That's the question we are all asking.... tis strange to have no bid and more volume than we have seen in quite some time.
Sorry...its been between .0001 and .0002 so long that I'm not sure I actually looked..... I have no idea about the no bid thing, but I suppose someone could buy if they were up for sale? You know more about that than I do...but someone is wanting these shares, and I cannot think that there are that many for sale...last I checked there are 16 shareholders (correct me if I'm wrong). Here is a wild scenario for you; someone is buying out Itokk, preferably Apple, and they are quietly buying shares as they come up....after all who wants to buy the company at these share prices and have to pay out mega bucks when word gets out and everyone cashes in.... okay, so its not realistic but at this rate HOPE is the only thing I have... its still better than buying a lotto ticket!
Pink, I know you have posted this before....but I still look at it and am exasperated.... such a prestigious event, with Karamitsos virtually at the helm.... and Itokk is at .0002... how does that make any sense?
coneco2009.com/wimon2012/comittee.html
I did send an email to the contact info on their website....in a nutshell I asked if any progress is being made regarding Itokk as a company....and that it appeared to be doing a vanishing act.... just curious if anyone other than Penstock might respond to such email....
AHA! Now I know where the shareholders money is, its in the free beer!! Though for $85 a month and free beer, I might join in...though I wonder about a business requiring a place to drop the mail and packages off only...I suppose the address is supposed to be desirable...
I suggest we all take turns on Pass/ Fail website and Facebook making rude but truthful comments about Penstocks lack of whatever regarding Itokk..... I cannot imagine (Penstock) participating on either of those sites in this current climate, however....
Which is a good thing, because I do not always process the information I read. Having someone who recognizes the significance of certain data is crucial. A good deal of those who follow stocks rely on someone like you that seperates the wheat from the chaff; Its not that we are lazy or not due dilligent, just sometimes "don't get it". Stocks are a huge amount of mathematical grammar, and I can assure you, that is not MY strong suit.
Sorry did not mean to sound petty there; I realize it was something different. Just frustrated.
Well looking at Talk options web site is about as entertaining as looking at Itokks. Nothing since 2008. I'm thinking there has been a parting of ways between the head honchos in this outfit, and they are just biding time until they can bow out gracefully. The silence is very very loud.
Okay... so legally Packetera's profits should be reflected in Itokks share price if it was indeed prosperous.
Packetera is considered a private company, any idea as to how that affects the itokk shareholders... or I guess what Im saying is that if Packetera is the meat and potatoes, it doesnt necessarily translate into dessert for us, does it....
This is where Penstock is hiding...whoops, says currently unavailable.

Any thots as to why? If it is indeed MM? The whole MM thing leaves me a little bewildered. In my cut and dry world, you either have something to sell, or you don't, and the need for MMs to drive the market makes me wonder about the entire process. I equate them with bookies. But thats just my brain; Im hoping yours has something more positive to reflect.
How does that happen?
Well, there are many contradictions and it is those contradictions that keep me waiting and watching. I would rather believe that something huge is on the verge of being disclosed, and the silence is part of the package. Add the highly regarded (it seems) partnership Of Karamitso (sp)and you think, maybe. On the other hand, the total disregard of professionalism in regards to this stock, website particulars and seemingly nonexistent voice of those in power makes me think that they have moved on to other honey pots and flies. Like Candide, I am an eternal optimist and hope for the former rather than the latter. I keep dreaming that Apple has bought this and they are just tying up loose ends. But like Candide, I am most likely to be disappointed.
I have...(let it die) I'm in mourning. And...I would like an autopsy done to determine the cause of death. Was it foul play?
Has anyone else noticed under the "Story" segment on Itokk website, they have a cartoon type pic of a building and the caption reads....."We have a genius".... what do you suppose thats all about? It seems that the website is a playground that is not to be taken seriously. No one seems to care what image is portrayed, certainly not a professional one. Even if Penstock ls letting this company go down the tubes, I think he would have a shred more dignity than this website depicts.
Pink...look at your post number 6352 on 10-26-10.... shows penstock with xten media address...
Here it is.....
hosted.ap.org/...morningstar.../AP707.html?CN...
Hmmmm....something I looked up on Itokk a couple of days ago.... one of the stock boards, and it stated type of company, "publishing". I thot it was just an error....maybe not.
Those awaiting calls from Penstock must be waaaay down the list and what a list that must be!
At least that is something positive to post...
Strange how it came up tho...wanting to find something positive makes you scrutinize the most minute possibility, probably making oneself delusional.
www.nasdaq.com › Quotes › IKTO › Ownership & Insider Trades
This what it come up under but then nothing further than what I posted prior.
Pink...this came up under a search....however, I cannot get anything further. If they did have a sec form 4, would it not be available to the public?

