Where did you get your information that the defendants made modifications to make things work? Just curious.
With the Sunoco deal completed by Attis I would assume GERS has a complete filing up to date? Lenders would require a basic, minimal, financial statement from a partner. This would give the bank / lender a clear picture of all risk involved. Any ideas?
Gers: June line up of possible events.
June 1st. E15 becomes year round?
June 3rd. USDA corn progress report.
June 6th. Attis meets with NASDAQ to argue against delisting.
June ? GreenShift begins Appeals Court arguments?
Happy Profits traders!
Rewording this past post: There only two brokerage firms who will let you buy and sell GERS to my knowledge. If the court judgment is in GERS favor what are the anticipated stock price dynamics for GERS? The rest of the brokerages will Let you sell your GERS shares, but not purchase.
Any ideas for the result of a possible “ bottle neck “ ?
With only two brokers who will let you sell and buy the question is what would the stock price dynamics? The other brokerage firms will only let you sell.
My interest in ethanol futures is the impact on the ethanol producers. That impact could be a cause of concern to GERS. Whether positive or negative.
Ethanol futures continue to climb up. The FDAs corn progress report from yesterday mentioned less than half of the nations corn crop has been planted. This is far below the past planting percentages completed.
What’s good about the SRO listing is there isn’t a negative comment or warning attached by the FDA. The continuing good information coming from Slashnuts supports GreenShifts positive position with the government. Although the board still has those who find rocks to sling theirs stones are getting scarce and small.
As always, thanks for the information Slashnuts.
Continually going back to the SEC filings there is so much more that could be discussed. OCB to its complete fulfillment. CBD oil, Hemp and other products are more interesting than the same old dribble of SEC filings!
Gers: Thanks for the information, I thought it was June through November? Again we will see what June brings.
The PACER reports from Slash or SKunK mentioned any conflicts with schedule from any of the litigants. The time period mentioned by the PACER report was from June through November of this year. My memory only and also my reason for a June commencement of arguments. GLTA and Profit!
If my memory serves me the arguments should begin in June (next month )
correct? Then end in November of this year.
I spent five years waiting on one to blossom. Agony and patience what a pair!
I agree with some of your replies, but a corporation and its R & D have to keep moving forward. GERS move into CBD oil if its happening is an expected next step since GERS is already extracting corn oil. Its true we don't have much information from the last 2 to 3 yrs., but myself and others bought into this stock due to hope-future outcomes.
Gers: good job Slash! Keep it up.
The first two or more news briefs at the beginning of this ihub gers stock site lists CBD oil production. That would indicate a possible new direction? CBD oil is the hot spot for investors at the moment. GERS makes their patents orientated towards plant oils and their extraction. Yes I certainly feel the push in that direction at this point.
Gers: KK's tenacity and his legal representative group's confidence are the anchors for my holding of this stock. GLTA
Gers: Never argue with a fool, onlookers may not be able to tell the difference.

Yes I do otherwise I would not have purchased it!
You may want to check your math again?
There was a few weeks ago a remark by that poster that was vulgar and seemed to be the possible end of their posting. IHUB didn't react other than delete the post. The do nothing reaction surprised me I'm still waiting for IHUB to step in and ban them my wishful waiting possibly.
If GERS wins this appeal Kevin will be one celebrated young man. The fortitude and guts to stick with the game plan. The intellect to come up with a strategy that prevails the defendants attacks. GLTA
June, the Appeals court begins that month, I hope, keep our chins up and a positive attitude!
My response was zeroing in on the $18 mm paid to GERS for JV purchase / partnership. The new problems Attis has with Nasdaq could complicate that. Particularly a company’s stock is its currency. Attis has been getting beat up from its stock price. It’s simply more strain on Attis to maintain solvency and pay GERS.
The turbulence for GERS is the patent infringement and once that is settled then what? My thoughts were possible merger? Attis and Gers are almost neighbored to each other in Georgia.
