Out of context? I copied and pasted direct from the source...what did you do? Take out the snippets to back your half truths!
They were incurring MAJORITY of their losses from Kazaa subscriptions and licensing. It is all spelled out for you in the entire document. Without Kazaa, they DOUBLED the transactional service revenues. They are NOT behind on any payments like you had misrepresented earlier. They have monthly payments to satisfy until May of this year. Also, please back your claims of them running out of tangible assets to sell if they needed to.
Now all they have to do is stay consistent with the revenues they generated in the last quarter ALONE to beat last years earnings without continuous losses from Kazaa.
Positive earnings minus a losing branch of business means a higher pps going forward.
Turkish out!
Why don't you complete the sentence so we can all get the full picture? Stop being selective in your references as to support your senseless logic. Here is the full description from the companies 10K:
For periods subsequent to September 30, 2011, the Company expects to continue to incur losses and negative cash flows as it continues to incur expenditures to develop the Kazaa digital music service, acquire subscribers for the Kazaa service, and is not able to reduce other operating expenses and overhead sufficiently to a level in line with its level of revenues. If the Company is unable to increase revenues sufficiently or decrease its expenditures to a sustainable level, its financial position, results of operations, cash flows and liquidity will continue to be materially adversely affected. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
They are done with Kazaa. Any other points you'd like to make?
This has been on my radar for a few weeks...sure looks promising, thinking about throwing a couple of grand and letting it ride for a while. Good potential here!
LOL yeah...representing November for sure, night y'all.
Hey man you don't make any cents (get it?) at all! Please read your history of posts on this stock. Then, read again the non sense you've posted today.
What company considering bankruptcy would be paying anyone any debt at all? Even if they are restructuring, they would make the terms more appealing to them to pay back since they would be getting the hit of taking the bankruptcy road.
Paying debt back with revenues is your issue isn't it? Who ever told you they would not or could not be planning to do that. I mean, we don't even know how the increased authorized shares would be helping them satisfy their debt at this stage. Do you know if BD has shorted all the way down and maybe riding it on the way back up, none of us know. Don't make your comments sound so factual as if you're the CEO.
You talk of continuously being 2 mil in the red ..realize that their losses were mainly the result of Kazaa, so let's review this a sec shall we? If they have abandoned Kazaa and are working to satisfy the terms as a result of doing so and paying down the debt, that would be considered positive now wouldn't it?
You must realize this company is working to minimize the fat while concentrating on the bread of butter of their business, which I might add had a twofold growth in the last quarter, should make even a critic like you see that they are moving in the right direction. Most businesses make bad decisions, some even horrific, it is the realization of the company to cut these fruitless investments and concentrate on what they know best to be profitable is what turns around the business and the investor sentiment alike.
Look at what this is trading at, 6 cents a share...not a couple of bucks. They had plenty of time to go bankrupt from the $7 trading range all the way down to $.01. They obviously chose to correct the major problems by choosing to delist themselves, authorize additional shares and sell non profitable assets to put the losses from Kazaa behind them. And now there is even more evidence of them gearing towards the heart of their business with the Spyder.
Do yourself a favor, stop changing your sentiments so rapidly and try being consistent. You sound like an emotional wreck, one week with a great outlook and the next as grim as they get. At least try not to effect others that have actually done their homework and bring senseless negativity here. If you're going short, good luck. I'll even give you a chance to make up some of your losses right here on the board:
If this stock is trading under $.15 by April 1st I'll give you a hundred bucks, if not you give me fifty, how about it cowboy, ready to back your blabber?
Lol you're a hoot!
Yes indeed moving on up, we finally got a piece of the pie :)
Wow what a line up there...maybe we ought to just join heads and open up a new board that seeks out the hidden gems in the market :)
I'm glad the longs here are doing great so far with much more to come...Appreciate all the DD you guys have done, it has made me a believer. In @ .03's avg...and will be around until I have a solid reason not to be...as of now, there is a lot more reason to be here then not. I expect we'll be in the dimes within the next month. We're moving on up!
Dude speak English, can't understand your gibberish. We all knew company had debt, you really think this would be trading in this range if it didn't? Important thing is they have gotten rid of a losing business and are paying the debt down...this company makes millions every quarter, are you serious?
Thanks to you, the doc, and diamond....I was able to discover and realize the potential of this company...looking and feeling really good right now...our patience is starting to payoff...and its still only the beginning:)
Badabbabbabaaaaaaab....I'm loving it:)
Been at work, what's going on in here lol...news?
The truth is this company is trading at a very low pps....there are many companies with no income whatsoever that trade higher for no apparent reason...this will be trading in the .15-.25 range in 3-6 months no problem.
Thanks for the insight...I've been keeping track of these APS plays for several months now, looks like these guys continue their promos close to a month each time...I've got a gameplan to play these in 2012, we will see if I reach my goals:)
Funny you say that, I was just looking at some sample numbers and compounding relatively realistic returns on each play...if I start with a 10k investment and jump in early and get out at 100% gain each time...I will be a millionaire by summer The problem is I don't think I'd want to put more than 20k into any single play, so it probably will not happen that quick.
