H2...that's the smartest thing you've ever said...flippers should all be checking out the cannabis action with H2...unless someone has a crystal ball to tell us exactly when things are going to happen...no one knows...however, all of us LDSR longs know exactly what's going on here because our CEO told us his plan. With the help of the MM's, SVB and long investors. Data443 is acquiring businesses that are essential for growth. I'm OK with that because I clearly see the long term vision of this company. People in here may not like that they are acquiring businesses right now. I'm sure many flippers would much rather see Data443 do things differently so they can make a quick buck and get out. Like it or not acquiring businesses is what they told us they are doing and that's what's happening. If I was to take a wild guess I would say that Data443, the MM's and SVB all got together and put together a strategic plan to make this happen. That's why the share price keeps fluctuating so much. Taking advantage of being an OTC pink stock while they still can. This company never promised investors any fast fortunes or a get rich quick scheme. Companies measure success by previous years compared to current numbers. Let's not forget all we know so far is this stock is up a lot over it's short first 9 months in business and has nothing to compare it to. So far this company hasn't given us any reason not to trust them. Similar to who you choose to wake up next to every morning. If you can't trust your spouse then they might not be the right fit for you. That stands true with who you invest your hard earned money in. This investment might not be for everyone. Best of luck to everyone.
Happy belated birthday WIC! Next year at this time let’s all celebrate it together. Dinner & drinks on LDSR
I'm long and I've recommended this stock to many others who are also long...If I were to take a low ball guess of how many other people who have invested in this stock based on my technical background and reputation in the business...I would say at least 100 investors directly who are also long and whoever they told. I like this stock more and more each day...in my opinion whoever doesn't invest a couple bucks in this stock and hold onto it are missing out on possibly a once in a lifetime opportunity.
SV...nicely said...reminds me a little of how google broke in....first a search engine, email, a browser then all of a sudden a complete OS and now it seems like they’ve been around forever with thousands of products
I would say Palo Alto and IBM is the closest competitor out of that list...
I’m a gambling man and I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is...are you? I’ll bet you they up list to the OTC.QB without an RS....you name the amount and I’ll book it...let’s see who you are and how really sure you are...I’m waiting for a dollar figure...
Everyone is aware that NC. just got hit with a hurricane leaving 13 dead so far right?
https://poweroutage.us/area/state/north%20carolina
I’m pretty sure businesses in N.C. including Data443 have bigger worries at the moment...hopefully we’ll get an update that everyone is safe soon...
Dr...Araloc's technology is worth much more than the $12M in revenue...if you look at the products you'll see exactly why they needed to acquire them...you'll also find the deal includes a two step verification security process. This product is a huge deal, everyone is using this technology right now ...large companies are trying to buy up this technology for big money quickly...if you read one of my previous posts you'll see companies like Cisco buying 2nd step verification products for billions...their last purchase was from a five year old, out of the garage startup company from a small town in Michigan for 4.2 billion cash and that was less then a month ago. Plus, most of the expenses that come along with these software companies are from marketing. Twelve million in revenue is small and the company only has 3 employees so this is an easy acquisition and a perfect fit with what Jason is already doing. I remember when Bill Gates first started out...I was a kid and he was in college in Boston at the time. We would communicate through BBS (bulletin board systems). It's impossible to compare those guys to Jason because technology has grown so much since then. When I say Jason is one of the top software data security experts in the world, I don't just make that up...I read it and probably have posted it as well. Anything I ever post comes from my experience in technology. I had a three way conversation with Jason and a close friend of mine who runs the IT for a couple billion dollar hedge fund businesses in NYC. Jason and my friend could have been speaking Chinese for all I know but he is definitely for real and knows what he's doing. We should listen to his recording again about what's to come and we'll know exactly what to expect. He's been very busy doing more things then he can send PR's about. Here is a pretty good recent article he interviewed for https://www.blockchainmagazine.net/leadership-lessons-from-jason-remillard-president-of-landstar-inc/
Here is more recent exposure with Digital Guardian https://digitalguardian.com/blog/incident-response-plan
Nicely done my friend!
