Great, very good to see, what better exposure then a $Billion company doing promotion for you, this just gets better and better, can't wait to see where we will be in 6 Months from now, future is bright.

Well not that weak considering the size of this contract, you state it like they have to change the design of the processor every few Months, please realise the RT contract will keep them busy for years. IMO if the premelt system was designed specifically for the RT contract, then I think JB has made a very wise dicision. IMO.

Thanks, much appreciated.

Just give it 6 Months and they will have the first site done and already on to the next one, this is now the fun begins, now and the next many years, I will sure enjoy the ride, hope to see you here in 2 years as well, then again I can't imagine you will sell out before.
GLTY Zardiw, always enjoy your posts.
A.H
Couldn't agree more, and I think the impatiant will get the news they have been waiting for very soon, as in 2 more processors up and running, from that moment on, I think JBII will start to move and then move upwards for the next few years. I will hang on for the ride.
GLTY.

And since the DEC was there in Aug, I think we can assume that they have already been informed about the premelt system, I am sure it will only take an amendment to the existing permit, I am expecting a lot of progress throughout the rest of this year, looking forward to a nice Christmas share price.

what do you mean by burying, just look at management's discussion, about two pages long, that's a great update right there, any investor with an IQ over 5 would look there if they are interested in the company, also the web page was updated, but hey I am sure that is not enough for you either, the negative posters expect John to update several times a week, you don't see any of the true longs complaining, they are more than content with the progress so far, 2.5 Years from start up to a massive 10 Year exclusive contract, that is fast, very fast indeed, actually the fastest I have ever seen for a developing company, again I am sure it is not fast enough for you, so please show me all the other companies you know off that has been doing anything similar faster.
GLTA.
A.H
What do you mean? the company just updated us 12 days ago in their Q10, or are you implying that they should come out with daily updates?
GLTA.
A.H
No he was very vague about many of the questions I had, told him that I bought 15000 shares in April 2010, at around $5 per share, then asked him many different questions after that, none of which he was happy to answer, however it was enough for me to calm my thoughts about these suits, now I am just waiting for the 26th of Sep, to see them disappear, then hopefully JBII will start to reclaim it's fair value, which should be well over $4 per share.
GLTA.
A.H
Yes, called 3 firms, two of them same experience as you, the last one I managed to speak to a guy, I asked him if they had a plaintiff yet, which they didn't, I also asked him during the conversation if they had any shareholders signed up yet, which he declined to answer, last I asked him what the chances were for this suit to go ahead, which he again declined to answer, after this I had no more worries about any suit.
GLTA.
A.H
Do you believe this to be a pump and dump.
GLTA.
A.H
I think you are right, same boiler should take care of that.
Cheers
A.H
Yes saw that, and I am sure JB is liasing with them for all alterations in any case.
GLTA.
A.H
Just hoping that they don't need a new permit with these alterations,
GLTA.
A.H
What is stopping you then, if I lived 20 min away, I would have gone there a long time ago.
GLTA.

AARON, thanks, however I followed Lousy's link and have read it now, good report.

A.H
Thanks, great report.

August 2008 was also the start of the financial crisis, please don't forget that.

A.H
Ok thanks, much better

A.H
Thanks, and I choose to ignore your example.
Cheers.

How do you put messages in bold, I have tried to do them in a word document, then put it in bold and copy and paste it back into a message, however it still doesn't come up in bold.
TIA.
A.H
Ninja, you a lot know more about this then I do, and since this company is finished, then I wont bother spending any more time finding out what went wrong.
Go JBII, sorry Lowman, couldn't resist LOL

A shell with an approx $20 mil tax loss, could be valuable for somebody, probably the only hope here now.

I guess the processor gets shut down for many different reasons here in the beginning of this great company, another reason in the Q10 here.
"The Company is purchasing a machine shop a few minutes from the Plastic2Oil factory so that additional processor assembly and work can occur while the Plastic2Oil processor(s) operate. The Company has also hired a mechanical engineer, a steel waterjet cutter, electrician, welders, more operators and material handlers to train for offsite locations"
Guess they can't weld or do hot works whilst the processor is running, due to health and safety, once processor 2 and 3 is finished, they will be running full throttle on all 3.
Bring it on I say, it will happen very soon IMO.
GLTA.
A.H
Yes this company will become a monster, however I doubt it will be taken over, due to the 100% voting rights of JB, I would be very surprised if he would consider any offer in the next 5 Years, after that who knows.

For the three and six month period ending June 30, 2011, P2O gross margin performance was approximately 33% (2010: N/A). The Company is moving manufacturing equipment and fabrication staff at the Niagara Falls, NY Plastic2Oil facility to a nearby machine shop so that Plastic2Oil processors can operate at the same time fabrication and assembly is occurring. In addition, the processor has been used to test feedstock from large free sources of waste plastic to pass cradle to grave audits, and fuel testing for client-defined conditions for anticipated agreements and fuel supply contracts. The Company is also seeking approval to dye its own fuel to eliminate the need to blend or have 3rd parties perform this service. On this basis, we expect a significant improvement in future gross margin performance.

A.H
Fully concur, great report which answered many questions, can't wait for what the next few Months will bring, looks like the modular design is pretty much ready, great stuff.
GLTA.
A.H
They explain the gross margin here. looks like it will increase significantly in the future.

Are you referring to the Patrick Cox report? thought you could only get that if you are a member of his news letter. If you know of any other ways to obtain it for free, then please let me know, I have a lot of respect for Patrick Cox, however cannot afford his news letter at the moment.

Wow they even have to put out reminders that shareholders need to sign up, LOL too funny, maybe they realise as well that a plaintiff which bought 1000 shares in summer 2011 is not the strongest plaintiff, LOLOLOL.

Deal
Who cares!!! is that somehow going to stop the contract that JBII has with Rock Tenn, NO, thought so, so don't care at all, however since you are so fond of comparing, then lets make a deal, be here at the end of 2012 please, and then we can compare these 2 companies again, to see which one was the better choice. Somehow I don't think you will be around at that time, but here's hoping anyway.
Deal?
GLTA.
A.H
You state.
"I am praying that JBII gets it together and start to perform."
Ok show me any other company, that has gone from a bench top model to a fully scaled unit, with a huge 10 year exclusive contract in the space of 2 Years, in terms of performance, then I think you would be hard pressed to come up with anything that has performed better, however if you do have another company that has performed better/faster, then please let me know, I will be all ears.
GLTA.
A.H
Very good article, this guy has done his home work.
GLTA.
A.H
Who cares, JBII has a 10 year exclusive contract, only thing that matter, what does Agilyx have, NOTHING!!!!!
GLTA.
A.H
Just give it 2 more quarters and this will be a completely different story, 2 quarters out and I think that the marked will finally start to realise what JBII is all about, and the value of this RT contract.
GLTA.
A.H
absolutely, anything below $10 is cheap.
GLTA.
A.H
Which is the reason why this investment is so good, JB knows what he has, and has chosen the best way to capitalise on this, very wise business decision IMO. Why sell the machines and give away that awesome profit margin, when you can keep it within the company, if he had chosen to just sell them, then I wouldn't have loaded up this much on this stock.
