The shareholders' concern is to see Atwell solves the problem and solve it quick, no one cares about its disclosure, unless that is your main concern. Is he working diligently on it ? Yes ! Is that enough for the shareholders ? Probably not. But what that gonna do if he explains what color was the wrong button he hit ?

I totally agree with "the third leg" that the CEO will not quit and it's obvious. Unfortunately it seems like things got more complicated for him than expected, we can expect a heads up via twitter at some point today. IMO this isn't a 24/48 hours delay, I need to figure out how to deal with the situation. Selling it's not an option...
