I'm with you regarding the past news n PTOP with little to no response on the buying side when news is released.

Imo, after reading the press release of developers receiving 50 million shares for completion of the app early and this last fund raising email seems PTOP continues to struggle with zero true investors and real users to get this stock to move unless it's a pump. Hope I'm wrong.
