I don't think there is an obligation from Chris or Sid to do so but I think another shareholder conference call would be beneficial at this time. There are a lot of questions to be answered and items to confirm in a call unless they plan to share more information in a future PR.
Who can put some pressure on Chris to put a call together?
I hear you but I chose to buy more now all at once because I don't see this going any lower than it is now. JMO.
I'll wait a while and then potentially give in and buy at the ask since there isn't much difference between the bid and ask at this time anyway.
That's my buy at $.0185 for 162,162 shares...hoping to get more at these prices to lower my average to $.03.
FBCD only had the limited edition toys for sale at Comic Con (quantities of 50 or less). This alone won't generate long-term revenue for the company but the worldwide releases in August, September, and October will generate consistent revenue for many months in the future.
We all know he doesn't have anything to back up his ridiculous statements. I'm not sure how the mods continue to allow CarloRoberts to post on this board.
I would hate to have a newcomer read his posts as fact and lose out on a great opportunity.
News just in...CarloRoberts still looking to actually state something of fact in a post.
We're all waiting!
I agree. I'm buying on the bottom, too. Won't have funds until tomorrow though so I hope it still plays out by that time.
Get more shares at their low now...you won't see the 2s for much longer.
This goes out to all the longs....don't let others try to scare you out of your shares if you have time and patience for FBCD to execute their business plan. Revenues are being generated as we speak at Comic Con and this is only the beginning to something bigger and better!
Go FBCD!
I feel the same frustration. Not sure what it's going to take to move this stock upward and for potential investors to realize this is a real company with real products and a real management team.
Long and strong FBCD!
I asked Chris about the timing of revenue generation on the conference call and he confirmed with Sid that Comic Con will generate the first revenues for SRAD. They need to back this up with a marketing plan that I would assume is already in place in anticipation of Comic Con.
Again, it would be nice to hear what their plan is...we need another conference call with our leaders after Comic Con!
One would have to think with all the ads about the Captain America big screen movie coming out with Marvel's name all over it that Super Rad will be selling various Captain America toys. Expect this to be part of a big PR announcement as it relates to the Marvel deal.
We should push Chris and Sid for another conference call after Comic Con.
If you're not sure why you are still holding shares, please sell them to me tomorrow. Accumulate as much as you can at these low prices.
I agree but the ticker symbol change to me is more symbolic of what the new company represents. We are not a holding company anymore nor does Super Rad focus on mining!
Don't you longs sell on me tomorrow...this is one of the few pennies to hold on to....this is just the beginning...Comic Con and actual revenues are coming to sustain and grow an actual business.
I think they will but our mod probably thinks otherwise. Chris said they are preparing for Comic Con and this is needed in order for customers to easily get access to their products. I would expect them to demo the site at Comic Con.
Herein lies why I get frustrated owning this stock. LeClerq has heard from his investors and they have stressed the importance of being transparent with the 8-k filing and timing. I know he's working on Comic Con but shouldn't he restore faith with his investors by filing when he says he's going to?
I know everyone is tired of wondering about the timing of the 8-k filing but has anyone contacted Chris to see if he can provide an actual date for the filing?
I'm not taking sides here but I work in IT work with others that manage and develop our corporate websites. When our web teams are making material changes to our sites, we have development systems where the changes are made first. The site changes are not accessbible by the general public until the new final updated pages are deployed.
It seems a little odd that these pages under construction are viewable by anyone with internet access but this doesn't change my opinion of FBCD.
Still long and strong with FBCD with 159,000 shares.
No need to worry about all the negative posts from the naysaywers who just decided to show up today on the great news.
The longs know what is up and have done their due diligence to hold on to this stock for the long term. This is not a penny stock people!
It's only up from here with Comic Con and revenues being generated on a stable basis as the licensing deals kick in.
Go FBCD!
Good luck with your other flips...we'll look for you soon when you decide to buy back in.
I didn't think this stock could be shorted unless there is NSS activity going on that we are not aware of.
I just bought at .0235
Big gap in the bid and ask today...level 2 data doesn't show many shares trading hands today either
I agree...questioning why a company has more than one site is a joke. You must not work in the real world.
I work for a large pharma company and we, too, have one large external site for company information and a site for each of our major products.
I accumulated more at this level and now hold 151k shares. I'm not bent on getting news this week but it sure would be nice considering how beat up this stock is lately.
Has anyone received a verbal update from Chris or management since the conference call? I am long and patient for this stock but it's another penny stock that seems to miss one deadline after another.
Any thoughts on the reason for the low volume so far?
The other thing that irks me is that Chris kept saying that they had other meetings so they may not be available for the entire call...you mean you can't plan things in advance so that you can give your investors the time that they deserve?
What debt holder would consider converting their debt at a high price when the stock is essentially worthless? that's what Chris said
I am long this stock but I find it very hard to believe thay they can't speak to their revenue projections for next year. I work in corporate america and every company has a future plan and can speak to it easily as well as determine the strategies they have in place to meet those targets.
Good luck tomorrow to all the longs that have done their DD and believe in this company
