The inventors, now assignors, of course know what this patent is about. Warrel is now at Relburn, and there he is in a position to decide about future programs.
Management did not announce it exactly. They have some business already running, and they are also active in mining, but they have not stated any amount, any extent. Somehow, compared to what can be found about that, it sounds good, since there are also some other companies involved.
The valuation of the companies involved is dependend on what assets they have. The financing therefore with selling shares works against creating shareholder value. This only can be achieved after the company ceases selling shares for financing the company. Bayport has announced, it has stopped selling shares for financing, because they have sold all shares to the end of 2013 via exchanges. Probably the other company, they have a collaboration with, was financing the same way.
Hmm, it needs at least conviction, that Bayports valuation has changed.
Do you think we reach that pps again? I would guess yes with proper business development.
Might be a key patent, in the case they get Tesetaxel through. Tesetaxel itself is very useful and inhibits cancer grow in a special way.
I have no idea, if this statement, "3-6 weeks", is a reliable one. But I agree with you, that probably something different occured with the case, when it is so much delayed, compared to the normal cases.
Hhhm, the judge may order this, after application of one creditor. Warrel has made claims against his company after Genta went in chapter 7, therefor Warrel is a creditor. The new assignors, also the inventors, know very well the impact of the patent, when Genta goes to market with tesetaxel.
Bureocracy is working slowly. Maybe the files could not be found, or the case has not the highest priority. I don't know either. Maybe the judge is waiting for more information from the trustees?
We are laughing about this, but it's impact is not so funny on the long run.
Today's tendency gave a promising outloook.
But happend not today. Is your prediction based on chart technique?
How are you? You seems to be cool!
Maybe they expand their studies with Genasense again?
Average trading volume today. A little up and down.
Yes, I hope for you, too. A good performance of this stock is like balsam for shareholders.
Before this stock is going to a higher exchange, a dramatical change in the fundamentals of the company must occur. If something changes, this might be a symbiotic event for the companies they have made a collaboration with.
For the volume yesterday that was right. Now you have sold 60% of your shares and we have 66% gain today with much higher volume. Probably not enough gain to cover your losses for the remaining 40% shares you still own.
Very good statement, I agree with you. The next company report is due, soon.
Should we get more volume later? Or is Bayport delisted today?
I agree, but we have noticed that already before. The thing which is most interesting to me, that someone feels responsilbe to update the status of the studies. Probably one of the trustees who oversees the progress of the studies, because he's in charge of leading the company while in chapter 7.
Yes, they always want to try to get the best results out of Genasense. Sure it works.
Yes, of course no results are published on clinicaltrails.gov . Results normally are published through an announcement by the the clinical study team leader on a conference, in a scientific publication, or sometimes also through the website of a company, which wants to promote their business with the drug. Don't expect too much changes. Results probably will be in the range of what was achieved in prior studies. So we can overall expect good results, which will have a positive impact on the FDA regulations.
One of these photos seems to show a van, which carries drilling fluids used in the drilling process, e.g. bentonite, which faciliates drilling.
If Bayport grows than it should be easily compared with competitors of the same range. Some competitors are NYSE listed.
Very interesting, thank you. But the November date is just confirmation on an update. So it seems, that someone looks after the the advanced status of the studies. The primary endpoint of the study was October 2014, and after this someone updated the data at clinicaltrails.gov.
That makes it a bit more interesting now.
I still hope that we will see higher pps than those post-R/S. They have some new projects running.
Thank you for the hint with the link to the updated info's.
We have a quiet start today.
Yes, I noticed the much higher volume, too. But only few trades. So here seems, that some "traders" are trading periodically, not continually.
Yes, that's right, but I would never buy stock on a loan, as long this loan is not secured against other assets.
Hmm, I understand your position, but I prefer a boring stock in those cases, where I expect sometimes in future a good return. I would hope, that you should still hold your residual shares here. Has you realized some gains before here?
Yeah, good explaation, damit. But as long as a shareholder has not sold his shares he can't talk about a realized, real loss. It's just a decline in pps, and as long as the hope for a higher pps exists, that we can recover theses "losses", as long this stock is running.
Unfortunately pps declined considerably after R/S, that's right, but it declined slowly. We had not a loss of 95% directly after R/S. Instead this, directly after the R/S pps was 2000% higher than one would expect after the calculated value. Very soon after the R/S unfortunately someone sold his shares unlimited, that caused the drop of pps back to calculated levels.
Unfortunately today we have a low volume up to now. But we can't habe good volume all days.
I'm not responsible for the pps. The level is that level how it is. Those who "hold" majority could influence it.
Very sound and down to earth.
Some companies do not need additional PR. What they do and their appearance itself speaks to those ppl who know the company. It is a small company, but their cooperations and some DD show their gas- and oil business.
They changed the PR company anyway. As a result also the appearance at ihub was much improved, together with the changes on their homepage website. I would say, that the PR they do is sufficient to show, what they do. Bayports impact is low compared to big oil explorers like Exxon, BP, etc.., but with their growing business they might become larger, too. Also remember what operators are in contract with Bayport exploring their wells. Some are really well known.
Compared to their history with Exit Only, they have improved.
They follow the pps of course, which is made by those who hold majority of shares, or the virtual deposit of all shares.
Let's hope on these.
