A copy of the pr from January can be found here. Doesn't look like a big money maker, but notice the pr mentions Elite looking at divestiture for our own ANDA, which gives some context to Glenmark's involvement.

Really puts a damper on the 2 cent predictions though. LOL. Not only did he say "easily" and "absolutely yes" regarding dollar land, he also backed it up with details regarding the 3 baskets. It's not as if he just randomly claimed dollar land without anything to substantiate. We have numerous applications and many more on the near horizon. We are also currently waiting to hear from the FDA regarding SequestOx. LOL.
If we are waiting to hear from them about SequestOx, I guess that means it's not dead and the FDA hasn't stopped us. LOL
That so called "sleazeball" is sacrificing time with his family 5 days a week to grow Elite Pharma. LOL
I don't know either. Maybe someone else can say. "Third quarter" was a quote from Nasrat. It sounded like he's expecting it pretty soon though.
except we are up and not down since the call. The cc was not lame at all. It was highly informative and encouraging. Maybe you can quote all the "lame" portions. Was it when Nasrat said we can easily get to Dollar land within 2 years?
maybe but only bc of the FDA's bs. Don't try to act like it's Nasrat's fault or lacking. Everybody on that team is fully competent and seen everything there is to see. The blame is on the chemist. As I've said before, there should already be an exact criteria list easily accessible online of everything the FDA wants for an application. Do you expect Nasrat to be able to read the future minds of the FDA chemists?
possibly. It's hard to know if it's intentional or unintentional. It's clearly stall tactics, but are they doing it bc of corruption or doing it just to buy time bc they're swamped. It they're swamped though, there's no need to come up with new bs questions. Nasrat clearly stated that they (Elite) had never heard of what the chemist asked for regarding Norco tablet scoring. He also clearly stated Elite did for Norco exactly what it did for Percocet, which was the standard basically and what the FDA asked for re: Percocet.
I don't know about that. Probably dead money for a little while longer, but it's going to start moving up at some point and will have the approvals and more filings to continue the momentum. The profits in 2 years will probably be 3 to 5x what they are this year. Will probably only be up a little for this year, but there will be approvals to get pps up. Very exciting. The FDA can't stall much longer.
I like how they're building a database to offset the FDA's bs questions. FDA can probably come up with infinite questions, though.
Nasrat spoke with some enthusiasm when he talked about it while answering the questions near the end. He is also clearly excited about the Glenmark partnership, as all investors should be. That partnership is a huge deal. As he said, they have great capabilities.
Profits are down bc of 2 reasons: Methadone and Naltrexone. Naltrexone is already improving and expected to continue improving. The contract re: Methadone expired and they didn't have interest in renewing bc there is no future or growth there.
Elite is working on several ADF products and several ANDA's (if I understood correctly). Clearly said want to keep level of filings at mass level.
Absolutely. He continues to lay out a clear and great plan for the company. Things have dragged but most of the fault is the FDA. Overall, these things just take time, including years often. It was a great call in my opinion.
True to some degree. But clearly Nasrat has a much bigger and longer plan. Investors shouldn't just focus on SequestOx. That is only a small piece of this puzzle. I don't hear any interest in the company being sold. He's clearly annoyed with the FDA's stalling tactics. Not saying he thinks it's nefarious, but there is absolutely no excuse for them using trivial questions to delay things for 10 to 12 months.
not really an update. Still waiting to hear from FDA on exactly what they want so we don't waste time and money.
Just said we will easily get to dollarland (within 2 years)
Is away from his family 5 days a week bc he believes in Elite.
Thinks we will see about one approval per quarter (next 4 quarts)starting with 3rd quarter. Will also have one filing per quarter for next 4 quarters.
If the CC were after the closing bell, the statement might possibly be accurate. No, companies don't usually release bad news at 1 pm on a Friday.
Yeah, I'm sure he's driving down the value of his own shares intentionally.
Read Carefully. Nasrat won't be lowballed. Never said or implied he doesn't want to get involved with big greedy pharma companies. I hope he's a bit greedy himself.
I think you are referring to Norco. Stability tests have/were already done for both Perc and Norco. A chemist involved in the Norco application asked for another test regarding possible impurities related to scoring the tablet (which I presume is the ball that is still in our court).
people buy Elite ever day the market is open.
Proof? I didn't think so.
That is total bull. Other companies couldn't care less about Nasrat's so called "conflicts of interest". All they care about is can they make money.
The reason "the only partnerships Elite has are with two small companies" is bc Nasrat refuses to accept low ball offers. Big Pharma is greedy.
There is no plan in the foreseeable future to replace SequestOx. SequestOx is the top priority. Nasrat has every intention of bringing it to market as well as utilizing the deal with Epic. This other product means nothing right now, and it certainly means nothing about SequestOx.
Do not read so much into this other product. It is not yet worthy of being referred to as a "the replacement".
Are these buys or just compensation?
Below the quote is all the proof that exists to support the claim
lol because margarine is no longer considered healthier than butter, that proves the report is no longer relevant? nothing was offered to debunk anything.
is there a link to verify?
I'm pretty sure I get to decide for myself what is interesting, and I couldn't care less about Gx Embeda.
Then are you also implying that the information regarding the impurities is also a part of the standard data wanted by the FDA? Does and has the FDA required that data for all tablet drug applications? As I said, the FDA has no semblance of a standard for drug applications. If the FDA wanted that information, they could have and should have made that obvious from decades ago. Do you think the "chemist" doesn't already know the possibilities regarding impurities? The FDA might as well ask about the possible colors tablets could be made in.
Was the chemist actually doing his job? I suspect so. The chemist's job probably is to stall certain non big Pharma companies. That is the most probably reality in the corrupt world we live in.
I think it's best not to think the recent FDA inspection means anything about an imminent approval. Or it could mean some minor development is imminent. It's all very complex and complicated. There's plenty to be excited about, but it's going to take time and patience.
What about the comment from Nasrat:
there was certainly nothing to indicate a reason to sell or go lower.
Yeah, bc it's the 9th. Same as usual.
prove it
No need for Nasrat to cater to flexibility or investor perceptions. There are plenty of other investment opportunities out there for investors who want ceo's to release financials monday through thursday.
Will be 3 quarters in a row they released financials on the 9th.
Don't see any reason it's unusual. The last 2 earnings were also released on the 9th and cc was following business day. Same as this time.
