I have to agree with you Bull$hark. I keep checking as I would love to see where $ is being spent. I believe the vision, not so much the mgt. any longer.
That is certainly what I am hoping as well. I plan to dig more into it this weekend.
Abstract
Imagine you are a company with a failing business that is drowning in debt. On the bright side, you also possess a very valuable asset. This asset is unique because, unlike most assets, if you liquidate the business through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, it will be extinguished and its value will not be realized by any shareholders or creditors. On the other hand, even if you substantially liquidate the business using Chapter 11, you can, thanks to an extraordinary ambiguity in the law, preserve this valuable asset. Even better, you can direct the value of this asset to your preferred stakeholders—whether they are shareholders or creditors—rather than have the asset’s value allocated among stakeholders according to bankruptcy’s absolute priority rule. You can do this because you have the most information about this valuable asset and because bankruptcy law and courts effectively ignore its existence, leaving you to allocate its value as you see fit. What is this unique asset? Valuable tax attributes, including net operating losses and credit carryovers. This scenario is not purely hypothetical; Solyndra and Washington Mutual, among others, have effectively used Chapter 11 to divert the value of tax losses and credits to a select group of shareholders and creditors in contravention of bankruptcy‘s distributional norms. This Article recommends statutory revisions to the tax and bankruptcy laws to remove the unintended tax advantage and thus neutralize the tax consequences of corporate restructuring decisions.

Thanks for the information. I think with Corbion bringing this in under it's organization confirms a positive outcome going forward (unless of course they elect to just dump the company and only roll in the assets).
No need Cheeky, I found what I was looking for. It's a story I freakin' love but need to find out how this, TVIAQ, is valued. If anyone knows, I could certainly use thew help. Just being hitched to Corbion is absolutely tremendous.
Cheeky, I am trying to follow this from bankruptcy to where we are now.
Is TVIAQ now a subsidiary company to Corbion, with it's own ticker symbol?
Can you direct me to find the story?
I really appreciate it.
A very nice leg up!!!
malekabal42,,,apparently you are allowed to interchange the words 'hope' and 'expect' as shown in your response below:
"He said EXPECT not HOPE. It sounds like he would be giving us an update before November 1st. All we can do is hope that something solid gets done soon."
But others' are unable to do the same?
i was only joshing!
Well then why don't we start putting up how Ford, Chysler, BMW, Chevy and Mercedes have agreed to begin installation of the bSafe DD App in all of its vehicles and that our CEO is working through offers from Google and three unknown companies to purchase it's DD App.
I agree and just posted how the JV works.
It's never been discussed that the two were merging. Only a JV with NECA creating apps and ONCI selling them for a 50-50 split.
"We are also pleased to announce we have signed an additional JV with NECA Corp to create 3 additional apps for the auto insurance, safety and warranty business. We will use NECAs team to develop the apps and ON4s marketing team to sell the apps via SEO and target marketing. These apps will go BETA in January 2018 and rollout is expected June 2018."
Apparently you don't see it when using your phone. When you get to your computer or iPAD, go to the NECA board. Its up near the top.
Yeah, agreed!
Who are you kidding Thrash? You said it would be tanking! And yet now you bbought in at .08's. You are so full of it.....
Just wishful thinking and trying its best to piggy-back
When you go to the NECA Board, in HUGE BOLD letters it reads
NECA MERGING WITH ONCI $$$$$
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NECA/profile
What didn't you see?
Not as a merger,,,FACT!!! ONCI makes 50% on selling the NECA,,,NECA makes 50% when ONCI sells its app. It is only a one-way JV.
I posted on the board to take it down two weeks ago. I think the like it up. Draws them more attention we we don't care about. ONCI only make money when we sell their app. and they only make money when we sell their app. The JV only flows one way, to ONCI.
Why does the NECA Board show in BIG BOLD LETTERS that NECA and ONCI are merging? Is it because NECA can't make it without trying to hitch its wagon to ONCI? It is a blatant lie and I for one am pissed that the NECA board is still showing this.
Please do
Right!
Maybe,,,if they can scrape up $750,000,000 they could buy the DD App. And NECA is not Google!
Please explain why ONCI would want to buy NECA when ONCI has what they want? What could be gained?
Great Post,,,exactly right.
I think Steve will have the company re-domiciled and the name changed prior to the conference call and I think he will key in on the contracts delivered along with the revenues to be generated from those contracts. He will be unable to discuss any contracts he is working on with major car manufacturers but should be able to provide what he anticipates will be annual gross and net profits, which might help shed some light. I believe he will discuss what markets the sales team has and is approaching along with hurdles to overcome and new markets which we may not have discussed. It would be my hope that between now and the CC we see some additional revenue generating news to help maintain the pps at or above $.01 to make it that much easier and quicker to move from Pink to QB status. I agree that once the audit has been competed and 10-Q released, this company will absolutely explode and should any news come from a deal with a major manufacturer,,,well I wouldn't take a guess what that would do to the pps.
I am holding every share I have and I wouldn't take a chance on playing the flipping game, as even you BTW agree in the future of this company. We just disagree when that future begins.
To me the big difference is the iOS 11 can just be turned off. If a teenager gets into the car, what do you think the first thing they will do. Yep, you guessed it. And no one is the wiser.
With bSafe, parents can monitor whether the app has been disabled and if calls are answered or made. The same with texts.
In my view, adults will either use this app or not. Adults with kids who are driving their cars will be the big buyers.
AND if the insurance companies are providing discounts to policyholders who maintain this type of device, more adults will take advantage themselves. I know I would.
If I was underwriting the policies there would be a clause that should you be involved in an accident while you are texting or talking, the policy is void, no remuneration will be paid and your policy is cancelled.
I don't think that link went through for state laws concerning cell phone use:

This has been previously posted but shows what Steve Berman is talking about when he mentions that we are in the perfect storm.
Here are the state laws regarding cell phone use while driving:

On2, don't worry about him. He is just mad because he bought at the high. He mentioned that in a post yesterday or Monday.
Very well said ready2go or stay. I trade NASDAQ stocks on a quick 2 - 4 day, in and out, basis. Then I also have stocks for dividend reinvestment and/or long term growth. ONCI is a company which I believe has the ability for growth in the long term. I do have the 'internal fortitude' to not only hold, but to continue to buy on these dips. Sales being reported are phenomenal and the CEO has been very clear as to providing information and the path this company is taking. I will continue to hold onto my shares because I believe in the vision and the path which Steve Berman has and is creating. This is one company in which I don't want to be caught saying,,,'damn, if I had only bought'.
I believe you will think it was terrible investing,,,soon! Take care and don't bother replying as you no longer have a reason to be here.
Down from .02 for you??? Why it's up from .0022 for me! You must be a terrible investor!
Good post Panther. This company can't be held down! Not with the CEO we have.
Automotive Fleet would be a good magazine for a full page ad.
That's where the parents' step in and explain that they now have control. Parents can now monitor the texts' and calls. We will probably see more kids on the busses if they can't keep off the phone while driving.
Those fleet lists even contain the person at each company to contact.
Here is a list of the top fleets from 2016. A good list for On4 Communications to call on:
http://digital.automotive-fleet.com/FL5002016#&pageSet=0
Were those for the Assurant fleet vehicles? Did Steve explain how those units were going to be used?
I can see insurance companies buying the units for its fleet of vehicles. That alone would add to some serious $. It would also be a huge recommendation that HEXG has the absolute best DD App on the market.
I don't say this very often but the Federal and State Legislatures are our best friends right now. We need more laws passed as the Distracted Driving Law in the State of Washington.
