I'm not worried about the warrants at this stock price level and with the upcoming events. Even the warrant holders agreed to a break for this.

We are not dealing with a stinky pinky here. This is a well established Biotech company which drew the attention of many big analyst like Zacks etc.... Sure they obviously needed money and they took it from the back of their shareholders, the ones who bought for around $ 2.00, but at these levels IMO it is save to say that those who bought somewhere between 0.07 0.5 will be hugely rewarded.

Risk/Reward ratio is extremely high. Not saying there is no risk but the ratio looks very favorable towards reward.

It has never been disputed that AEZS took some kind of weird financing option, to say at the least, and also lets call it death spiral just for now, but with two cancer drugs in PH3 and two more closely to follow I don't believe "Death Spiral" is the appropriate word here.

Todays trading was pure accumulation trading. AEZS is ready to explode. Maybe this week......maybe next week......who cares.....:)

Zacks is lowballing here now because they were the ones to have a high target on this stock before. In simple words....They have too to keep their face and they are in the midst of swimming back and return and swim forward again.
Long story short. I'm a Zacks Premier Member and Trader. Zacks has certain criteria to value a stock but not all criteria always work as well as they would like to.

Shorts are getting desperate. Reading this board this evening I noticed that more people turned up to safe us all from making the biggest mistake of our life. Thinking about how human nature is by default it makes me wonder why they are doing this for people they don't even know. Do they have their own agenda?

I agree with you. I don't like pumping nor bashing myself but it is part of the game in this league. You either go with the flow and accept or you miss out.

Who cares if it will drift a little lower during consolidation phase. Not a problem at all. I'm up with my investment and I will soon be even more. What's not to like about this?
