually those guys own llc’s or are beneficiaries of trusts that own the shares. No way they aren’t benefitting from the company’s value. No way.
It’s possible they have options or compensation that hasn’t vested yet.
At some point the business leaders need to get to work leading the company and the shareholders need to shut up and worry about holding their shares. The questions you ask take from the time of a growing startup. They don’t create time to answer you.
This is exactly what I’ve been talking about - the board conflates Boris’ words.
Here is the tweet you refer to 6/28:
“We have a lot of upcoming news releases. I would like to start strong from MONDAY and go ALL WEEK w $AXXA PR's. There is enough news to do once a day everyday next week. We will take an advice from a professional research firm if it's ok we will bombard you with great PR's!”
See how he does not promise the strategy. He says he will take advice from professionals.
Then on 7/2 he wrote:
“Thank you for kindness. Without you we're nothing, We have all the time in the world to answer every question our real loyal investors get. #AXXAteam Back to the PR. We need to decide when to UNLEASH THE BEAST. Analysts say, because of July 4th we're better off if we don't rush.”
It is this board that has the credibility issue. You read stuff make stuff up in your heads and turn the conversation sour.
Cool I see that - but do you understand how things are conflated? “I believe we have found a way to start buying back the shares over the summer” is not the same as we plan on buying back the shares over the summer.
But I think share buyback would go a long way in boosting confidence. Again we’re like 3 weeks into summer with another 9 - 10 weeks of summer speaking literally.
At some point, as an investor, I want the business leaders to lead and the shareholders to hold shares.
Oh hey here’s your question.
I don’t recall the company ever mentioning a share buyback.
Please anyone enlighten if they know differently.
No? No question anywhere. Do you see a question? Here’s what you said:
“Imo. As a outsider looking in and reading all the tweets and not following through, not delivering on what the ceo said like a shareholder letter could be viewed as suspect. I can see the anger from others on this board. And it looks like this has been going on for awhile. Then wait around even longer for news months from now. The ceo has to follow through or don't say anything. Again jmo”
“Not following through”, “not delivering...shareholder letter” “wait around for news months from now”
I’m just keeping the posters honest.
Dude was it last Wednesday a shareholder was mentioned would come out this week? Was there then a long holiday weekend? And now on Tuesday you are claiming they lied? This keeps happening the company keeps saying something will happen. What was said is manipulated to mean something totally different and everyone says hey look, no follow through.
Please read the company’s financials, pr’s, and tweets more carefully.
Nonsense - Interesting that you would speak up to say that you don’t speak. Now that is some serious wisdom.
Oh for sure. I know his story.
Your statements cannot be proven wrong. Who knows if tweets matter or not? And yes the market values the stock whatever its current value is. That is correct. But what you fail to realize is that the market is never correct in its valuation. For instance, a stock could be over valued or under valued forever. A stock market participant could know this and lose money or make money - there are examples of each. It is about more than what the market believes. Can you outsmart the market? Can you be where they will want to be? Can you leave before they do? It’s your money and it’s up to you to earn it and keep it safe.
Atom Smasher got a shoutout!
Let’s see here now... news on Tuesday after hours. That’s 1, 2 trading days before everyone began to clamor and calling the company a fraud like their rent is due. One of those days even was a half day. What is wrong here? Exercise patience, pps is on the steady incline as is their goal. I see no issues between promises and follow through. Quit building mountains out of mole hills.
I wonder why you would wonder. The notes to the financial statements explain this.
3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months all green. So what are you talking about?
Here we go again, people get all bent out of shape and slam the company. Then the PR drops and everyone is so proud of themselves for making a solid investment choice and a day later everyone be like where is the news? What about audits? When do we uplist?
Please keep in mind the company only started tweeting because investors complained about not knowing what was going on and wanted more updates.
No rush to judgement but maybe you missed the company’s tweet last week when they said they had enough news to bombard the public with press releases all week long. I imagine whatever news they were talking about in that tweet is what they could or would write in those press releases.
Let’s keep it kind and positive here.
Go AXXA
Could be an interesting week given the holiday. Not quite sure if the holiday will strengthen or weaken any growth in value over the course of the week. *the holiday falling on a day other than Friday is kind of cool too because it won’t be a 3 day weekend.
That’s very interesting since PPS is higher today than it was 3 months and 6 months and 12 months ago. PR’s sure pushing down that stock price!
That’s rude
Dang I remember when it went up and we found out it would be a year until it could be removed. It is so awesome to have it come down!
Who said the company’s credibility is suspect? In January they said they had satisfied requests from OTC for its removal and here we are. Maybe now we go.. we will go, just a matter of when! $AXXA strong!
Don’t believe it will end the day red though... all in due time
Typical AXXA, good things happen and the share price goes down.
Good opportunity to load more!
And after all they provide in terms of financials and news, people always ask for more and complain.
“Oh it’s not audited” or “8k and it’s real”
AXXA just keeps on delivering keeping promises and making money.
just be patient - the tsunami of buyers is coming