If they are listed the same, would you be able to put thru a buy? Any thots as to what kind of games and what would be the advantage? Would they be privy to information not otherwise available? Just looking for an opinion as to possible scenarios. I dont have the knowledge even for an educated guess. Thanks.
Pink...remember that Pass/Fail website where you might want to rate members who are posted? I believe Mr. Penstock/Itokk
was listed...
All that building social confidence thing connected to linkedin and facebook...what is an appropriate length of time to wait (in mourning) before negative comments are posted??.....just asking.....
To be honest, if their own websites are any indicator as what kind of business they provide, I would most likely find someone else. A good deal of content is obviously written by someone who is not fully immersed in the english language. I realize they are catering to a global community, but if its to be seen by english speaking citizens, it should be grammatically correct. The Itokk.edu is better than most, but nothing really to get excited about. If we have been thrown over for that particular business, then I would have to say they aren't throwing us over for much.
Well at least they are in good standing.... I am wondering with the abscence of movement on this continent if perhaps there is some kind of buyout elsewhere. I wonder what that would mean to the shareholders here. I mean if indeed it became a russian owned company, then what responsibility do they have to a stock that is in a different domain? Of course thats my imagination at work, but it is curious, this silence on Penstocks part. Its as if he has distanced himself from the company and shareholders. I do not have alot of shares in comparison to most, but I did have high hopes. As always.
Yes, but when you check FAQ on the Pass/Fail site that he just recently updated, if you hit on the question "where is Itokk headquarted", it brings up the Russian address. Since they have failed to do anything with the Itokk website as we know it (someone posted that the website designer should be fired) if they are beginning to focus almost entirely on that part of the world.
Pink....did I just miss it prior or is this headquarted in Russia thing a recent move....were you aware of it?
Ah! So I am behind the times. This is what happens when you awake early in the A.M. and can't go back to sleep! This stock is such a mixed bag and causes the imagination to whirl. One minute I think its dead in the water, a scam thats immigrated to Russia with no looking back to the shareholders and the next minute I think....well maybe. Karamitsos is the only reason I retain one iota of belief. I cannot think he would associate himself with anything less than a legitimate enterprise. Alas, I could be wrong on all accounts.
If any of the previous has been posted already, please excuse.

Vancouver stock promoter Shaun Ledding and his management company, Core Development Corp., each pleaded guilty to one count of tax evasion in Robson Square Provincial Court on Thursday.
In an agreed statement of facts, Core admitted it failed to report more than $200,000 in income from 2002 to 2004, while Ledding admitted he failed to remit $25,142 in GST payments on behalf of Core. Core was fined $33,812 and Ledding $25,142, representing 100 per cent of the GST and income taxes they evaded. (They are also liable, of course, to pay the original amounts owing, plus interest.) Although just 34 years old, Ledding has been involved in the Vancouver stock market for more than a decade. His company, Core Development, provides management services for junior public companies.
Ledding is closely associated with longtime Howe Street promoter David Hodge. Both are senior officers and directors of Zimtu Capital Corp., an investment company that trades on the TSX Venture Exchange. Its core holdings include Commerce Resources Corp. and Triple Dragon Resources Inc., which also trade on the TSX-V. Hodge and Ledding are senior officers and directors of those companies, too. (Some of the income that Core failed to report came from Zimtu and Commerce.)
I don't know Ledding, but I am well acquainted with Hodge. He was director and vice-president of corporate development for Rocca Resources, which in 2000 acquired Siegesoft.com
Inc., which claimed to have developed Internet privacy software. " Siegesoft.com'sinception reads like a storybook," Rocca gushed, describing how a 15-year-old Chicago "whiz kid" had designed the software after he was unable to take an advanced math course.
The whiz kid angle created some positive media coverage and the stock surged, providing a mysterious Turks & Caicos company, which had fortuitously loaded up on shares before the company's announcement, with a huge potential profit. Alas, the deal was later scuttled and Rocca's stock melted.

In another tax case, Vancouver stock promoter Angelo Soukas has pleaded guilty to two counts of tax evasion.
In an agreed statement of facts, Soukas, 44, admitted that, between December 2000 and November 2006, he falsely claimed $156,488 in GST refunds on behalf of two B.C. numbered companies that he owned and controlled.
The two companies, 612454 B.C. Ltd. and 648928 B.C. Ltd., were involved in the sale of eyeglasses. To support the GST claims, Soukas gave Canada Revenue Agency auditors bogus invoices from Esoloware Inc., which is a fictitious company, and Luxotica Canada Inc., which exists but under a slightly different spelling, Luxottica.
As a result, Soukas obtained $137,749 in GST refunds that he was not entitled to.
CRA officials had to go to great lengths to determine the truth. That included searches of Soukas's residence and his accountant's office. CRA also made numerous demands for documents at five financial institutions and two credit card companies.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 9.
The agreed statement of facts mentions that Soukas filed for personal bankruptcy in 2003. Bankruptcy records show that he had only $91,358 in liabilities, a relatively small debt for anybody who with a modicum of financial acumen. He was discharged the following year.
He is now serving as president of Itokk Inc., a Vancouver-based company that is being aggressively promoted on the dodgy OTC Bulletin Board in the United States.
Itokk was originally a sham company floated by Kelowna promoter Gregg Fedun, who had a brush with B.C. regulators in 2004 after he failed to report his trades in three TSX Ventures Exchange companies in which he served as a director.
Itokk's stated business plan was to publish a magazine on horses called Up & Over, but Fedun was clearly packaging the company for some yet-to-be determined promotion.
Sure enough, last September the company announced it would acquire the exclusive licence to market voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) applications from Packetera Communications Inc. Control passed to Packetera's founder, Kevin Penstock, who became CEO, and Soukas was named president.
Penstock and Soukas are now promoting the company through U.S. penny stock tout services such as Wall Street Reporter and Matrix Micro Caps. The strategy appears to be working: The stock price has jumped from five cents in October, to 56 cents at Thursday's close. Soukas, a former bankrupt and admitted tax evader, should be pleased with himself.

GOA strategies? Im not finding anyone connected with ITOKK mentioned other than Penstock. I'm either not entering the right info, or it has been removed. I don't remember having that much trouble finding those associated.
Even if it is private, there was a certain amount of access, and I do not see that now.
