FEAR or GREED?
Being here since September 2015 talking about this incredible R/M between UMS and $TALK$. I believe I was the first to reveal the link to the deal for all to review. Many others have contributed even more information on why TALK is such a great investment opportunity and we've all benefited thus far.
$TALK$ will most likely be the biggest OTC merger of 2015/16 (IMO) and some did not do any DD before jumping in- they just go on price action which is fine also. Within the past week a few of these investors has come on-board bashing $TALK$, promoting we sell and get out now. So I ask myself why? I think its because lack of DD caused them to short a stock that have so much potential, and this placed them on the wrong side of the investment ladder for a change.
Now come the big question which emotion is more dominant if you shorted this beast of a stock "FEAR!" and so it should be!
$TALK$ is going to have a major run and I hope you'll enjoy the ride, and make some money, if your not on borrowed shares.
GLTY
Would like to know which important $TALK$ information has not being disclosed by the company, or on the way through the Super K-8 that is being referred to.
I would find and post for all to review.
See for yourself her knowledge with mergers. You need to do better that this!

Apple is in talks to launch (MVNO) its own virtual network service in the US and Europe
http://uk.businessinsider.com/apple-in-talks-to-launch-an-mvno-in-the-us-and-europe-2015-8
So why is TALK such a potential takeover for Apple? The direction for TALK and Apple is the same..
A mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), or mobile other licensed operator (MOLO), is a wireless communications services provider that does not own the wireless network infrastructure over which the MVNO provides services to its customers. An MVNO enters into a business agreement with a mobile network operator to obtain bulk access to network services at wholesale rates, then sets retail prices independently.[1] An MVNO may use its own customer service, billing support systems, marketing, and sales personnel, or it could employ the services of a mobile virtual network enabler

People have no idea what TALK could be soon.
Now its dilution? not shorting. Interesting..
When I place a small order at .004 tomorrow we'll see who needs them more to cover shorts.
Till then!
Wow I am agreeing with you on a portion of your statement "Most MMs don't happen to have shres on hand"
That is true because the float it locked by longs. So MM were forced to Naked Short and they need to start covering.
How many share still need to be covered? can't say for-sure, but tomorrow will tell when PPS starts to move quickly.
They're many people working on verifying this information. Stay tuned like the rest of us for updates on share numbers.
Patience it will be verified shortly.
Most but not all. I can TALK your ear off on some that does not.
GDAR warning signs were and still there IMO.
Check TALK shorts in December from Member firms.

“Naked” Short Sales
In a “naked” short sale, the seller does not borrow or arrange to borrow the securities in time to make delivery to the buyer within the standard three-day settlement period.[3] As a result, the seller fails to deliver securities to the buyer when delivery is due (known as a “failure to deliver” or “fail”).
short sale
A short sale is generally the sale of a stock you do not own (or that you will borrow for delivery).[1] Short sellers believe the price of the stock will fall, or are seeking to hedge against potential price volatility in securities that they own.
I am sending this because I got a nasty PM that I wish I could share, but cannot.

The three trading days ending last week, TALK was shorted over 82 million shares. Fact are facts, check for yourself.

If this is indeed the numbers this will be huge for all, but shorts. I have being stating buyback for some time now so I am pleased to hear, but still cautious until verified.
I have no clue why anyone would be shorting $TALK$ but oh-well. Trend is your friend and where is TALK trending!
Company is Debt free and buying back shares. They're growing at 30% yearly also.
I think that was what I was trying to say, but could be interpreted otherwise.
Longs are holding strong!!!
I am not selling yet like most Longs, but I do have to say the Manipulation of a stock today show you how much pink sheets (OTC) is not for the faint of heart.
MM manipulation
short selling
scam posting and you name it.
we've endured thus far, and we're still holding strong because we know what rewards there is for the taking soon.
MM covering their shorts before the long weekend. Hence price drop!

CLAY posted three AM videos and $TALK$ is one of then. Interesting for I am not sure if he's done that before?
If you take a look at all three the direction is clear. I think he's warning his followers not to short $TALK$, for I would not be.
Hit me up in two months and we'll see.
Reality on $TALK$ risk vs reward
Talk is a R/M play with huge potential, but there is always some risk so lets look at risk verses reward.
Lets say you place $1,000.00 towards shares in TALK today at .0025 PS. What are your odds?
ODDS
Risk: Deal falls through (under 5% possibility) based on company PR's and Investor Responses.
Odds are the PPS will increase first before dropping, so you'll either make some profit or sell for a tiny loss. I say you'll lose less than $100.00.
Rewards: Deal goes through (95% possibility) based on company PR's and Investor Responses.
PPS increases dramatically, based on comparable companies against UMS current revenue, and growing at over 30% yearly. PPS should be greater than $2.00 IMO.
1000 / .0025 = 400000 shares
400000 * $2.00(PPS) = $800,000.00
Being here since September, done my DD on $TALK$ so I know my odds and where I think this is going. $$REWARDS$$
This is my thoughts on $TALK$
The simple answer is no know what going to happen! We can only speculate, make educated guesstimate, or just make-up some B/S for ones gains.
If you know? let the rest of us know what's going to happen.
Asking a question with unknown answer(s) does not make you right!
I look forward to divesting so that possibility would be nice.
How do you know they're not still buying back shares? how many shares do you think they're buying back?
I go on what I can see.
Provide facts please to justify your statement. I have being stating buy back for sometime now.
Did you not state there was going to be a R/S? which is clearly not going to happen!
We tried to warn them. Good thing I had a small position, for I was weary about loading more.
CEO made the decision easy for me.
It appears CSTI is doing the buybacks for $TALK$. I would like the price to move up as everyone else, but it also looks like (IMO) CSTI is buying back shares for $TALK$. Being watching L2 as to who's doing the buying on pullbacks and CSTI appears to be doing quite a bit.
This is going to be big folks don't get scared/nervous if PR does not come tomorrow. IT WILL COME and it will be huge.

