i havent been watching Layer 2 that closely but if mm are moving elsewhere then NITE could be taking the thing over.
you dont just snap your fingers and build a national brand sorry
yes vfin is a common diluter. I think they do retail sometimes also so it is hard to tell. The market is valuing companies that have some sort of FDA approval on their products much more than those that don't. That is my only explanation. For some reason the market does not care for the consumer segment of CVSI that much which is surprising because:
1. Like omega3 oils cbd oil will most likely have over the counter and prescription.
2. Where I live I can go to the coop grocery store buy plus cbd oil.
3. I as a consumer trust products carried in brick and mortar stores over products only sold online; and I "discover" products easier via brick and mortar stores especially when reviews are hard to find.
4. Since I can I now trust plus cbd oil as a good brand and will buy it online direct or go back.
5. Even legal marijuana users should supplement with cbd oil to counteract the bad effects of the thc which are numerous.
6. There is a huge section of society that will only buy in brick and mortar on the first transaction; old ladies for one. And they love shopping in the natural health food stores. I bet old ladies are buying up a ton of this stuff.
well they had the 2 million loan that started diluting in november 275k a month.
now the new loan is 750k and that i think will start in 6 months. so ya. welcome to purgatory.
the last trade was 23 minutes before close; this thing has gone into a coma.
some lady on facebook was yelling about cvsi helping the big conglomerates like Bayer/Monsanto take over the cannabis industry. i was like yes! i wonder if she knows what she is talking about hehe
might sell out and just buy a dodge caravan
my father in law tells me the tranny is going out on my current minivan
oh well we tried i guess; good luck
golly i actually like mona surprised to see such hostility
they said they wouldnt have to borrow any more for the over the counter division only pharmaceutical.
not sure
another loan from iliad. any word on those guys?
why cause of the nevada gaming commission thing? those darn pesky shady telemarketers
not sure i emailed ir and they said watch for the news so they probably do not know either.
i wish this thing would get pumped
new quarterly is going to be really good thats not the problem with this stock.
derp that post made zero sense.
i agree
ive sold out twice and bought right back in
cvsi has their hands in all the cookie jars. literally every cbd cookie jar there is cvsi is lurking so risk is largely mitigated on needing govt approval to continue. i could see them providing the bulk cbd down the road for pharma if things went really bad on the over the counter front. not to mention i have absolutely no doubt cvsi-007 will be approved.
if you want safer try canada; a big run already happened last year but you could see some steady growth if you pick a good one; some of the good ones are diluting like heck up there and i am not aware exports have been approved so growth could be limited.
a west virgina shop got "raided" for cbd and then they returned it the next day and said sell at your own risk no charges. haha
the store is going to ship it to their philadelphia stores and sell it there
yep its a gamble not sure what to tell you
GWPH WILL NOT BUY YOUR HEMP KENTUCKY; CVSI WILL
MAKE KENTUCKY GREAT AGAIN
https://www.leafly.com/news/politics/breaking-south-dakota-house-blunts-gw-pharma-bill
another link about south dakota. really really huge news. this is a good sign for kentucky too.
the kids with seizures are having better luck on the otc stuff than the gwph stuff. ouch. so now to cover their behinds they are trying to screw the otc folks but in reality both products can co exist because there is no way most normal people can afford large quantities of the otc stuff out of pocket and insurance wont cover it.
hemp cbd lobby is very aware of kyhb333. they are going full throttle.
good news on the gwph monopoly move:
http://www.argusleader.com/story/news/politics/2017/03/02/panel-oks-medical-marijuana-extract-strikes-fda-provision/98625878/
no i would recommend reading the filing
this is why you have to respect the business saavy of mona and the bod:
"In fact, CV Sciences has committed itself to pursuing both:
1) hemp-derived CBD for use in a wide range of consumer products including nutritional supplements, specialty foods and beauty products; and,
2) proprietary therapeutics, using CBD as the active pharmaceutical ingredient, across multiple medical indications. Our development pipeline currently includes two preclinical programs."
3) Axim Slide [my addition]
https://www.newcannabisventures.com/cv-sciences-responds-to-fda-warnings-issued-to-8-marketers-of-cbd/
now if cvsi-007 gets fast tracked then who gives a crap huh hehe.
i think stuart tomc hit the nail on the head; we have to have prescription cbd drugs especially for people that cannot afford it out of pocket. but we also have to have artisanal hemp extracts for folks that just want to use at a dietary supplement. NOT THAT COMPLICATED FOLKS
"Based on global demand for hemp-derived CBD, a compromise will eventually be reached, with artisanal hemp extracts sold in co-existence with pharmaceuticals, as is the case with prescription omega-3 fish oils and commercially available omega-3 offerings."
source article from last year that has been linked many times; that is basically the crux of the issue.

cv has been a huge supporter to get kentucky hemp off the ground along with other cbd companies. you pass this bill they will all pull out of kentucky and go else where. so stupid.
if i had to guess their accountant fired them because of the industry they are in. then cv called their transfer agent asking for a recommendation and there you go.
kentucky is so stupid if they pass the house bill 333. do they think gw is gonna get their hemp from kentucky umm i dont think so. talk about killing the hemp industry which is huge for the state before it even gets started. cv still getting their stuff from holland so it wont effect things too much but they are trying to get setup in kentucky. there is also the bill in the ky senate to expand hemp.
well now we know why cvsi-007 is synthetic; geesh
In sharp shift of political winds, Indiana House unanimously passes CBD bill
cvsi has their hands all over that cookie jar also; check the axim slides folks; good at execution for sure; may not go to the moon but probably will not go bankrupt or anything anytime soon. worse case is dilution at a stronger rate than current 2 mill loan.
and by fixed he said last night in his speech to make sure no miracle drug is left un-approved [paraphrasing]. if cbd isnt that then I dont know what is. cbd could be a miracle drug for some kids.
this is a gamble no doubt about that. dont gamble money you cannot lose.
trump and sessions are coming after the mexican cartels and other organized drug running operations; this is the first and primary concern regarding marijuana etc.
trump again saying FDA approval process needs to be fixed
great since cvsi meets with them later this month hehe
cvsi product to be published in national journal of toxicology possibly this year
cbd oil passed indiana house 98-0. that really tells you everything you need to know about where this is going. indiana very red state.
http://www.thecannabist.co/2017/02/22/indiana-cbd-oil-legislation-house/74142/
i agree with sessions that thc levels are way too high and they need to be highly regulated to protect kids and young adults
i am also a strong buy on this stock
