Worst thing you could ever do is buy this stock for a long time. Just ask anyone who's been long.
Slow bleed from here until bankruptcy.
Turk those buys at 13.50 aren't looking so good.
Because it costs them $2 to make $1. And this has been going on quarter after quarter, year after year. They are running out of options.
Brad and Musclepharm have shown time and time again you can't believe anything they say.
My guess is that they owe Capstone tons of money and it may be in Capstone's best interest to entertain this or risk getting clobbered in a bankruptcy situation.
The reality of this is, even if the stock doesn't tank tomorrow, this company is clearly not a growth story any longer. This only reason this stock has been able to stay at the level it has was because of the revenue growth. Even then it's still less than a penny pre-split. Revenue growth is no longer there and sales are declining dramatically.
As far as bankruptcy goes, ask yourself, where are they going to get money to continue operations?
Really? Why not?
LOL - you realize when they go bankrupt shareholders won't see a dime.
Yep he called while all these guys attacked him for it. They should have been thanking him.
$16.2 million loss on only $32.7 in sales.
Ouch!
OK Musclepharm lovers - start spinning this 10K. Sales are falling. Growth is non existent. They are losing market share.
Musclepharm appeals to the lowest common denominator and names their products accordingly.
Frivolous? What's frivolous about spiking protein and ripping off your customers. And you know what - I checked and that's not the only article in Forbes. There are many others about many different things.
Maybe Anthony and Steve Forbes are buddies. What do you think? Maybe Musclepharm should sue Forbes.
I mean if they really are not spiking their protein then why wouldn't they sue Forbes for defamation and slander?
No I don't know him personally. It doesn't seem like the so called $5 million judgement has changed a thing.
Lawsuits Say Musclepharm's Iron Mass Lack Protein, Ripping Off Athletes

No. Don't see it happening.
The SEC investigation has been ending soon for a couple of years now.
This might be the high for the rest of the year.
Notice how the NASDAQ listing talk has completely disappeared.
Hello 7s.
The CC announcement is being received well - massive volume.
Looks like all those clowns that went to The Arnold Classic are now rushing into the stock this morning. Insane volume.
Ah so you agree.
Yes I have been there.
Just calling it like it is. Ask any company or anyone who has ever been to it. Most consumers walk out of there asking themselves what they are doing with their lives.
Seriously, you walk out of their saying, "WTF was that?"
Seriously - a clown shown. Average IQ of those attending has to be around 65.
That show is a chusterf%&k. There is not a single company that finds it worth the money spent to be there. They just feel like they have to.
All the meatheads walk around with big bags like it's trick or treat looking for free crap.
It's a clown show.
It is a clever way to get into their own manufacturing but shareholders will pay.
Looks like serious dilution is on the way.
I didn't see that but I did see the gigantic Monster Energy logo all over the ring and post fight video.
Obviously Musclepham's deal with the UFC doesn't include energy drinks.
$200 million in revenue and they have to borrow money just to keep the lights on. Like I've said many times before, Musclepharm's business model does not allow for profitability.
It appears that some investors think that one day they will magically be a cash machine.
Why do you think the stock price is below a penny pre-split?
$200 million in revenue and they need a $4 million lifeline. Spin it however you want but this is not a good sign.
Nice brichnyc!
MusclePharm Arnold Schwarzenegger Series faces class-action lawsuit over allegations of "protein-spiking"

The only problem with that is that ever since he started his association with Musclepharm it's been downhill in a major way.
The SEC investigation has been going on for a year and a half now.I don't think that is a good sign. If it was nothing serious it would have been over by now. Employees at the SEC get graded on completed cases and not open investigations. This is a a sure sign that it is far more intensive than Bradley has been letting on.

So much for the biggest endorsement contract Musclepharm entered in to. Shareholder's money well spent again.
What date did the SEC investigation start?
You mean no nuts.
Maybe a protein bar shaped like a johnson. Call it the Musclepharm Johnson Bar.
WTF are you talking about?
