Thanks JJ. Next time you contact them could you ask them when updates are coming on their evaluation of the properties that they said would be updated the week after the CC?
I appreciate you sharing all your correspondence with the company.

With all honesty though, if you truly believe it's going lower then why not sell everything and buy back in at a lower price???
FLPC
oh, I thought you were still holding. I see, you are just waiting to get back in.
Now it makes sense.
FLPC
You've been saying that it's going lower for a while now. I don't understand why anyone who is convinced that we are going lower wouldn't sell their shares???
Something is keeping you invested here. What is it??

Todays webcast for anyone that missed it:
http://www.playfullscreen.com/player.php?mediaid=15760
How was the webcast??
in the webcast from the vip dinner, Nick says that they can begin construction on the rooftop garden July 23rd, which is tomorrow (thanks for the correction tankworth) .
Wonder if that is getting off the ground :)
RSSFF
Sounds like it might be good for you to call in to the webinar tomorrow and ask Nick about all that.
RSSFF
Yes, I trust that this is all for the best. Nick knows what he is doing.
RSSFF
I'm kinda disappointed that the saskatchewan deal isn't going through. I liked the idea of them being connected to the university.

Here is the low down on todays news:
1. Affinor bought 45 acres outside of Montreal to begin growing strawberries. Cost: $340,000
2. Affinor Growers board of directors have decided not to proceed with the LOI with Fab-All. Fab-All will still continue to build parts for the Vertical Design equipment.
3. Affinor Growers will not complete the land acquistion in Saskatchewan and will instead concentrate it's effort on building a facility in St-Chrysostome, Quebec and to complete the acquisition of the Vancouver rooftop garden.
4. Jarrett Malnarick of Vertical Designs appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Affinor.
Malnarick replaces former COO Tegan Adams, who is moving to an agricultural operations consulting role
5. Every Tuesday at 9am PDT, starting tomorrow (July 22nd), Affinor will broadcast live from various facilities to update the market and it's shareholders on the progress of the company.
Viewers can simply go to http://affinorgrowers.com/en/events and watch it live. Nick Brusatore will be taking questions live via chat, email or phone and addressing the public.

yeah, I think you are probably on the right track. Hopefully the convertibles end soon so they feel safe releasing news.
FLPC
Be careful about listening to those voices in your head T-man!
FLPC
I think what they don;t seem to understand is that ANYTHING about what is going on would be meaningful to us.
I hope that they aren't implying that Dr. Johnston won't have an update until after the summer months??!!
Sorry if this seems negative. I'm really very positive on FLPC right now.
FLPC
definitely. I'm still with the plan here, just disappointed in managements lack of communication even after what we;ve been through the past few months.
As long as there is stuff getting done behind the scenes it will all be good when the news comes.
FLPC
You may be right, and that is all well and good except that they told us to expect bi-weekly updates and that the properties would be updated the week after the CC. I'm not a stickler for dates but we are way past that now. They should at least take the time to explain or give us another date.,
I'm all for giving the company leeway but they need to stick to their word or there is no chance of regaining investor confidence.
FLPC
My point is that there is nothing that can be done about that now. They have changed course and it doesn't make sense to harp on that unless you just want to do it to complain. You either believe that they are now on the right path or you don't. If you don't then you probably want to get out now. At least I would if I didn't believe that a mill was coming.
FLPC
Yes definitely, but that is all water under the bridge now.
We either decide to join them and believe in the new course of action that has been laid out, or sell our shares and move on.
Im my point of view there is nothing left to be said about what was happening last year because it has little to do with what the plan is now.
FLPC
October was when it opened. I don't know when they first reported having a stockpile of ore though. November or December maybe?
Actually, Fencemaker wasn't even open yet a year ago so there wasn't any ore stockpiled then.
FLPC
I'm curious what "other path" you're wanting management to take??? You might want to go back and listen to the CC again because they just completely changed paths in the past couple of months, why would you want them to change paths again before this new path is even completely underway?
Great article! This is why I'm invested here:
“I can get $100m a year for high quality strawberries, without the potential downside of the marijuana business, and I can do that deal right now,” says Brusatore. “I can sign those deals today. So we’re not going to wait for Health Canada to dictate when we can make money for our shareholders, we’re going to go forward with the best plan for right now, we’re going to prove out our technology, and we’re going to get into a revenue situation as quickly as possible.”
-----
Brusatore says he appreciates the excitement building behind his company, but believes investors haven’t seen anything yet.
“The meat and potatoes is on the way,” he says. “The building, land assets, revenues, a real business plan by people with experience in the business, this is what the market needs, not LOIs to build vaporizers in the Honduras. Frankly, most of the industry makes me sick. I’m so glad the exchange put out a warning to investors, though we kind of got caught up in it. Sadly, when Bloomberg wrote about that news release we got grouped in with some random pump and dumps, and we might have to sue Bloomberg for that if they don’t issue a retraction.”

