Have you ever noticed that a lot of people are shitty spellers/don't pay attention to details? Hardly surprising if you've seen somewhere someone default to the correct English spelling instead of using the x.
As a friend of mine used to say about the herb, "don't panic, it's organic."
"Senator Leahy: Feds Shouldn't 'Waste Time' on State Marijuana Laws"

You guys know a pro-legalization US Senator is holding hearings on the federal response to state legalization tomorrow morning, right?

my pleasure...here's an article that will help you understand the power of this tiny but growing industry - pot tourism! Well-off people will travel for no other reason than to buy our products:

Hey buddy, I live in Colorado, maybe I can explain some things. But it's really just simple economics. The conservative or "red" towns can ban it all they want. The liberal or "blue" districts such as Denver, Boulder, and Aspen and most mountain towns (where an underground pot economy has thrived for decades) will allow it, tax it and prosper. They will build enough capacity to serve the customers who will come in from out of town (not to mention out of state) to buy. People want their pot and they'll drive an hour or twenty hours to get it. This isn't like building a diner and hoping people nearby stop in. Pot is a lifestyle, an addiction, whatever you want to call it. People will get to these stores.
ERBB is the only publicly traded company I know of that has retail outlets grandfathered in who can move all the product the people will buy starting Jan 1. Dispensaries that are licensed and in good standing now will be the ONLY outlets allowed to sell to start with, until CO sorts out its regulatory approach to new vendors. So ERBB Will have every chance to build market dominance early on- which could be lasting if they play their cards right.
This stock is like buying MSFT in 1980.
infinitely more sophisticated than the crap p.r. the company actually put out
Truly confounding. I'd guess they were shorting it themselves, but there's no way that could have been half as profitable as giving it a legit-looking launch.
They had skeptical money believing their act, including skeptical money on the sidelines waiting for any sign real business being done. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. They emptied both barrels.
I'd throw a few bucks at this when it hits triple zeroes, because they will try to run it up again somehow with crappy p.r. or by suing somebody. But the people running this are stupid as hell and certainly not be trusted as far as you could throw them.
Don't they realize if they had skipped the pump campaign and *just* put out a polished p.r., they could have dumped much higher? Boggles the mind.
It is baffling, isn't it? Just a reminder that in the market there is no tomorrow...take profits when you can. I had 3 chances to sell this thing at 100% profit or more, but held because I was counting on better exits later. The long-awaited p.r. couldn't have been a bigger disaster. Fell in love with the stock and was too dumbfounded to sell when I should have yesterday. Got out flat this morning, lost maybe $100 after holding all summer. Made quick, easy profits today trading momo stuff and TAKING TIMELY PROFITS. That's all there is. Can't be dreaming about "when this goes to .10 or .20 or $3.50 a share, I'll be rich...bull shit. Take profits or die. Don't fall in love with stocks. Lesson learned.
This is a fundamental change in the business atmosphere for MMJ stocks. Trade accordingly.
New here, any thought why this is moving today please? Thanks and glta
Goodbye, weak hands!
At this moment in time TCPS is being evaluated as a pump, not as a company. As soon as the greasy pumpers move along, that will change. Must say that if the company paid for the pump, that was very foolish. But the chip is the thing. The only direction for this stock is north.
There is a misconception on this board that Pignatello is the big mastermind of TCPS. That's not the case at all. He is "legal assistant" - the guy who shuffled the paper work to get the company current. They could have hired any number of people to do hi job. It's not about him. It's about the Lycon chip.
Cream rises to the top. If you've done your DD, you know what we have here. Flippers will come and go. Long and strong TCPS.
Twitter is en fuego for our baby tonight...making me smile
you're right, all to the good to get more people looking at it I suppose....but hell, hire somebody with persuasive writing & research skills and pump it proper if you're gonna do it at all!
Exactly. This nonsense should not affect a thoughtful investor/trader's strategy with TCPS. The company is about to reveal publicly for the first time that it is back in business, and how it intends to exploit its valuable assets. That's what should be driving your strategy here.
I wouldn't buy anything based on that crappy pump, by the way. No substance or real information. I'm not expecting much if any movement from this.
Agree Syria won't affect us at all, and any affect on the overall markets will be very limited. Don't trade from a place of irrational fear.
Has nothing to do with dilution, which is not a word to be thrown around lightly. The Market Makers control the bids/asks, they seem to be playing a little game of keeping pps down so they can accumulate before news. MMs on penny stocks are notorious for such manipulation. But it's a good sign that indicates the demand for the stock by serious players.
Not holding breath for Friday P.R. as P.R pros generally avoid Friday releases - they get less attention.
Long and strong TCPS, glta
The nasdaq outage has nothing to do with this stock. TCPS is trading, albeit slowly as per usual.
Several trades on TCPS just went through, everything is ok.
If I'm not mistaken, getting current with OTC will result in another positive tier change....all to the good.
Guys, go for a walk and get some fresh air or something!
Maybe you've never been part of a business or a group of human beings of any kind? Of course it has to be discussed. The p.r. also has to be written. People who don't write don't realize it's an art and a science.
Don't be ridiculous trying to make "discuss" sound like a dirty word. Of course it has to be discussed, just like anything in business or life. Keep in mind also Jay may not be privy to details of the p.r. as he is pretty much low man on the totem pole - "legal assistant." P.r. is not his dept.
Seems likely. Also seems to indicate people are back from vacation.
It should bubble up a bit on this new filing tmrw, just because weak hands and flippers have re-confirmation that something is happening behind the scenes. I think you'd do well to just hold for the p.r., which cannot be far away. Everything that has been foretold has come to pass so far, so don't shoot yourself in the foot out of impatience. Just my opinion. P.r. can literally hit any moment, tmrw would not surprise. The idea that p.r. is somehow not coming is ludicrous and defies common sense. Every new filing shows they mean business.
I don't recall the name, would have to check filings. Jay is listed as "legal assistant" or something like that. He's the one who talks, so updates etc. have come from him.
You know that Jay isn't in charge over there, right?
That's some kind of bookkeeping valuation - not the same as their value when exploited in the marketplace as products, licensing etc. Comparing apples and oranges.
Not trying to be negative but I don't read anything into the action at the close...the MM's have been fixing nice closes for us on weak days with some regularity for a while now. Obviously I'd love to be proven wrong in the morning. glta
People are talking about a little pop followed by a fizzle when the p.r. hits - but I don't think it will be like that at all. Betcha dollars to donuts that the p.r.will spark a protracted run. When the price 'settles' it will be at a much higher level. The drop-offs after filings we've seen have been due to the fact that the average investor looking at yahoo stock quotes can't even begin to see into the potential here. That all changes with the p.r. Just my two cents.
Aaron, welcome and congratulations! Good things are headed our way.
It's just an exercise in patience right now. It will hit when it hits.
I'm under the impression that the MM's have kind of 'made friends' with this stock...keeping it in a healthy range until news hits.
Who else's time would they be doing it on? I hope nobody here seriously thinks they are doing what they are doing with the needs and wishes of penny stock flippers in mind?
P.R. announcing patent infringement cases = very good
P.R. announcing deals to license and/or manufacture Lycon tech = even better
P.R. announcing both = KA-POW
nice that the powers that be are allowing natural bullish chart action in the absence of news. seems to me the likelihood of news next week is very high.
