If I understand this correctly... They still haven't issued a photo of the machine, they still haven't shown a copy of the license they would Have to have to distribute the machines and they have no list of places that are going to get the machines. And yet just because they come out with an updated news release, some people are buying back in.

I really thought there was something to this stock but I am beginning to have my doubts. They only have an old article connecting them to PHOT and I have never heard the leaders of PHOT mention them. Maybe they had a contract that went no where. I don't know.

Could you imagine what would happen if people here wrote a few letters on the PHOT I-Hub board, telling about STBV and PHOT's partnership? I don't think many even know about it over there. There are investors with PHOT who are ready adn willing to invest in any company affiliated with GrowLife.

Never heard of a connection between that company and PHOT but this weekend I did some looking into another company (STBV)that claims to have a partnership with GrowLife and an article to back it up. IT's subpenny with no dilution, so I will throw a little their way. Anyone connected with PHOT is going Up in my opinion.

I totally agree with you. That is why I keep hoping and hanging around. Any news at all would send this stock Shooting Up!

Well, I waited for well over ten minutes for an answer and got none. I guess that maybe that says it all. I will check in periodically to see if anyone ever comes up with any proof to an on-going partnership between PHOT and STVB. Until then I will hold off on investing here.

Don't mean to sound like a basher, I am not, but can anyone post ANY article (other than that OLD one from back in April of 2013) that shows ANY kind of connection with GROWLIFE INC. PHOT ? Just because they had a limited partnership way back in 2013 doesn't mean they still do. I have scoured the I-HUB boards asking this a lot and so far No One has come up with anything (other than that OLD article) that connects PHOT to STVB. Believe me when I say I DO want to see something so that I can invest here.

If this article is REAL (it was put out in April of last year) then why haven't we read anything about it from PHOT leaders? I mean I would love to put a little $$$ in a sub-penny stock that is affiliated with our GrowLife (PHOT) but I would not want to throw good $$$ away investing in a scam either. Is there any kind of document or agreement that someone can post or give a direction to see that shows STBV is legally associated with GrowLife Inc. (PHOT)? I am not bashing. Once the license to Grow is approved this stock shoots up. When construction starts this stock shoots up. When the first Grow of mj is planted this stock shoots up. When the first harvest comes in this stock goes ballistic and then again and again and again with each harvest - probably about every six weeks or so. Hang tough and you'll be rich. That is NOT what I was saying at all. For one thing, I am a diesel mech in Dallas. Don't know much about running construction equip up there and there ARE ways of avoiding the "mudhole" scenario. Using a large tent with heaters and having inexpensive pumps on hand for the melt-off.
I don't know Bill personally but I do not believe he would have put so much into this - not to mention how much GrowLife is banking on him - for him to not do things the Right way in the Right time.

IT isn't about getting the machinery running. I am a diesel mech. The thing is, say they rip up the ground now...can't pour the cement until it's warmer. So you have your hole in the ground and then the temps come up and the surrounding ground melts and suddenly you have a big "mud-pit."
Everyone just needs to be patient. It's gonna happen in a couple of months and then the first grow and then HUGE profits and then another grow every 30 - 40 days with each one bring HUGE profits. Then everyone of us will be sitting around $itching about all the taxes we are having to pay on our MILLIONS! :)

Why apply now for a permit when you can't start until March or April. There may even be a requirement that you have to start within "so many" days of the permit date. Makes since to wait.

Really makes me Depressed when I hear about people selling their shares of this company. Mainly because I don't have any extra cash to buy them ! :)

I have owned several mj stocks in the last year. After doing a lot of DD I saw that some appeared to be obvious scams or p&d's or just didn't look promising in the long term. I still own three (counting this one) the other two I worry about sometimes, but I hardly ever worry about TRTC. Anyone that does any amount of DD will see that this company is solid and will most likely be successful into the future. Great management, low share count, lots of assets, ect... This company could be succesful without mj, and I believe it will soon be over a dollar per share in price. Once the license to grow comes in and they start harvesting mj, I believe this company is going to make me a wealthy person. This is my honest opinion. Don't let a small pull back for consolidation scare you away. Use it as an oportunity to buy more shares.

I bought into PHOT back around September at about .035 per share. It is now around .277 per share. That is ANYTHING BUT A FLAT-LINE TO ME. I think PHOT is made up of more True Investors who do their DD and invest accordingly. There are some legitimate questions about what Management is doing and some legitimate fears about what will happen after Feb. 7th. I believe "those things" more than anything else is keeping PHOT where it is at. I have looked at a lot of the other stocks in this sector and many of them are higher on PR pumps with absolutly "No" documentation.

Can someone direct me to where I can view a copy of a "State-of-Colorado Vending Machine License" that this company must have in order to operate vending machines? How about where I can view a copy of their license to dispence Marijuana? I want to invest in this company but I just want to see SOME KIND OF PROOF first that they are for real and not just another MJ pump-n-dump. PR's don't prove anything without legal documentation to back them up.

I am already in here. I own a couple other companies but I see TRTC doing as well as or better than any of the rest of them. I believe TRTC will be over 5. within a year of starting to grow mj. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea of when that might happen and why doesn't TRTC have a grow facility in one of the states that will allow growing mj first.
