Your post makes great logical sense and I think you are right about National Security interests.
I had really never thought about this as to stop losses, but it certainly does make sense. Thanks for the advice. I honestly think that short stocks should be illegal because it presses the opposite of what an investor anticipates, the growth of the revenue of a company. It certainly can work to destroy the price of a stock, but perhaps the prices at which so many of BORK shares were sold-at a the above $4.00 level-will obviously keep people from a lower dollar stop loss price.
Thanks for the information,
Sircooper
An obvious insidious bash to try and scare people into selling. Let's see a verification of the those dates, otherwise, you are with no credibility.
My DD would agree with KZMike. The guy keeps tooting this company and he begins to make me wonder as to his objective. If anyone other than Bourque has already produced an equal level of protection, and I were Bourque, I would be concentrating a lot more on other applications of Kryron.
Sag, I have heard, but cannot confirm, that the way to stop the shorts from pressing the stock price down is for investors to request that their shares be held in certificate form. Is anyone able to confirm or debunt this information?
If you check Bourque Industries on Facebook, you will see a report from a TV News broadcast where they reported that Borque is already making the helmets.

I think simple common sense would indicate it would depend on the angle and besides that, how many times would a soldier be shot at point blank range? The issue is to show that even at the closest position from which a high powered weapon may be fired, that there is no penetration. The question here is on the protective ability of Kryron, not the strenght of a person's neck.
SirCooper
Yeah, so true, he is a Nay Sayer. If he has such information then he should post links for us poor ignorant followers of Bourque Industries.
If you are careful to read the response of law enforcement officials that have seen first hand the protection that Bourque's Kryron gives, you will witness them saying that it is the best they have seen and nothing compares to it.
Do your own DD's but be careful not to misrepresent the information that is readily available for us all to read and see.

SirCooper
Thank for the information. Many of us have waited a long time for this train to move out of the station.

Please inform us of your reference on a report that there will be an additional stock offering in the near future....
As I just previously posted, the caveat emptor status is not warranted and is more prejudicial on the part of OTC in my opinion-pay us a fee and see the status change, in other words, jump through our hoops and you will get an improved rating. The reasons cited for the above rating are not actions in which Bourque Industries as engaged itself. All it does is keep people who don't know what they are doing from investing in Bourque Industries and leaving more shares for the rest of us to lap up.
My opinion,
SirCooper
The point is that John is more interested in getting his work done than worrying about a rating by OTC. It is kind of like the BBB giving a company a bad rating because of a complaint, but people that have done business with the company know their true reputation and value and ingore the Nay Sayers.
I have seen two companies on the pink sheets that is in the $15.00 price range, another in the $26.00 range and they have been recommended by a highly rated investment company. The volume of trades is very low on these two companies but their price is rising. I would think that BORK would want to be off of the OTC and on one of the major exchanges to eventually draw institutional investment companies.
Wouldn't it be nice if some of us who own thousands of shares in BORK would be getting nice dividends from the company in a couple of years, a dream come true.....

SirCooper
BORK on Facebook for a miriad of information for the past, present and into the future:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Bourque-Industries-Inc/174407155951895
This rating has been there for weeks. If Bourque Industries were to pay OTC a $4,700 fee, you would see this designation go away quickly. On this level it is somewht like racketeering on the part of OTC, as though Bourque should kiss up to them. Bourque, in my opinion, suffers injustly from the claims made in this rating.

SirCooper
Nonesense: Everyone must make projections into the future of the value of a company based upon its progress. If you don't do investing to some degree that way, then it is your loss and those who know the value of the product's gain. So, if it bothers you, then don't invest.
Lightweight and strong, but does it hold and edge well?
For the nay sayers:

Some new corporation leaked it! I bet it was intentional...

Your imput and reminder of the tests and who was their and their response to the testes is greatly appreciated and reassuring.
Thanks,

I find it hard to comprehend when tests and reports are available for one's review, that there is always a nay sayer in the bunch that doesn't want to believe, the invariable "Doubting Thomas." My impression is that people who have seen first hand the protective ablility of Kryron jumped on board quickly and served to drive the perceived value of the product up fast and furious.
There is always a great degree of trust that one must put into a company such as Bourque Industries. One must do his own due diligence and make up one's own mind about the value and the future of Bourque Industries and make the decision to invest in it or not. This is not the first time a stock as moved so quickly-as I have seen it happen in the past-and flounder, but it was under very different conditions than what we see here.

Sircooper
I find it interesting, Bob, that if such is the case that the following could be reported by Bourque Industries from their website: "Bourque Industries announces strategic partnership agreement with tactical vehicle manufacturer SRATS." One would expect SRATS to choose what they consider the superior material and evidentally Bourque Industries has won over other companies.
One of the guidelines for posting is not using derogatory language towards another blogger. One may preview any information before one posts it. The problem is that it makes you sound like a pumper. However, you are still factually incorrect. The high for this stock indeed has been .28 if one cares to check the 10 year chart.
Your name calling insult is not appreciated.
Please post the date when this stock hit 34cents. It is not right to make patently false statements about a company. BMSPF doesn't need to be pumped.
Thank you. I also see that they are listed under contacts at the fasc.net website:

Greetings; Where did you read that PacWestGlobal has been licensed by FASC to use the KDS system? Thanks for any helpful information. I have been following FASC for some time and had pretty much lost all hope of them really "getting out of the gate."
I suppose the "Capt......" would say that the magazine is lying or they did not check on the validity of the deal and BMSPF is lying.
Most like one word, "funding."
These are buying prices again, not dumping out of fear. I don't understand why anyone would be dumping their shares so cheaply when this company obviously has billions to make in this industry.
I suggest you let people do their own research and opinionating. I woudn't say a $37,000,000.00 agreement is doing nothing by a CEO.
I hear a lot of talk about BORK needing a loan. What in the world do you people think the sale of stock (investment in a company) is all about. The company has posted that they need but $2 Million dollars to get up and running at a workable capacity.
The sale of stock is not just to pay salaries, but at these levels, is raising revenue to do business. Why do you think the stock has greatly increased in price? Investors clearly understand the reality of this product and are willing to pay and wait, but many of act as though people are selling their shares instead of BORK. So, when BORK sells shares to raise revenue for operations, what do thing they are doing instead, burning it?
Many of you make no sense in your reasoning on this borad. A hostile take over of the company is only possible if the officers of the company do not hold a majority of the shares. Do you think John is so stupid as to not make sure that he will maintain control of the company when there is clearly millions if not billions to be made in so many various industries? If you are going to post, post what is sensible, not all of this nonsense.
