100K at .006 now back to CSTI .0049 (5,000) x .0058 CSTI (100K)
Auto 100K .006 x .007 850,800 NITE ETMM
Bid/Ask starting off higher today, don't know why....
Interesting...when I placed my orders via TDA, the MM did not change. I just placed a 100K buy order at .0049 (NOT AON) via Zecco and it appeared immediately, but it came up as a new bid for NITE. Just canceled it and NITE disappeared from .0049 bid.
I just did that...see my post. Give it a try and see if it works the same for you. I did mine using TDA. Will try now w/ Zecco.
Okay...I think I was correct in previous posts about AON.
Here is what I just did:
1) Placed an order to buy 150K shares of MLXO at .0049 (NOT AON). Bid at .0049 immediately went up by 150K.
2) Canceled the order. Bid went down by 150K.
3) Placed new order to buy 150K shares at .0049 AON. Bid did not change.
4) Canceled order from step #3, no change in bid.
1) Was your order a buy or sell order?
2) Did you enter it as a 'market' or 'limit' order?
3) Was it AON?
I really liked Alpha Trade. If I remember correctly, you could look up historical T/S, not just the day's trades (looks like you still can look up 30 days worth). I can't remember if it gave the MM or not. Looks like the cheapest option that includes Pink Level II on Alphatrade is $44/month. They probably give a yearly discount. You can get the I-Hub Level II for pinks (the Small Cap Pro) for $269/year ($22.50/month). I get the TDA stuff for free, but I don't really like it that much for Pink Level II. Zecco charges for their Pink L2; I haven't tried it yet and probably won't. I know some people really like QuoteTracker and that's free. In fact, I think I need to take another look at QuoteTracker.
I haven't had a problem w/ IHUBS L2 showing multiple trades, but today it froze on me, so now I have to refresh it all the darn time to make sure it's current.
Hmmm, maybe NITE just does WTF it wants...sure seems that way sometimes..
Thanks...for some reason, my other L II didn't refresh...
This often happens when mgt. goes silent. Actually, I'm surprised that it stayed above .005 as long as it did. There's definitely support to keep this above .005. Could be individual investors, could be MM's could be Michelex itself...who knows...
Obviously, the .0058 purchase was made in an attempt to keep the price up.
Such BS...I have an order in for 100K at .0051 (AON) not filled, though 120K filled at .005
CSTI and NITE .0045 x .005 ETMM
Interesting...so theoretically, if all of the volume for a given day was trades by MM's (e.g., say 10 million shares traded) the Level II could show 0 trades. Would the volume still be listed?. If the volume was listed, for a given day, you could compare total volume to the volume shown for trades and the difference would be MM trades.
Not showing the trades on L II would make it even harder for investors to know what is going on. Investors are already disadvantages as they can not short pinks, but hedgies and MM's can.
Also, what do you make of the lack of .0045 bids? I'm assuming people still have buys in at .0045 I know that I do, but mine are AON. Do you have a link to what the MM's are supposed to do regarding the posting of bids? They definitely are not including AON bids w/ respect to MLXO.
Could be using a trade trigger or it could be a MM making the trade.
It's obvious that the small buys (e.g., trades under $50) at the ask are only being made to 'support' the price.
What's up with the 7,777 trades? Seems like we've seen a few of those lately. I'm assuming it's supposed to be some type of signal. Last trade was 7,777 @ .0058 which equals $45.11
IMHO, I think often times it is an individual trader who places 'signal' trades in an attempt to influence investor opinion.
NITE 350 .005 x .0058 1,500 ETMM
200K went at .005 and another 100K just went at .0051
Depends on how long until we get positive news...I would not be surprised to see a lot of action around .005 - .0053 I'm going off of my gut feel, not any tech analysis.
The main game is the attempt to keep the price up. Look at the volume of the buys at .006 or thereabouts compared to volume near .0052 It wants to go lower, but it is being, IMHO, artificially held up. If one thinks this is a long-term buy, it is better if it is not held up, thus one can accumulate shares at a lower price. JMHO
NITE x NITE now
Interesting....all the .0045 bids have disappeared. I have some .0045 bids in, but they are AON, maybe they only show market bids...
I'm not seeing that on either Trade Architect or ADFVN Level II
How do you interpret that? (It's now 284K at .0053)
2 more buys at .0053
Not sure if people (i.e, individual investors) will be able to keep it above .005 for many more days w/out news. JMHO
10:33 400K at .005
two buys at .0053 (new ask) trying to keep it above .05
Does anyone have a link showing which bids MM's must list (or should I say, "are suppose to list") for Level II? I was looking at that information a few days ago, but I can't find the link. My guess is that they do not have to list AON orders. At least, that seems to be the case as I've had some AON orders to buy recently that were higher than the highest listed bid, but my order was not showing up on Level II. Likewise, Level II has been showing the shares wanted at a bid that do not include the shares that were part of my orders (I know, b/c my order amount was higher than the total given for that bid).
PS..I think I had an AON order in earlier today at a price higher than a transaction that occurred at a lower price, even though the quantity was the same. I need to go back over some canceled quotes to verify that though.
...assuming all that we have been told is correct, Michelex has the potential to be a very lucrative investment....
Here's to hoping for the best!
LOL, My guess is that the one part you think I have right is the one that is most open to debate.
PS...Hope we are both right on that one part...
IMHO, Michelex has done a terrible job in regards to Investor Relations. Although Michelex is touted (by shareholders, I have not seen the company make this claim) as not being just another pinky, in regards to IR they are acting 'just like another pinky.' Hopefully, they are just overwhelmed by the need to perform DD on old financials and potential mergers and by actually running a start-up business. However, going forward, it would be beneficial if they could get their act together in regards to corporate communications. JMHO...assuming all that we have been told is correct, Michelex has the potential to be a very lucrative investment...GLTA
Gap finally starting to close
HDSN 10,000 .0052 x .0055 1,250,000 NITE
Though I know there are more than 10,000 shares wanted at .0052
Newbie to Phar question: Why is the float so low? OS is 980Million but float is only 12.5Million. RM took place about 1 1/2 months ago. Are there 980Million restricted shares?