I agree, if Attis fails it could be traumatic for GERS. There seems to be a closer business relationship than what is posted. My feelings at this is wait for the turbulence to subside and see if we could have a merger?
Everyone have a peaceful day tomorrow enjoy with family.
Myself and the misses will be with children and grandchildren after church.

Hope this link reaches the post in question?
In one of the Attis posts discussions of its partnership with GERS, Attis mentions the $50 mm liability of the defendants in their patent infringement of GERS patents. The $50 mm is the liability GERS figures owed to them by the defendants. I shortened the wording and it confused some. This is my 3rd and last post of the day.
Good point made. After the monster leap up I would expect a drop back in price. The long term will support a near top price rather than a complete collapse back to below a dollar.
Attis posts a $50 mm liability against the defendants, that's a $2.50 per share equity. The win alone will possible push it to $5.00 / share? I'm conservative and $5.00 seems to be the max until the long term kicks in. This is all La La land wishful expectation also.
Slashnuts posting of Flint Hills 30% gain with the new patent on distillers corn oil would extend Flints capacity too 26.0 mm per year. Flints web site already posts 24.18 mm gal. Per yr. Using the 26 mm gal. Per year figure times 8 lbs per gallon equals 208 mm lbs per yr.
The USDA daily price for corn oil is avg. $0.25 / lb. so the contracts I have seen listed on sites points to a royalty of 20% of sale price. That indicates $0.05 royalty per lb. to GERS. 208mm lbs multiplied by $0.05 equals $10.4 mm/ yr. royalty?
Keep in mind according to other sites the margin for distillers corn oil varies between $0.15 to $0.20 so a $0.05 is acceptable. If any issues ( reasonableness) please respond. GLTA
I did more research on the Attis 10K late filing and the due date after NT 10K is filed is 15 days after filing so 4/17/19 would be the due date. GLTA
My apologies the lost was from Slashnuts not SKunK.
Does Attis have to post their 10K by the end of 4/15/19? I thought a post from SKunK mention that a couple weeks ago?
My question too drill it down delt with more of lowering the cost of ethanol production. The Sunoco plant can produce ethanol at a cost of approx. $1.39 gal.? Attis mentioned also that the corn oil cost of production is a little below the world wide $0.25 range. In other words they can make money on corn oil.
Ethanol production costs are the killer to many ethanol plants profits. My question concerns wether GERS has achieved or in the process of finding means of pushing ethanol production costs down.
A wind generator to power the Sunoco plant could run into $1.5 mm range. With New York and Federal tax credits and possible grants the costs could be cheaper.
A chemical / agriculture/ mechanical enhancement in ethanol production may improve and lower costs. I haven’t seen any postings from SKunK yet on this. GLTA.
My question: Attis has listed that their price to produce ethanol is $1.39 per LB. Also their price to produce Corn oil is $0.21163 per LB. HAS GERS been able recently been able too provide a more efficient method to save money? I have looked for several hours and not seen any evidence as of yet. I did see that Attis was exploring Solar and Wind generation as means to reduce costs . Thanks for your input. This of course is at The Sunoco’s plant.
Ethanol futures moving back up! Some good news anyway.
I purchased this stock over a month ago as everyone else here did before me. I very well knew it was a penny stock. It’s a penny stock! GERS has struggled for years now it is a gamble. After a couple of days I purchased my shares. I accept all responsibility for my action, my fingers pushed the buy button! I held a penny stock for 5 years before it spiked up, I accepted the price falling, but I purchased more as it did.
This aspergeric like beating a dead horse of late SEC filings has been going on for two years now. So bloody shallow let’s move on... eventually Kevin will file he has to, the appeals court will more than likely force him to. Be patient your not in high school anymore.
Dutch1, If these people who are complaining would read the available information published by Kevin and others it would be obvious that Kevin is sincere and strong willed. The postings by Skunk and Slashnuts add credibility to already posted and verified information. I have not seen so much information posted for a penny stock with mature investors positive backing than GERS. It leads me to believe these negative postings with shallow and weak arguments have no business here other than to muddy the water!
