Those with dilution concerns -
Have you contacted investor relations? Their response is worth reading.
Dilution concerns have been around before the a/s and will be around after the shares are put to good use.
This is the way pot stocks will work until there is more acceptance. At least these guys have performance goals and regulations in place to stave intense dilution.
Agreed.
88% voted yes.
You've been here long enough to know how they operate.
Not that I'm 100% satisfied with their communication, but they've been decent with keeping us happy when the chips are down.
Some think they don't have news so that's why they aren't releasing any. I believe they're sitting on some updates and holding off until they see fit to release.
Time will tell!
No response eh? That's what happens when people try to talk about things they can't back up.
4.5 billion is not in the picture, but anywhere close to 1 bil is.
Dead in the water? More sources?
Also where is the Mj business you said was getting money from banks?
You were supposed to provide a link, and instead provided one for payment solutions yesterday.
You did no such thing, smoke and mirrors and desperation to restore some semblance of credible knowledge.
I want factual information if you have it. Right now you're just beating around the bush trying to sound like you have a clue.
3. You clearly have no experience in growing and no right to assume you know how.
Go read icmag.com forums for the next 10 years and get back to me.
2. So who else is?
Try fact bases arguments in the future if you'd like to be taken seriously.
Especially if you're paid for your posts, sheesh they should pay for better arguments.
Gosh let's see.
An infrastructure that is strong and has generated terrific word of mouth advertising that has drawn growers in for years. The first step.
An equipment loan system for growers- GIFT which has been legitimized by recent dealings with fitx. Also one could refer to FSPM for the effectiveness of equipment ventures.
A developing kiosk system to keep businesses in compliance with state laws and away from the wrong side
Of the law.
All this without yet crossing the green line in the states. Next question.
So you've confirmed banks are loaning or what? Your argument was already squashed and the dead horse is getting beaten more.
Where are the confirmed bank loans, surely you could call some dispensaries and confirm where their financing is coming from.
Name one, just one that you have 100% confirmed and not speculated.
As far as the banks have been allowed, it's to open accounts for the businesses. Most loans have come from private investors at this time. See also: arcview.
GIFT remains viable.
Maybe competition when banks eventually agree to give out loans instead of just open accounts like they've agreed to now.
Ever been a grower? It sounds like you're very knowledgable so give us the grower perspective of using a bank loan vs using a Growlife equipment program.
Sort of a trick question because I already know the perspective.
I bet that when banks finally do allow loans that it will force the GIFT program to become more competitive in rates. I'm sure as it stands now that the GIFT program demands a decent payback.
However you're still getting all of the equipment upfront which means less parties involved in the transaction. Then you pay back the $ for equipment post harvest and it all eventually becomes yours with no strings attached.
Probably for your typical penny stocks.
Some of these big Mj companies on the OTC can be charted very well however.
You're telling me! People come from out of state to visit the pain clinics for more pills. Drive by a pain clinic and many out of state plates.
I like to see our service members out there! I'm moving members every day. We do our best not to break your stuff!
Then you have Florida - where the more north in Florida you get, the more southern the mentality.
I'd say anything south of Orlando is prime territory for legalization support. You could likely include jacksonville, Daytona and Panama City in there too.
Florida is one to watch very closely. They are the least southern thinking state in the south and would be the catalyst for Georgia and maybe Alabama as well.
Miami, jax, Tampa and Orlando are so diverse now and a high Spanish population with a deep affinity for 'mota' is helping the drive.
Some detriments I see are pharmaceutical companies. I think Florida has one of the worst pill addiction issues in the USA. They may not give up without a fight unless they find a way to cash in on it too.
Heard that and much respect for your service or working with the service.
I work with our military members day to day, it gets to be quite a handful. I'm hanging in there with it though because it is rewarding to give back to our service members.
Come to think of it, most of the agencies I speak with in WA and CO are way more jovial than places like MS, ND, AR, CT and a few others.
Wonder if North Dakota will turn soon. Oil fields and military bases, some parts are like the Wild West.
Really? Could have fooled me with Seattle.
I suppose no matter what, Alaska will benefit the most eh?
Yup and June will open up a whole new can of worms.
I consider Colorado a 'happier' place when comparing to Washington state.
Finally the people in WA will have something to make the dreary days a bit brighter.
So I wonder if demand will be higher?
With Colorado saying they're getting more tax money than expected and WA about to kick things off in a few months, I don't see how the rest of the United States can deny it.
This prediction was lame :(
I would have bought more down there too!
I'm holding a long position here, but if this company remains stagnant in the next couple months then my money will slide out from RIGH and be placed on the bigger and betters in the industry.
I can agree with that. Good on you being in from .03.
