The point is that we don't know.. so we can't just guess that they don't! They will have the audits done, but until then it's just a guess! And the $720K thought was wrong!
Why does everyone think that all the company has is a $1 millions? Isn't it possible that they still have funds from the original PP shares!! It was stated days before the 8K here that they only had $720K from the Preferred shares sold. Now they put a Million in an escrow for the purchase of Songbird. How does one know they don't have another million, 2 or 3? We don't know what is going on with the negotiations and all that is going on here is guesses! Give it some time for Pete sake!

Ryanair started with one puddle jumper in 1985. Now Ryanair has a $26 billion valuation with its stock using 737's. I have faith that USGL can start out with a 737 and get to those levels one day! Especially by the fast track approach of adding 767's to the fleet shortly after the acquisition of Songbird Airways!
Tony is buying Songbird?? I thought Baltia was? Everything that I see put out in the 8K's state Baltia! We must call it what it is right? Don't want to prematurely state that it's something other then Baltia as a company!!
Would it be true that USGlobal could lease a 737-400F under the Songbird Certification acquisition or it must be a passager style 737-400? Or not an expert with that scenario either?
We all know how slow the FAA works and how much slower they will work when they don't want something to happen! But I think what the poster meant was, could USGlobal be contracted out to fly freight for Kalitta with the 737 once they have acquired Songbird Airways, to bring in some income while trying to get the 767 certification? Or must there be passengers onboard also with the 90 day minimum? Correct me if I'm wrong in the interpretation Small Time?
Let's assume they make a deal with all the vendors they own and they close the deal with Songbird and they lease the 767 from Kalitta and they complete the certification process of the 767, and all financials are audited and SEC filing current and the PPS climbs to a peak never seen before! That sounds like what will really happen!
Though I don't believe we will get to $1 by August, I will say that the PPS doesn't always work with the true valuation of the company. I have see many stocks trading far higher then the actual value of the company. Right or wrong it happens. Look at Ryan Air for example... the current shares outstanding is 243 million and the PPS is $107. That's like 26 billion valuation. It is my opinion that Ryan Air is nowhere near being worth 26 billion. JMO though and I could be wrong.
I could state the same, doesn't mean it's true! No one knows what the actual costs are but USGL. But who knows maybe there is some relationship between the two that the board doesn't know about??
I don't agree! This is a new team, new Chief Pilot and pretty much the crew will be new to USGlobal. Very possible many might come on board from Songbird! I don't see taking on new Manuals to follow is as hard as stated. If it was such a hard thing to understand and follow, the FAA would never allow certification to be acquired! Airlines aquire other airlines all the time and you never see a bump in the road when they do!
I know some are trying to prove a point that they are making a mistake buying Songbird.... but I think they are making a wise decision! We shall see how it pans out in the end! Either all the true shareholders become really rich in the near future or we go to Dump day! I'm pretty confident that Dump day will never happen!
And the loan I was referring to would be for any business. If income is coming in (which could be done with a lease of a 737) banks would be more likely to loan them money to expand! Plain and simple! No convincing people that don't know how the process works!!
I don't get the post here??? What part of the existing Baltia manuals could be used that couldn't be used from the Songbird manuals?? We don't have a certification yet with the old manuals! Everything with Baltia that was in the manuals was for the 747-200. Everything that the FAA would have excepted from the previous manuals from the 747 process would be able to be used with Songbirds 737 manuals. There is no difference if they start the 767 process with the 747 manuals or the Songbird 737 manuals. Please correct me if someone knows something different? Basically with a certification in hand you pretty much start in phase 3 on additional aircraft. Might have to do a few things that are in the phase 1 and 2 parts, but it would be the same if we used the Baltia manuals. The benefit though of purchasing Songbird is the speediness on the FAA with a certified airline and the possibility now of bring in some type of income if need be with a 737. Also it is my opinion that we would be more like to get a loan with a certification in hand.