Dr. after the 90's tech bubble crashed I took a class at the university that taught how some of the loopholes in the accounting practices were done. My favorite one was...let's say we both had websites (didn't matter what technology we sold) I would call you and say hey Dr. I'll pay you 20 million if you post my banner ad on your website and in return you pay me 20 million and I'll post your banner ad on my website. The next morning we send out PR's saying two new IPO startup technology companies join together in a 40 million dollar venture. The money never exchanges hands and investors pump money into the stock in fear of missing out on the next best thing driving the stock price to the moon. Luckily the laws have changed since then that prevent companies from doing that anymore. But those were wild times. So the part about Jason not being a very good CEO and trying to run before learning to walk...for most other situations and businesses I would agree with you...however, this is different and here is why...Jason worked on software security development projects over the years. He's very familiar with this industry and what's on the market. The companies he's acquiring have patented technology that is leading the new foundation for the future in security infrastructure. If he can quickly acquire these companies he can surround the market. Existing IT data security companies that are running legacy technology, will not be able to waste millions of dollars buying these companies and will have to license the technology from companies like Data443. The longer he waits the more expensive these companies will get. That's why timing is of the essence and is extremely important. I would be willing to bet that Araloc and it's patented technology is the most important company to acquire and that's why it's one of the first. Buying companies for their patents is very common practice in the technology world. Every company does it. Microsoft purchased a patent on human skin. You can easily look up how much money companies pay just for patented technology. Many of the technology companies buy the competitions patents just to make sure it never gets used by anyone else. It's important to be the first to own the new technology...if you're ever board look up how much Apple & Google pay Microsoft for every cell phone they sell.
Dr...those were very different times back then...most of that was because of loopholes in accounting practices which allowed companies to create false values on paper in order to increase the value of the companies. I feel a lot of that was politically motivated to win votes but that's a different story. Look, in my opinion this is a very different stock from what we are used to seeing in the OTC pinks. Here is the reason why...we rely on IT for just about everything in todays world. We have reached an end point that is forcing a complete shift in our IT infrastructure in order for us to move forward. Blockchain and data security is the very first step to this evolution. That means we need to pretty much start from scratch and write or re-write everything to work on this new foundation. You would have to have extremely deep pockets to try and break into this business. So the steps Jason has been taking makes sense because in order to release a complete security solution on his own he needs to acquire a couple more products. Charts are always a great tool for gauging what a stock might do. However, this stock is controlled for building a complete solution. All you have to do is follow what the CEO is telling us. He's acquiring companies, getting a two year audit so he can up list and reach out to industrial investor. The research I've done has been to verify the technology of this product and his experience. From what I've seen on a personal and professional level. Jason is probably one of 20 experts in this particular niche in the world. I'm banking on his solution, vision and experience to execute. You can train an MIT software engineer student all day long but the experience of working in this field for 25 years is invaluable.
I'm expecting exactly what Data443 tells us is going to happen...after the audit is complete, they up list LDSR which allows them to appeal to investors who invest in OTC.QB stocks they feel have potential.
I love it and just bought more shares. I hope the entire team is flying first class on us!
SV...another great post! You add so much knowledge and value for us longs, thank you. This last weekend I attended my nephews wedding in CT. He's a senior analyst for Gartner. Many tech professional whom I haven't seen in years also attended the wedding. The day was perfect and it was great to catch up. We had some nice conversations, some talks lead to asking about what I'm using for data security. Even though no one I spoke with has yet heard of Data443, they are very familiar with their sales partners. One of Oracles head sales reps for the last 20 years who handles their top clients said the greatest concern in the business right now is GDPR compliance and data security software. She hears this from everyone of her clients. I can tell by the conversations that everyone is fishing around for a complete software solutions including Oracle. I suggested she looks at Data443, she was flying to Vegas for an HR convention the next morning so she wrote down Data443 to research further on the airplane. This company will catch on very soon. I'm excited to watch them evolve and look forward to following the success of this convention in Bulgaria. Perfect timing for Jason and his team, not only because it's the hottest subject in the IT world right now but it's being held in a great central location and they'll be out of NC in till this hurricane passes.