I have a small position, but I am hoping for not much longer. trouble is 1.8 Bil shares on the ask.
Looks like I will be holing this POS for longer than anticipated.
My broker will not allow me to buy/sell this stock.
Rejected due to security traded in physical security form.
Over 50 Million shorts yesterday. I am sure they're realizing the mistake and will cover soon. PR hopefully is on the horizon, then it will be surely be too late to cover.
Interesting day ahead of us for-sure.
Delray Beach, Florida, September 28, 2015 - iTalk Inc. (OTCQB: TALK) (“iTalk”), a global provider of advanced communications and mobile broadband services, is pleased to announce that it has executed a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire United Mobile Solutions Corp. (“UMS”).
UMS, with $16 million in annual revenue, is a value added master dealer distributor, dedicated wireless equipment distributor and service provider with a device distribution network of sub-dealers – including kiosks, stores and franchised outlets. Through its value added approach, UMS’s sub-dealer network has quickly expanded to over 1,600 outlets across the Southeastern United States. UMS’s services include streamlined inventory management; back-end expertise to ensure and manage quality control fulfillment and reverse logistics operations dealership management; and simplified wireless payment processing enablement services to the wireless industry and a wide inventory of cellular phones with immediate availability.
UMS is a holding company with several subsidiaries: International Touch Point, LLC (“ITP”), United Prepaid, LLC (“United Prepaid”) and United Mobile Solutions, LLC d/b/a CPD MOBILE. ITP was formed in 2014 to provide refurbishment and quality control operation in Dallas, TX. Refurbishment offers the opportunity to develop gross margins in excess of 30%, while providing an additional inventory flow for UMS and its family of companies. ITP is able to handle simple projects from cosmetic refurbishment all the way to the complex level 3 circuit board repairs in large volumes. United Prepaid was formed in 2006 as an exclusive distributor of prepaid cellular phones and airtime in the state of South Carolina for a mobile virtual network operator. With an aptitude to capitalize the existing reseller network, the business soon evolved into a dealer services business model where the company began to enable retailers to accept cellular prepaid payments through a dedicated terminal system. In less than three short years, the business grew to over 900 active locations, grossing $30 million annually. United Prepaid still supports the customers in this network. The active relationships through the dedicated terminal systems positions the company to quickly deploy new services and give access to thousands of locations both directly and indirectly.
David F. Levy, iTalk’s Chief Executive Officer, stated: “The UMS acquisition will give iTalk the ability to expand the iTalk products family into the full wireless segment, such as our subsidiary WQN’s global calling services, along with our data wireless devices, by integrating them with UMS’s strong marketing and distribution services network. We plan to execute an aggressive growth strategy to leverage their product offerings, customer base and backend process capabilities with our cutting edge smartphone apps and VoIP technologies. This will provide WQN the opportunity to acquire new customers and maximize potential revenue.”
Mr. Levy concluded, “David Lee, President of UMS, is a business leader that brings extensive leadership and expertize in the wireless technology, marketing and services to iTalk. He will continue in his role as President of UMS, overseeing the overall management and growth of iTalk. The iTalk team and I personally look forward to working closely with him and his team to further build shareholder value.”
Mr. Lee stated, “David Levy’s leadership as CEO is valuable as he will guide the organization through the corporate strategies available to us, as we continue to execute on our aggressive growth plans. David Levy adds a valuable perspective to UMS’s management team by bringing years of corporate leadership and we look forward to the partnership in becoming an industry leader in the technology driven wireless industry. Mr. Levy’s experience in the industry will be valuable as we innovate the offerings the combined companies will be able to provide to the mobile marketplace.”

TALK is a Reverse Merger play between ITALK and UMS. The focus is on UMS because they're revenue producing (between 20 - 40 mil), linked to T-Mobile through CPD mobile, and they're taking over the TALK ticker symbol.

DD on TALK
I think $$TALK$$ is going to list on OTCQX because they meet all criteria, but they need to reach .25 cents first. Once PR released this will easily blow by .25 cents.

Over 86 million shares traded with a 60% percent increase. I am sure that got allot of attention.
Now we have to bring these new $TALK$ers up to speed on what we have here.
Check Sticky post #15169 PPS should be close to $2.00

If P/E Ratio = 100 then PPS = $1.88 (Price Per Share)
Read people read..you have the golden goose here.
Indeed it Shall. As many of us has stated many times. $$TALK$$ is going to be the 2016 stock that everyone will know by name shortly.
sometimes we need to strategically sell in order for PPS to increase :)
Just the way it works OTC land. Not shorted sighted at all.
JMO.
All we need to do is close at 15s today. That has being resistance for three to four weeks now. dumping at 13s made sense with news coming, sharing thinning for a run, and traders buying up 14s.
learn to trade OTC wisely.
Whomever dumps 13s should not be trading OTC. Such a ridiculous trade!
On January 8th FINRA went to the SEC for approval on new OTC rules.
