I was of the understanding that the one of the JDA's prerequisite's was to fast track production. Originally Pioneer promised three wells in two years and Andarko promised one well in three years, hence Pioneer got the nod instead of Andarko which offered more money. Remember the rhubarb that started. Can CVX now afford to sit on the block one and not move quickly, considering the rest of the blocks in the JDZ have yet to go to auction, much less the huge potential in the STPEEZ. I am not saying in the least that it is a Nigerian scam. What I am saying is that when a company official, for over a week, starts saying that the 10Q will be released, then not happen is disconcerting. If there is a problem then I, for one, would appreciate something like " at this time the we cannot process the 10Q due to legal mitigating circumstances or due to last minute changes we had to delay and will issue the 10Q as soon as possible. Hell I settle for the dog ate it. This is my retirement too and easily one of the most intriguing investments I have ever seen. Everything, to this point, says its for real. When someone like Art says he dosen't know to believe Frank or the shady Meridian, it starts to become......

Mart I appreciate everyone's effort into posting relative info about ERHE. Whether from you,Art,BB, Mark and others. I too have called ERHE's office and got the same thing everyone else has heard. Basically, not now, later. As far as I'm concerned we are in pink sheet territory right now. When we are promised information and don't get it, it is disturbing at best. What makes it worse is when you have a company official gives you the information and not one of the many of the infamous "birdies" that show up here.
I have always wondered why the share price has not been higher and I believe it is basically Nigerian, which, right or wrong, scares the hell out of a lot of would-be investors. It will be one week on Monday when we started to hear that the 10Q is imminent. Any much longer and the words Nigerian scam will rear its ugly head big time IMO.

I couldn't agree with you more. The communication with the share holder when we had great news( awards, psc signingss ) was a sloppy afterthought in many investors mind. But boy, they wasted no time filing an 8K when the search warrant was issued and the statement of "we have cooperated fully" was all they could offer. Most of us are still scratching our heads to figure out if the signature money by Addax and Sinopec was ever paid. If it was a simple statement even from Jane would have sufficed if Walter couldn't spare a moment to issue a friggin memo. Pathetic at best, suspect at worse.