One thing I keep seeing on many of these Mj boards are cries for dollar land. Then I watch as investors are disappointed time and time again regardless of the stock or company.
They will then sell when the chips look like they're down and migrate to another stock with all the same issues.
You and I have been here long enough to see PHOTs best action has been after a whole lotta shaking. I have a bit of cruise control mentality at this point. Much respect.
Good, maybe i can finally pick up that last 20k in shares I wanted.
Yup, I read that.
Would rather pay less taxes than panic sell.
Thank you.
Disagree, PR may buffer the pps but is not the lifeblood of a strong company - progressive or not.
Phot has been trending up several days, no one thought it would dip considering all the posts yesterday that there's shorting in store for today?
It is amazing the shifts in fickle confidence a few cents of dropping will bring. Been here since nickels, if you're freaking out then you're probably new. 10's of thousands made with phot alone, i see no need to cringe or worry on days a couple grand could depart.
Here's the Mj sector short attack we were waiting for.
Bargain barrel Thursday!
I may join that so long as it covers more than just a couple stocks. Hoping it's not just to pump and we can get some good words in on the sector.
Mine is called emerging industry investment strategies (EIIS).
Hope to have a green day all!
Apparently they're plotting a lunch time crash before letting prices restore.
No big deal, but someone tell me how orchestrated mass shorting is legal?
Well for your sake I hope you can retire or change jobs in good time.
I've found so long as I work hard, that no worries will be had. My company doesn't do the random tests though.
I single handedly helped the company I work for grow 200% last year and am the person who surprises the most when coworkers find I am a hardcore cannabis supporter. Even roped our CEO into a conversation about it.
I hope you find relief soon, nothing like working hard and being afraid of taking your reward.
That's understandable! You know cannabis has been blamed for bringing on a lack of productivity so our office employers run tests to try and minimize it.
What they don't take into account are the responsible users, people who win employee of the year and are able to use it as a reward or relaxer after work. If they want us shoehorned into this work-a-day style of living then give relief to the overworked crowd with cannabis.
We're on track, but definitely some delays here and there.
Well when Cali's medical Mj is on a similar level of lenience as recreational states - I don't see the rush to get it changed.
Of course it makes for great legal symbolism. They'll rush something through if they see it necessary.
It is beyond easy to get product there.
California is one of the most lenient states for Mj medical or recreational. This won't change much.
It's to the point where a visiting tourist can pay for a medical rec and walk into a dispensary sometimes without their California ID. I was able to get a rec to grow and access dispensaries on my visit, but my access without ID was also probably lucky.
Right now the only difference between California and Colorado is the cover charge you need to pay a doctor in California to give you a rec.
If you're a resident, you've no doubt seen the ads for doctors who will prescribe you to grow the 99 plant limit no questions asked. Even head shops have the guys behind the counter offering to buy cannabis for tourists.
California is by far the easiest time I've ever had finding cannabis of all the places I've visited besides Amsterdam.
I don't think we'd see a huge difference besides the legal symbolism when it goes from medical to recreational. They are incredibly tolerant.
Good news is their staff is big enough to think up a backup plan. Bill and Sterling happen to be both ambitious and buddy buddy - so it looks like the natural choice.
What if Fitx doesn't work out? Well from what I understand, phot doesn't get burned and they remain able to continue supplying equipment. Perhaps then to multiple companies, maybe on a larger scale? They may do this anyway - do you think they sought fitx as their only supply partnership to begin with? Could there be (gasp) others?
Questions?
Look, people will generate all sorts of outcomes in the name of irrational exuberance.
Zim bop zing to the moon! Dollar land! And all that other jazz.
If you buy into any of this, it's no different than buying into what bashers are saying with their scam talk.
Take it with a grain of salt, or else NORMAL days will disappoint you. That's right, no one is getting rich overnight here - this is one for the long term hold.
Oh and maybe we'll dip tomorrow or maybe we'll rise - no one can always predict these things. To see the whining about any daily gains under 10% makes me think we have a lot of new people here who are getting led astray with all this rallying.
Welcome back fellow long!
Now it's complaining about stickies which have recently showed up on so many pot stocks on these boards.
But it must just be for insecurity's sake as opposed to information flow, right?
What will you think of next?
No doubt this will hit such levels eventually - but the shouts for dollar land are usually met with disappointment and the result causes some lesser informed investors to bail out. Major exuberance leading to major disappointment leading to major idiocy and knee jerk reactions to sell.
In long, until sometime 2015-2016 so the near future pps goals aren't my concern.
What was stated by mladie is true, too fast a rise and we get thrown back into gaping sink holes.
Or will it?
I'm a seasoned veteran around these parts, will believe it when I see it.
Slow and steady wins the race, please people don't holler for a dollar without evidence.
