Comparing stock price is illogical. Compare market cap and we'll talk.
Come on guys...There were as many buys as sells. Most were on the ask instead of the bid however.
Jesus, this stock looks so good for a 5x even if it's just in the value of the ticker.
Do we know who holds the non-float shares?
Full disclosure I'm an investor, but know what you're investing in. Company doesn't have any assets left and no longer owns the Dockers brand. At best they will start over with a blank ticker but that may take much longer than expected per the most recent news

Yup, you're much better off waiting till the next catalyst to spread the word. Momentum excites people. I'll be sure to help once the next set of numbers come out, but for now I'm just sitting pretty.
Good stuff. Not sure we'll see an overnight rocket, but the time for this one will come soon me thinks.
You're really reaching here Kat. I never said the market does the opposite of what's logical, I said it doesn't always follow logic and you should expect the unexpected. How you got from those statements to thinking I was saying good things should have a negitive impact on this stock eludes to the amount of intelligence you're bringing to the conversation.
I gave you a perfectly good answer. The revenues don't continue to appreciate as people have now grown to expect.
And finally, people like you have been making the same argument since this went above one cent. "The stock will never go below this level". Well that's what plenty of people have believed and they've lost $$ as a result.
Trade as you please, but if you want to have an intellectual conversation check the name calling at the door.
I agree we have more downside in the short term.
Posting decreasing revenues and increasing liabilities would be a sure fire way to drop this to trips.
I have to agree that there is a possibility we see trips, though I have a feeling this will settle a bit higher than that. I've just been involved in too many stocks that the general consensus was it will never go back to or under X...And eventually it did. The stock market is logical is the biggest lie you've been told in trading.
Expect and monopolize on the unexpected is my tip of the day.
Awful lot of name calling going on here. Let's keep it civil (cough cough Kat). And yes it was one person who pumped it that was followed by many. And I already reentered at .002. As the quickest counter argument to all over the below why would the price drop down to .002 after the most recent run to .01? Based on its profitability it's worth well more than .01. Keep in mind this is the OTC and stocks don't always trade at their value.
Someone made the point that they are not operating at a positive net income. Well anyone who has basic arithmetic skills could have figured out that was in the future a year ago. Cash from Ops has long since been positive.
Also, the closing price has been painted the last couple days around .004 with small trades of around 20k while most of the trades during the day went through around .0032.
Finally, regarding people questioning any future price decline, this same conversation happened a couple months back and look what happened. Again, nothing material has changed that wasn't already obvious. Don't hold your breath and play the game according.
I think the best advice I've seen on this form is align the comment about expecting the stock to move according to what benefits management (I don't have the exact post infront of me but you get the idea). A lot can be learned from this. Does management need to raise funds? No...But do they want to keep buying up the outstanding shares? Probably.
Don't dig your feet in and blindly defend your position. Look at the big picture.
Incorrect. It ran because a huge pump group got involved. Hence the low volume increase and decrease that took place immediately. They used the shareholder update PR as a catalyst even though nothing pertinent was discussed. The second shareholder meeting resulted in the stocks crash when they announced they weren't going to pursue uplisting. Don't hold your breath for any action here.
It was me. Cashing out around .4ish so I can rebuying at .22 in a month. As said before, no buying pressure. This will be in a lull for months.
Don't think so. Momentum is gone and MM's have retaken control.
Shareholders update/PR has never had a meaningful impact on pricing so I wouldn't hold out for that.
Looks like this is done for a while. Congrats to all who cashed in. Catch you again in several months.
I think this may be the extent of this run. Financials have improved and no material upcoming catalysts in the near future. While I agree this is a great company investors are impatient and will move on in the interim.
I wouldn't expect much in terms of price action until year end financials are released around March.
Ditto to both of you. While volume is 0 the ask has been locked in at .0002 the past couple days with only $16k worth sitting on the ask. Any news and this is easily a 7x bagger or more. Good luck gents.
Does anyone have confirmation of insider ownership, or is this just a rumor going around?
If the directors really own a large portion of the company this is a gold play right here. Little worry about dilution since they would be damning their own shares.
Looks like they are holding off on issuing shares. I expect we'll see a nice pump followed by diluting thereafter. I'm here for the ride up.
Annddddddd I'm in. We can let this run now :)
Either way I have time. I can wait a year if need be.
Volume justifies the price action. Expect a strong continuation from here.
The only trade so far today was for literally $2. Time to forget about this for a month or two until it's hit bottom.
Sorry, I misspoke. Slapping the bid*
And let them drive this down. Hopefully we'll see trip 0's soon and everyone here with half a brain will load all the shares they can afford. For the time being though I'll watch. I have a feeling this will continue the downtrend
I'm happy to clear things up since knowone can seem to put 2 and 2 together. It's 4...No but really management declined to even consider uplisting because they want to keep share price as low as possible. I would bank on the fact that they have been dumping a small portion of their shares into the ask to drive price down.
Management owns 70% and intends to increase that ownership which would be much harder for them to do if share prices are 5 or 10x what they are now. They want prices at these low levels and I think we'll see prices continue to drop closer to .001 by which time everyone here will have lost interest. A year or two later and this will pop again when people discover this and someone else plans a pump.
Cruising along nicely!
Looking good for a multi day run. The entire OS was traded yesterday so we're seeing very little selling under .002 today. Should run once some ask slaps take place.
As it stands most averages are above .0015 so this has tremendous upside potential.
Loved the volume yesterday and strong close. I'm in at .18 today. Good luck to all!
Whole lot of 'hopium' being passed around this forum and very little DD or relevant information related to this pump. I'd keep away unless you can spot a trip 1 entry in a few days when other traders get impatient.
Lol, I'm just going to use this as my personal savings account for the next several years. Should be able to retire young after 5 or so years.
Not a bad play if you can wait for .0002, otherwise the market cap is already stretched thin. Market cap is over $800k even though the company is losing $$, has no operations, and has negative equity of $1.8m. You're only investing in the management and potential future operations because right now your shares are worthless based on fundamentals.
Anyone have the outstanding shares figure handy?
Thanks
Still holding strong, was never concerned with the short term price action. This is an easy triple from here for investors with more than a week's worth of patience.
Lol fear mongering at its most pathetic. Yes, we get it...You want cheap shares, otherwise you wouldn't be here. Good luck.
I'll stand by the knowledge that the company generates over $5m cash from operations with a market cap that's only about double that. Combine that with the fact that management owns 70% of said market cap and any bearish comments are clearly just an attempt at cheap shares. Or very very clueless investors
The people who got in at trips obviously. When your up 500% you need to take some profit.
I'll weather the storm. Just a matter of time before interest peaks again.
Higher lows each week.
Don't worry, we're just getting rid of the investors who don't know how to read a balance sheet or cash flow statement. All the better.
Short term price action is irrelevant, it will move to the correct levels sooner than later. Fundamentals will see to that.
No sellers today...On the flip side no buyers either. Volume speaks volumes, people sitting on the sidelines waiting to see where this goes. Shareholder update should prove a nice catalyst.
Wow! That's a favorable looking technical analysis!
I tried to paint the close but someone insisted on screwing with our momentum.
I slapped the ask for a tiny share count just to get us back to .12 :)