Thank you! I'd suggest that this is still not new but that we just missed it back in May.
There is also one for FNB Pharmaceuticals

Well that would make a little more sense anyway.
I don't think anyone is "Ok" with the dilution we've seen but it wasn't totally unexpected considering we are a company with no revenues at the moment.
We all know that mistakes were made, we've been over that a million times. Now it's time to move on and focus on what the company is doing to move us forward and get to revenues (and then profits) as soon as possible, while at the same time limiting further dilution.
I believe there is enough evidence that they are doing that to stick with things here for the time being.
FLPC
Actually 1 year ago we were at .005. I'm not sure what math you are using to make .004 be one third of .005 ? I'm assuming you are exaggerating for effect again? Still, it doesn't seem anywhere close to accurate to me.
FLPC
What exactly is it that you would like them to do now? Besides go back in time and fix their mistake?
It's obvious that without the mill, FLPC will go bankrupt. To get a mill we need financing. To get financing we need a share increase as a buffer.
Even though there are some painful consequences from their mistakes (i.e.. the current share price), FLPC management seems to be on the right track now so I'm not sure what it is that you want them to do differently at this point?
If you don't believe that the mill is coming then it makes sense to sell your shares now.
If you do believe that the mill is coming then the plan they have laid out in the CC and on the website makes a lot of sense.
FLPC
1.5 billion less than your estimate.
Sounds great to me.
FLPC
and you're basing that on what?? The price per share? That's it? It's a scam because the PPS isn't doing what you want it to? You are hilarious.
FLPC
The fact is that the ore is worthless until it gets milled so there is no way to use the ore to pay for the mill.
Also, it's my belief that financing is close at hand so yelling that "we still can't get it financed" is not necessarily true.
FLPC
I don;t know where you came up with August 14th?
They said 1.5 months to build a mill and that the permits shouldn't take very long if they build on private land. It's quite possible that financing is already in place or very close.
They already have a buyer and probably not very difficult to find others.
Looking forward to some updates on at least the properties this week.
FLPC
I agree on #5. Fencemaker and Arabia probably won't be the first to be mined.
I imagine some here will be very unhappy and use this as a way of bashing the company but in reality it is just part of the change in our path and will get us to profits with less dilution much quicker.
JJ, I appreciate you sharing this info. Looking forward to next week
Thanks
FLPC
Thanks for the DD! Much appreciated.

Notes from Nick's speech at the Affinor VIP dinner as related by JVrocks on the Canadian Board (See link below).
---------------
First announcement is that AFI has a LOI to vend in VDL....this is huge imo as it will be the catalyst to licensing...Nick didn't say how many shares AFI is going to issue but I bet it is a lot.....Second announcement is that AFI bought the rooftop garden in Vancouver...the company will start reconstruction July 23 and hopefully be ready to produce in about 3 months...the importance of the second announcement is that the company will achieve a "working model" by the fall so that AFI will be able to tap into the licensing market asap.
Nick talked about 5 revenues streams...1) licensing ($50mm to $100mm)....2) royalties (5% of revenue from licensed facilities)...3) profits from equipment sales (he didn't mention the profit margins but it is about 12% and the equipment contracts can be millions of dollars for each licensing deal)....4) consulting fees (I don't have any idea of numbers on this).....5) growing their own produce (20% to 30% net margins).
Nick was very negative on the MMJ market even though AFI is ready to go IF and WHEN the Cdn government gets around to giving Good to Grow a license.....Nick said he expects that MMJ companies will be selling for 10 cents on the dollar in the not too distant future....Nick wants to grow a billion dollar company and he can do that with food but not with MMJ...what Nick didn't say is that the banks and investment industry can back food but not MMJ.
Nick named dropped the Mastronardi connection but didn't elaborate...it shouldn't be long until we get to hear the significance of the connection.
Nick also announced the potential to work with Transgenix with indoor growing facilities which he thinks could waken the biogenix industry....he also mentioned that the Rooftop Garden acquisition will provide AFI with a new technology to utilize in the Neurtraceutical and MMJ markets.
Bottom line for stock players is that VDL is finally getting vended in which will provide the structure for AFI to start building as a business (Nick has never given up control of VDL to anyone he has dealt with in the past which means Nick is IN.