I like that you think positive and truely hope you are right in your estimated data calculation. Not sure we will get there by August though. I'm hoping for .20 after the news of the acquisition of Songbird. And .30-.50 once we get the 767 certification. We shall see how things unfold shortly though! JMO
I guess one can't read past the sarcasm! No I never thought the PPS would take a huge dump! Though the price did drop slightly on Monday as I stated with an extremely fast recovery and rise the same day! I guess one could say I got it right!
It is true that I have funds ready in case manipulation of this stock proves my theory wrong though. Would love to take some cheapie's off some's hands!!
I see more good news coming shortly and the price rising. JMO though and not preaching it as fact!

Investors don't care about the engines! Investors know more then likely the 8.8 million will be negotiated much less. It's the price of doing business and it will be handled when the time comes! My question is why always focus on the couple bumps in the road when two other fantastic news was 8K'ed. New director that is a retired Ambassador and the great news of plans to Aquire Songbird airlines! The PPS tells how investors feel about the Engines.... No Dump! But hey, it's not the end of the week... 2's coming eh?? Lol still waiting with my funds for the dump!!

Who knows what they have planned and what went south with Songbird. We have a good working relationship with Kalitta..... maybe Kalitta will contract us out for some small domestic freight jobs with a 737, or maybe we have a verbal agreement with some other entities for charter flights that are more frequent then songbird could do. Say like a connector flight from JFK and LGA to Stewart? Might help Norwegian a bit too eh?I disagree that a small operations of flights with 1 or 2 737 will take away time from getting the 767 certification. JMO though.
I wish people would actually read my post instead of putting words in my mouth or make up their own story off my thoughts! I never said that they were going to use the 737 for Europe flights. I stated that they would probably use the 737 for domestic flights while they are trying to get the 767 certification! The 737 would only be used for initial income while the certification process was going on for the 767. It's a whole lot easier to get a loan if you're a certified airline. Though it is more expensive for maintenance and parts as you state, I think that once they have the 767 certification the 737 would dwindle down to a few or none and that could be out sourced easily.. But who really knows but the company.... we shall see how things pan out!

I respectfully disagree about it not being easier and I do understand that they are using some of the existing process to continue. I'm guessing That it is assumed that even with the acquisition of Songbirds certification that they won't be able to be use those accomplishments that have been completed from the past 747 now for the this 767 cert. process? I believe the FAA looks and works faster with an existing part 121 Airline to add to their fleet then a company that is not certified. Regardless, with a 737 cert we are now able to lease or buy a 737 to start showing an income. You can find airworthy 737-400 aircraft for between 2-4 million and of course leases extremely less! We shall see how things pan out though and I'm glad they are going this route!
I confirmed also that they only hold the 737-400 certification. I also agree there will be a Mini Evac with the addition of the 767, but not worried about that with the 767-300. Only 4 slides... which means only two slides have to be deployed. Also it is a lot easier to add a cert to an existing part 121, then starting from scratch! I see Tony's estimated time of March 2018 as a realistic time frame if the purchase agreement happens by the end of next month. Which I see as being a really good possibility.
I'm pretty sure Songbird already added the 767 certification. Not a 100% but read an article from 2015 that they had. I will do some DD on that and see what I can find. I would be happy with a 737 cert for the interim though regardless!

I'm getting a lot of questions about this BK Court thing from many members here! What is the likelihood of this still happening "soon"? Is Audited financials still looking not likely? Just not sure how to answer these questions from the other members! Would greatly appreciate help from anyone that is an expert in this? My research shows a 767 can get stripped and repainted in as little as 6 days, with an average time of 10 days and a maximum time of 20 day. The good thing with our plane is its graphics and color scheme not being too crazy. If they don't repaint the existing white parts of the plane I could see this having the 6 day turn around! It's possible too that the plane is delivered all white. I would love to see it all lettered and ready to go, but it might be more cost effective to run plain initially.