We live on the LDSR volcano...the question is no longer if this will erupt, it’s when...every day, puts us one day closer...things are heating up so kick back and enjoy the show...locked and loaded
NM...great post...wow, so what that tells every IT professional who still has no clue about GDPR...if you want to be in compliance with new government regulations here is the software that will take care of everything you need...we have sales people telling us they have the best product everyday...but a government endorsement on new government laws...that is huge...thank you for the post
I’m not following...did you mean to say that we will never close over a penny again instead of saying that we will never see a penny again? In my opinion these little daily increases are manipulation as well...I think if I was getting ready to introduce this to industrial investors I would also be working on making my charts look attractive.
SJ...as you can see many of us love this company...we have done some deep rooted DD’s. I’m an IT professional not an investment expert...so the only prediction I’m going to make is I think this will be higher then it is today by the end of 2018. Then by the end of 2019, I feel it will be higher then it ends @ 2018...good luck.
HH...I agree...not bold at all...if you just look at the secondary security verification part of this software alone it’s worth its weight in gold. Then when you look at how this software solves every small, medium and large size business challenges when accessing secured data files remotely outside the network. Araloc’s patented technology makes this safe, easy and secure. IT departments don’t have to jeopardize the network by opening a VPN. Every time I expose our network to a virtual private network connection we get blacklisted within weeks. This technology will come in handy for everyone including companies like ours.
The fact that Dogecoin is even being mentioned is awesome. I’ve been mining, trading and lending cryptos for many years now as a hobby. Dogecoin always gets voted least likely to succeed because of its origin. I love watching that particular underdog coin keep proving all the so called experts wrong. I signed the petition...imagine if Bezos makes Dogecoin the official coin of Amazon, that would be one of the boldest moves he ever made...I love it! Either way Data443 is going to be the only crypto currency validator of any coin with the ability to secure and control a data trail of each transaction. That will be bigger then anything we’ve yet seen. Jason is using an old school hacking trick to completely surround this industry...called the Trojan Horse Method...one day in a blink we’ll all be surrounded by Data443’s products in our everyday lives and it will feel like they’ve always been there.
BM...great links, thank you...however, if you google ‘it4us reviews’ your post shows up on page one as “Scam?”
WIC “We got this by the balls”
Keep me in mind if you two ever need a good IT guy on your Island...after this stock runs up we should all plan an annual LDSR investor club weekend. That would be a lot of fun.
Patience my friend...here is what I’m doing in the meantime...letting all my friends and family ahead of time know about this...plus I’m telling them if you decide not to take my advice now, don’t come looking for a loan later...
WIC~if you fast forwarded in time look at how fun we’d be missing....
Here’s a couple of facts to consider...when this stock up lists to the OTCQB and is introduced to institutional investors. The response will be so incredible that the price will no longer be able to be controlled. This investment will spread faster then data security breaches from running on a legacy security system.
Welcome back HH, I hope you had a nice trip....perfectly articulated as always. Thank you.
That’s interesting you say that...many similarities between ClassiDocs and IBM Gaurdium...I thought it was more of a licensing deal between IBM & Data443 then anything else but for sure something seems to be going on...
BC...You can't leave us now... I remember a friend once told me... "Paison..Le cose andranno meglio"...Stick around my friend...this is the real deal and we're just getting started!
I think the MM’s are trying to bait the hook for flippers to sell. I personally would never part with a single share . Being wrong about an investment and losing money is no big deal we have all done that before. But can you imagine selling before a huge run? Watching it go and calculating how much money you would of had if you didn’t sell...that would seriously be torture especially later on when people won’t believe that you were actually in this one at the ground floor and would sell.
