A couple is two, so times that by twenty and a little more!
Looks like this stock has some potential, may have to pick up a couple of shares.
$EMXC is getting ready to pop very soon and here is why: So many new revenue producing opportunities for the company. The buy back of the shares alone; which then we have a new share structure, will launch $EMXC to hights never seen before. I am sure everyone will be amazed with all the revenue and future revenue that $EMXC is and will continue to produce. Hiring all these new employees, and all of these new ventures, money is coming from somewhere....hmmm! If "we" do uplist to another market; which I am confident will happen based on what we are seeing....hold on! Peeps taking small profits along the way is to be expected, however, I have not sold one share since buying in at 0006 and have continued to accumulate all the way up the .0021. We have seen some new bases and continue to create more as we move up the ladder. If you want to take your profits to buy a new bike...good for you.
I will continue to accumulate until I reach my ultimate goal of shares. I am looking looking outside of the box and when this stock goes....chasing will be an understatement. You will not even be able to buy the ask without putting in an order much higher than currently ask price. If you haven't figured it out yet, many strong hands have many-many shares and are holding....the FBI would call that a clue!
Some future comments on EMXC:
1. I wish I bought more shares
2. Why didn't I buy earlier
3. Why did I sell at $X amount
4. If I held my shares I would of made $X amount instead of ....
5. I could of been wealthy
6. Damm, I dumb
7. I am glad I bought all those shares and held them tight
GLTA, whatever your goals are
Sonny
To help new peeps understand how share structure effects PPS. It will give you a basic understanding.
What is 'Share Structure'?
-Share Structure is a breakdown of the amount of, and types of stock the company has issued. The number of 'outstanding shares' (O/S) as well as the number of available shares on the market, the 'float', have the biggest effect on how a stock will trade, or in other words, how hot the stock might get.
What are 'Outstanding Shares'?
-Outstanding shares are the total number of shares issued by the company, including free trading and 'restricted' stock.
What shares consist of the 'Float'?
-The float consists of all the outstanding shares that are not restricted. Essentially meaning the shares that are available to exchange between traders/investors on the open market.
How does the size of the 'Float' affect a stock?
To understand the mechanics behind share structure, let us consider the effect of the float size. The current float of a stock is the number one factor that determines how a stock will react to buying and selling pressure. If there are tons of shares available on the market, ordinary share holders and 'market makers' will be able to sell these while the price moves slowly and in small increments. If the float is low and buying pressure is high, the price will be forced up to levels where shares are available. So, the ideal stock is one with a relatively low number of outstanding shares, and a relatively low float.
There is a negative side of having too small of a float, though. Without many shares "floating" around, it may be difficult to purchase shares without 'chasing' the ask. The more money you are trying to put in, the harder it will be. On the other side, it will often be difficult to sell your shares once you have them, unless there are enough buyers, a big enough buyer to sell all of your shares to, or you are willing to sell your shares for a substantial discount from the current price. Because of this, low float stocks can be very volatile, moving huge percentages in a matter of minutes, or even seconds. These can be far too dangerous for beginners, and should be traded only after some solid trading experience.
To start off, you will want to trade a stock with a medium number of outstanding shares, and medium float. For penny stocks this generally equates to an O/S count of around 100-500 million, and a float ~50-90% of the O/S. This is going to vary depending on the price of the stock. Stocks with a higher Price Per Share (PPS) can be just as easy to trade having a lower O/S and vice-versa.
What are 'Restricted Shares'?
It is usually good to see that the company has some restricted stock issued, and a float lower than the O/S is indicative of this. An investor doing his homework will try to find out who is holding them, and beware of when shares may become unrestricted. Restricted shares are often times issued to others as payment for a service; ie - website development, consulting, legal services, etc. Beware that when they go un-restricted, usually after one year, the individual(s) may dump the shares at market to cash in. Restricted shares are also often held by company insiders. If management, including the CEO, are accepting restricted shares as compensation, you might infer that they have a vested interest in seeing their stock do well... If they keep holding them past the restriction period, this is an even better sign.
What is an 'Authorized Share Count A/S'?
Above you see that when I talk about the float, I specify that the current float is what is important. In addition to the O/S and float, there is also the 'authorized share' count, or A/S. This is the currently authorized maximum amount of shares that can be issued into the market. This number reveals a very important thing; the number of shares that can be sold into the market by the company, AKA 'dilution'. For this reason, traders will often be reluctant to load up shares if the O/S is much lower than the A/S. The reason being is the less shares the company has left to sell, the lower the chance of destructive dilution. Be aware, however, that a pink sheet or OTC company can increase their A/S on short notice.
If the company's transfer agent, or TA is "gagged", you will have no way of knowing changes to the A/S, O/S, or float. We do not recommend playing a stock with a gagged TA for anything more than a quick trade. If the stock isn't gagged, it may be prudent to contact the company and/or transfer agent on a regular basis to confirm there are no increases in the share structure. This way you will be one of the first to know of dilution, and can sell before losing a chunk of your investment. Click the link below for more information on gagged transfer agents.
$EMXC closes at .0023.....and not even warmed up yet!

