I agree on CIRC, Court hearing this monday 1/14 to determine whether case will be tried in Chicago or LA. This has been a very stable stock, everyone is watching & waiting. This could start running early to mid week depending on the news of the hearing.

Judge in Utah has looked at all of the evidence and it only took him 2 days to determine the law is CIRC's side. Playboy will not want to spend the time, money and energy it will take to try this case. It is risk management 101. Make a deal and move on. Auda, you are absolutely correct. The key to ESSI is that Dr Berman a very famous female doctor is one of the inventors and is actively involved in the patient trials. She will be all over the talk circuit promoting their patent.

Once this application is FDA approved and the Patent is granted...which WILL happen this stock will run probably back up to 50 cents. Ed Withrow who is the owner & financial backer for ESSI told me in an email his end game is to sell the company. Once that happens IMO this stock will go to a few dollars per share.

Hang on for the ride...it will be the penny stock story of the year for 2013!

options express is also very easy to work with. i will do a bank transfer at no cost and they make you wait 3 days for funds to clear. IF YOU go to your bank site and create a pdf file showing that the funds have left your bank and you still have a positive balance they will fund your trading acct right away. i am able to transfer funds on monday and be using it to trade by wednesday.

if you look you should be able to find an offer for free trades as well. i had one or two months with unlimited free trading.

that is where sharebuilder kills you with additional fees. options express does not charge any extra fees. on a very infrequent basis i will be charged a reg fee of .03 cents. not sure why but most of my trades 99% are just the 8.95. i have been on etrade and sharebuilder and by far options express is the best trading site i have ever used.

I have been with sharebuilder. they are very expensive and not very versatile. I now use optionsexpress.com. this is a charles schwab company and the MINUTE the symbol changed options express moved my shares to new symbol. you can probably get some free trades wehn signing up and the cost to trade is only 8.95 which is the best i have found and their quotes are up to the minute...no 15 minute delay. you might want to check it out.

I have been the President/CEO of my company for many years and understand that you need to choose your words carefully. Other shareholders shared your email response where you said and update will be coming out SHORTLY. As a leader I define shortly meaning that it is in process which means it will happen within a day or two. I use the word SOON if I am not sure when it will happen.

I also understand that if the news were not good or of no value that you would not even reply at this point. The fact that you are responding with an auto reply tells me that the news is good and you are satisfied with the progress so far.

The way he uses the words confident and settlement in same sentence leads me to believe that both sides are working on an agreement. He didn't say judgement or court ruling he said settlement and reaffirmed PR coming soon.

I called their office and they transfer you to an attorney named Castle. I reached voicemail and did not leave a message but Castle is the guy fielding the calls.

Barchart showed the PR for CIRC getting taken out of bankruptcy the following morning at 7:59am CST on 12/7.

I agree PR should be sent quicker but we may not see any news until later this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
