Pps has been between .0016 and .0018 all day. Volume is also down. Should close in that range.
I don't think I've seen that one yet. Thanks for sending. It's from August 2015, it would be nice to find something more recent confirming the implementation of Meters. Good find though, thanks.
The mandates are for cars. World Moto isn't marketing their meter for cars.
I think the meter requirement is a temporary hiccup in time for Uber, Ola and other ride hailing companies. It's only a matter of time before India gets with the 21st century and realizes GPS is accurate technology. Meters will survive as long as traditional taxis are in service.
Provided there actually is a game plan.. production would be out sourced. They do need support staff though. A good start would be a phone number and email address.
$6,235,125
If they ship to India at least support would be local and easy to understand.
I said the same thing to nmills. Why would they manufacture anything without a signed contract. Signed contracts mean cash in hand for production. They would collect at minimum half up front.
Wouldn't it be great if they would disclose that? Krystal is all we have from them, and who knows where they went.

8 weeks later they were shipping meters.
If you look at all the transactions half were at or over two. Only 2 were at .16 out of 25. Price was pretty consistent today.
At least there is concrete evidence that laws are in place.
So far only Ola is complying
https://www.indiaspark.com/2016/06/24/ola-gets-license-karnataka/
Uber is still fighting regs. Ola is Indian and Uber isn't. Nationalism is also in play.
Yes. States rights issues much like we have here.
All of this only applies to cars I can't find anything on 2 and 3 wheel regs. Yet.
This article seems to contradict the two I just posted and possibly give Uber and Ola an out
https://www.google.com/amp/s/thetechportal.com/2016/11/19/cab-aggregators-ola-uber-fare-calculators-validation-india/amp/
Seems I reached my 15 post maximum being a smart @ss earlier.
India has decided to leave it up to the states to decide whether Uber and Ola should have Meters. One state has officially ruled they must use them
http://www.thenewsminute.com/article/uber-ola-will-have-bow-rules-ktaka-hc-rules-govt-can-control-pricing-52694
Another is about to make it mandatory

I think the credit goes to Col for this one though
I think the opportunity is real.
World Moto isn't doing a very good job convincing anyone they can capitalize on it though.
Regarding my website post. Just thinking out loud here but if the domain renews annually and the site's been down more than once in the last 12 months then billing doesn't sound like the issue.
We have to take them at their word on the 10K as that's the only communication they offer and they state FB and the website are key for them. Why state that's their focus if it isn't their focus.
They still have 39 patents pending. No approvals in 10 months?
I'm just messing with you Cueva. I'm bored. Don't take me personally.
No! They are working on a prototype that should be available in 2025! It takes 30 years to bring a product to market!
But as we are all supposed to believe a couple people on this board are right and World Moto is wrong. Or they misspoke as they say in politics.
Per World Moto
6 to 8 weeks.
Here's your protype from 2011.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.wired.com/2011/03/entrepreneur-brings-meters-to-motorcycle-taxis/amp/
Enough with the prototype already.
Mass production announcement happened in 2015 as per World Moto
"Our agreement with Krystal marks the beginning of commercial Moto-Meterâ„¢ production and sales," said Paul Giles, CEO of World Moto. "The Company can now begin fulfilling purchase orders and focus on growing sales."
Krystal Microsystems' engineers are currently preparing the assembly line and manufacturing process for production builds of the Moto-Meterâ„¢. Shipping is expected to begin in 6-8 weeks.
Giles continued: "After a detailed analysis, we selected Krystal because of their ability to meet all of our requirements—including line availability, lead times, speed of expansion, technical expertise, and terms and pricing. We look forward to shipping product and seeing Moto-Meters in operation around the world."
If a buyout was being negotiated and being current with the SEC was a stipulation then why are they still delinquent.
If bringing filings current isn't part of the negotiations then why did they just file a 10Q.
From the GoDaddy website.
Days after expiration Action
Day 1 We make the first of three billing attempts to renew the domain name.
Day 5 We make the second billing attempt. If the billing fails on the day of, or auto renew fails, the domain name expires and is immediately set to parking. The domain can be renewed by the registrant at no extra cost.
Day 12 We make the third and final attempt to renew the domain name. The domain name can still be renewable by the registrant at no extra cost.
Day 19 The domain name can be renewed by the registrant for the cost of a one-year renewal plus an $80.00 redemption fee.
Day 26 We add the domain name to an expired domain name auction.
Day 36 The expired domain name auction ends. If there are no backorders and no bidders in the expired domain name auction, we list the domain name in a closeout auction.
Day 41 The closeout auction ends.
Day 43 We assign the domain name to the winner of the expired domain name auction, backorder, or closeout. If there are no bidders, we return the domain name to the registry.
Why would they risk losing their domain name.
Go Daddy renews websites annually. There is no monthly fee.
This is no different than saying Richard Branson has invested in or is buying out World Moto because there is a picture of him shaking hands with Tom K on the internet. It's the same dot connecting methodology you are using to make claims of Uber contracts and buyouts.
Their situation changed the day after they filed the 10K?
Their website needs no maintenance to stay online and there is no excuse for not monitoring their FB page. As stated in their 10K these are the first points of contact for interested parties.
What makes sense are your comments contradicting what World Moto has stated to shareholders. They haven't changed their strategy. You are simply wrong.
From the November 2016 10K
"We plan to pay particular attention to the development of the Company’s website and its Facebook page. As its representation on the Internet, these sites will increasingly be the first point of contact for potential customers in need of information. The primary website contains product information, detailed photos, purchase information and use information"
That was 4 months ago. No activity on FB since then and their website is still offline. The claims you are making contradict what World Moto have they themselves stated to shareholders.
I've given what I think is the most realistic and sensible answer there is. World Moto has stated in their SEC filings what their challenges are. They are relying on regulations in order to have an opportunity at large scale sales. Regulation isn't a sure thing, it only gives World Moto an opportunity to succeed. I don't think they have anything to report. That's why we haven't heard from them. I also don't think we will until they do.
We saw from the last Q that they can still dilute and get cash. If there was something happening that we don't yet know about that required them to bring their filings current they wouldn't still be delinquent. I don't believe either of these are the issue.
They simply don't have anything to say.
Joe claims he knows something nobody else does. He doesn't strike me as being a dreamer or unknowledgeable so unless/until he's willing to share I will stand with my opinion.
Yep. I'm sure they're just waiting for their $2B wire to hit. Don't wait. Go out and buy a Ferrari today you deserve it.
Don't forget
In 8 more months we'll get the post that tax time is right around the corner and the pps is intentionally being held down for tax purposes.
Hey Col
Did you write this?
http://www.thestockadvisor.com/featured/010913FARE.htm
11 trades were made today and only 2 were executed under .002. The other 9 were all .002 - .0021. I don't see any pattern of manipulation there.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news Reac but no one is going to adjust anything to that calendar.
I'm down 20K on this stock. I'll go away whenever I feel like it.
Here's the 2014 10K. Great insight on how the company is going to do so well

Seriously. Read it.
All you have to do is download HailYes and test it out. Oh you can't? Must be the Mayan calendar's fault or global warming or whatever your religion tells you it is.