News letter was just stating that Friday might of been a good day to buy EMXC shares before it moves up in price. Many shares are in very strong hands and are using their GI Joe with the Kung Fu grip to hold on to them.
Invitations were sent out already and if you didn't get one...good luck trying to crash the party. If they try to crash, we have a "KOP" on the scene.
Going to be a great month for EMXC and their shareholders!
CS, Who are the Doobie Brothers? Are they a new band?
Have a good weekend
Goliath Stocks DD on EMXC Friday news letter
Today could be the last buying good buying opportunity for EMXC. The end of the week is here and with it comes the end of the month. Monday will be August 1st and kick off the new month. According to the last PR that Emax Holdings Inc. released dividends are going to be out at the end of the month. Now the end of the month is here and we have reason to believe that dividends will be out on time. According to our research we believe that nothing has changed on the subject of these dividends and there fore that it is very possible that we will see a PR update on the subject that they have been completed. What does this mean for traders? Well if we do see a dividends news update early next week then its very likely this will have a huge effect on the stock price. Not only will this be a major event but it will also crush any doubts that investors had about EMXC being ready to follow through on their PRs. The public has been in major anticipation about everything that EMXC has had going on. From dividends to the dramatic change in share structure. After going through our extensive auditing process we feel that next week could kick off a string of major events. We already know that EMXC set a goal of getting dividends out by the end of July and have no reason to believe that has changed or that its not going to happen, we also know that the share structure has already changed majorly and according to company goals will see an even more dramatic change in the near future. It looks like the cogs are coming together for Emax Holdings Inc. and that the machine is just about ready to start its engine. If we receive a PR update early next week like we think we will then today will truly be the last opportunity to buy shares anywhere close to this price.
Also on the technicals aspect of EMXC the chart has had a major outbreak. We now have a golden cross on EMXC's chart. Usually when we see a golden cross and the company is completing big things then shortly after we see a major increase in the stock price. If you look at the chart you can see the 50 day moving average crossing over the 200 day moving average. This is a big sign that a break out could be coming.
-EMXC has just released in a pr update that they have retired another 150 million common shares on top of the more than 1 billion common shares that was previously announced. According to the last pr these shares have already been retired. We don’t know how this slipped by the majority of the retail investor market but it seems to have somehow or EMXC’s stock price would be much higher. So we are looking at a current S/S of A/S of 2 billion and O/S of 1.5 billion, which means the float could now easily be below 1 billion shares. And as if this news wasn’t big enough they also announced that their near future O/S goal is 500 million shares. This is amazing news and one of the reasons why EMXC is going to be a huge runner. This should make any doubts that this company isn’t for real disappear. With a near term goal of 500 million shares in the o/s we theorize that the near term float will be somewhere in the 200 million share range. The company is dropping the o/s by over 80% and has already accomplished retiring 40% of it. We have reason to believe this is being done so help EMXC accomplish their ultimate goal which we will touch on.

-Dividends will be received by shareholders by the end of this week. We know that dividends or lack there of has created some doubts with possible investors, so this should close the door on the issue. It looks like the necessary forms have already been filed by Emax so there will be no delays for shareholders in receiving their dividends. They have also given shareholders the option of converting their common shares into preferred A shares and having voting rights in the company. We have never seen a CEO give shareholders this option, this reflects just how much EMXC is trying to do for shareholders that remain loyal. This company is setting a new standard for companies in the sub penny market.

- EMXC subsidiary, Emax Media merged with Mindpix Corp (MPIX). Current shareholders of EMXC are being rewarded with 1 share of MPIX for every 32 shares of EMXC that is owned. Also MPIX shares are being guaranteed by the company to be worth .10 a share or the company will issue shares to bring the the value up to .10 for each individual investor. This is yet another unprecedented move for EMXC, we have never seen any sort of guarantee put on the value of a stock, this company is doing everything it can to make sure its shareholders are being well taken care of. Shares/Dividends will be received by shareholders by the end of this week. Emax media is now the public company MPIX. So shareholders will now be invested in two different stocks related to the same parent company.

- EMXC CEO did an extensive interview on ceocentral.com about future plans and actions of the company. We here at The Stock Signal believe that this was a warning to current investors and a message to everyone that wasn’t invested in EMXC. Looking back at the information Mrs. Weber stated, we noticed a trend. Everything stated in the interview has come to pass so far and in a much larger way than described. If we didn’t know better we would say Mrs. Weber was trying to downplay how much EMXC was accomplishing and their near term goals. This is a very unusual characteristic in a stock especially a sub penny. This solidifies our theory that EMXC will not be a sub penny for very long.