Well said WIC...your posts are a breath of fresh air to read. Full of clear facts that make sense. Thank you for sharing.
I would venture to say he’s probably one of the top data security experts in the world. Everyone of his acquisitions makes sense. And time is of the essence. When this all kicks into overdrive very soon. Those companies he’s able to obtain now would be untouchable.
Hi gang...I want you all to think about something for a moment...over the last 8 months all we really had to rely on was 100% trust of our CEO’s word. We had no financials, we had no pr pumps. Just what he told us he was doing. Now after all this time he addresses us and for the first time he tells us what’s to come...and guess what? It’s all happening and coming together. I tip my hat to Jason and his team. All us longs are blessed to be holding strong and long. Cheers everyone and here is to just getting started
Well said WC, thank you
Great update JG...thanks...I’m looking forward to news regarding the audit soon
SV...ClassiDocs is a great accompaniment to biometrics verification...I was reading the other day that the government is looking to possibly make mandatory reporting of suspicious online purchases. For example if someone buys chemicals that could be used to make a bomb online the shopping cart triggers a warning that is sent to a government agency. That maybe something Jason can easily create in his Wordpress plugin. I’m going to find the article and forward it to Jason today. The possibilities are endless with data securities and the timing is perfect.
They have one of their partnered vendors selling it there like he said in his video. Those countries are extremely important for technology growth.
Good post OC....here is a question...if we look at this stock price history over time we know it’s been like holding a beach ball under water. Could the MM’s be in bed with SVB and the manipulation we are seeing is to fund these acquisitions by selling high and driving the price down just to rebuy and do it all over again? Based on the stock price history it usually drops after we hear about an acquisition...this last one was the biggest acquisition yet and the price is at the lowest in a while. Now maybe they are loading up for the next one? That’s just a theory to try and figure out the motivation behind the MM’s manipulation. Maybe once all the acquisitions are completed then ball will rise well above water or maybe before. We shall see
That’s a good point but wouldn’t that be later on when considering to up list to the Nasdaq or a larger market. I could be wrong but wouldn’t a 10:1 r/s now only put us at .05? And is that still considered organic growth?
HH...great post as usual...thank you for always providing an intelligent perspective from someone who’s true experience and intentions have always been very clear.....When you cashed some money out many months ago you told everyone and included your reasoning....you always said you liked the stock and that you would be back for the long run.....it was nice to see when you got back in...what I can not understand is how or why some people on this board spend so much time trying to convince readers that this is illegitimate. What do they have to gain, we all know the risk. From a business perspective I think our CEO is doing an outstanding job. He has strategically aligned this company with a stellar staff for future growth. From a technical side the products he’s acquiring so far are genius. Singularly they are hard to market and sell but when added to a security suite they will do very well. Plus the customer base they already have will expand to Data443’s customers. A good example of why I’m saying they are hard to sell and market singularly would be Mozilla Firefox compared to Microsoft Edge Browser, Apple Safari or Google Chrome which are the most used browsers by far because they are part of a complete Operating Systems. Mozilla Firefox is a far superior browser and has been in the market as long or longer then all the competitors. I wouldn’t be surprised if Jason looks into acquiring a virus protection and malware security company moving forward. I know a few good ones that are independents and would make a great fit to a complete software security suite. I’m looking forward to watching this company evolve. They are positioning themselves in front of the future direction of technology. If anyone is looking for answers to questions. I recommend listening to that investors call again. It doesn’t matter if you have been trading stocks for 50 years or if you are just beginning. If anyone on this board isn’t holding even a few shares of this stock you’re missing out on the ground floor of the biggest technology shift we have ever seen to date...in my opinion and that’s from an IT executives view working for a company you all know and some maybe better then others. Some of you know me and my background from outside this board, some may soon. My interest here is the further growth of security technology worldwide. I’m happy to support a top tier security expert who combines future technology backed by invaluable experience. Anything I say in here is the same advice I give to family and friends. I appreciate everyone’s educated opinion backed by reason and facts. Thank you.