Hey Gary how long have you been playing these APS promos? How much % gain do you shoot for when entering them to stay safe from the dump? Just wondering since it sounds like you've been doing this a while...I'd like a sound strategy when playing these. So far I've made money on the last two but thinking about playing big on the upcoming ones.
Boring as hell right now...aaaaah the never ending agony of trading.
I sold all my shares last week of CBIS to jump in with ATRN...now all I've done is watch this thing trade sideways while CBIS has more than doubled, even after selling it for a 60% gain...lol, figures.
This thing needs to get rolling lol, come on at least a 15-20% gain to make me feel better:)
Lol, you guys are something else:)
Lol ok...hey as long as this thing keeps moving I'm game.
Yeah good point, the major boards would be all over any company trying funny practices like this. Maybe this was a great loophole used by both company heads to satisfy each involved party. If this thing works as I anticipate, this could mean a huge opportunity for ATRN investors as the pps has tremendous room for growth. Especially considering the growth in its revenue outlined in the recent reports.
I've got two main questions on this stock, if anyone already has done extensive DD to be able to answer them I would be grateful. If not, I will have to set aside some time to figure it out and let you guys know.
First, this funny business with BD about voluntarily delisting and allowing them to short the stock among other manipulations...what does the regulations say about the aforementioned practices and the like...could this raise an issue with the SEC?
Second, has anyone on this board actually talked with the Investor Relations department of this company? If so, is there any concrete information about the companies foreseeable future plans?
Thanks in advance.
Disclosure: I am long ATRN based on all the DD I was able to accomplish thus far...mainly based on the quarterly income of the company and it's efforts to lower their debt while getting rid of unprofitable sectors within its business.
I agree, the early bird gets the worm! Lucky for us, its worm season
That might be pushing it a bit, on the last run it ran up to .0097, which is still a 708% percent increase from the current price of .0012. I'll personally be looking to double and then maybe ride some free shares. I have some other plays going on at the moment
I shall watch this puppy early on, I think there's an easy double here and then some...come and get it folks
Why don't you stop Tripping and post something of substance here Captain obvious!
I would love to see your pick, thanks in advance.
Lol I don't know what all of you were debating about in the first place...We all should of been well aware that they no longer had anything to do with Kazaa, and this DD outlines that well.
I'm actually more excited they have left Kazaa behind, since it was the major lag in their profit making...this is why I sincerely see a good uptrend for the pps of ATRN. As I stated above, this should be trading between $.15-$.25 as is...when profit starts to flow in due to their current business and quarterly growth then low dollars will be the reality.
Just as a funny reference, the major P&D Nsr* is trading at 10 times this with no revenue, this company is making around 30 mil, go figure!
Wow I can't believe I didn't jump on board until late yesterday, been watching this beast for a couple of days...I wasn't a believer until I was all cash and read the great DD that has been posted here...This stock should at least be trading in the .15-.25 range...and once ATRN gets rid of most or all of its debt, watch out!!!
Lol no can do because of my job, but enjoyed a great time in the past with this old buddy.
Come on power hour!
Gomez, you playing this one? What are the charts telling you for the short term? I expect some consolidation but should trade around .035-.040 in weeks time.
These are some strategic e-mails of course, just when things seem to be cooling off and these guys have reloaded the boat for more greediness, they'll start pumping hardcore with some incredible news like the one sent out at 11 pm by all of them...I think this has more room to run, in fact, I'll bet this def sees .80's minimum...but these random huge drop offs make it harder for the outsider to play along without getting bit. I may jump back on is I see this thing move, another 20+% wouldn't hurt.
I don't understand how you guys can be so sure this will sky rocket...I know a few of their past promotions hit it big after a little while but some only made about 80% gains then never got anywhere. It was a little peculiar to me how they haven't sent anymore promo e-mails after the falloff today. I got out with a good gain and am not too fond of stock roller coasters, good luck to those that are still in.
I got out of this with 60% gain...would've been so much better had it not slip straight through my stop limit though. Oh well, bring on the next one...speaking of which, anyone know any brewing pumps coming up
Yeah tell me about it...had a stop at .47, got out at .385...that's some major bs...glad I bought at .235 tho, still good gains...pissess me off!
Nahhh, go big or go home for me...I'm playing this with a loose stop limit so whatever the next top is I should be within good range of it, unless we see multiple major dumps...As it stands I'll make off with at least an 80% gain no matter what.
Yeah, guess you can't go wrong with a 1900% target range, nice bs guess though.
Let's hear some thoughts or guesstimates on where this is headed...a range is good too, I'll say between 1.55-1.80.
I sure hope so, still all in at .235
Seriously though, where do you guesstimate the top for this, or a range for the top?
I remember this being in the .20's after I got my first alert email. Did you guys get the alert at 7 cents or is APS blowing smoke up our ass?
These APS promos usually run for at least 2 weeks if not more...If you look at their past promos you would easily see this...AMWI took several weeks to make the jump to dollar land, while shortly after plummeting. I would look for a day or two of huge gains and that would be my signal to sell. I can always buy back in when it consolidates or wait it out and see how much of a dip it takes...Huge dips signal that the promo is running out of life. Waiting until next Friday is a sound idea imo.
Yea in at .24 and holding here, we haven't gotten to the icing yet.
