A lawyer opinion letter was a requirement if DNA wants DNAX to continue to be rated as "current" so the lawyer opinion letter was a given.
As I recall, in addition to the distributor in north Texas, there were a couple of distributors in south Texas, and I thought one of them petered out before the second one started carrying DNA (and not necessarily in the same region of South Texas). As you know, Texas is a big place.
The distributor in North Texas just covered the 114 QuikTrips in the D/FW area, including one in Greenville to the east, and at least one up near Denton.
Nothing wrong planning for contingencies. Plus, there is nothing that says that day 1 on the timer for co-packers starts on the same day the the empty cans and raw materials have been delivered.
For all we know... because we don't know anything... Adrian has already ordered the cans and he has ordered the ingredients.
However, seeing that he has Twittered about stuff like UPC's, one would have expected that if he had started to order things for production, he would be tweeting about that too.
Liability issues alone guaranteed that she was not going to tell you anything.
All I meant is that if he was, as people on this forum were saying, calling himself a "takeover specialist," that is no way implies someone that is going to change the business into something successful.
Corporate raiders who liquidate everything of value to fill their own pockets could also be labeled "takeover specialists."
So, my point was to not read the incorrect things into that term. To me, "takeover specialist" has more negative connotations than positive ones... unless you are somehow going to profit from the actions they take to gut a business.
Taking over a business is a completely different thing from turning it around. One should not confuse one with the other. It is a simple thing to takeover a bad business and run it straight into the ground.
The number of shares trading is already thin.
