Scumbag timeline:

1. Dilute into shareholders for "funding" to clear debt.

2. Take toxic financing - use some of leftover dilution money to help pay off toxic financing.

3. Let toxic financiers along with a little dilution drive PPS down to trip .0001 x .0002 (About 1000% cheaper than the prices diluted into.)

4. Accumulate in various accounts and various manner huge amounts of shares in the .0001 x .0002 range.

5. Once folks in control have stolen a large enough portion of the float they will then start pushing PPS back up.

6. Now that they have bought up a huge portion of the float they can make this thing trade like a 250-500M float stock.

7. Use promos/material news to drive PPS huge and slowly sell huge portion of float for 1000-10,000% gain.

This is what happened in my opinion with FI*X and ER*B last year, I think UNGS may be the candidate this year. Not to say I think this POS will hit a dime but if I know anything about scumbag CEO's they will try to make it everyway they can!
