Assuming that the SEEK Ihub page is correct, looks like we reduced the float and O/S by 200 M shares each. Which would bring the float and O/S back to the same level it was prior to July's dilution.
****SHARE STRUCTURE**** as of Dec 12, 2011 from Registrar
Authorized 3,500,000,000
Float 2,218,453,427
O/S 2,295,624,262
****SHARE STRUCTURE**** as of July 26, 2011 from Registrar
Authorized 3,500,000,000
Float 2,418,453,427 (increased by 200,000,000 shares as of July 11, 2011)
O/S 2,495,624,262 (increased by 200,000,000 shares as of July 11, 2011)
Didn't SG say there was not going to be a R/S in 2012?
They PR'd saying board approved a 250 M share buy back plan (of course, as long as they have money and are in position to do so).
They plan on being debt free by the end of this year.
Now going on 9 consecutive months of profitability, no dilution in almost 6 months.
TD 2.0 coming out tomorrow. There's a lot to look forward to as a shareholder in SEEK.
If this was the big financials and reverse merger valuation we have been waiting for it has been a big disappointment.
anyone have L2? Whats the bid support looking like? I've been trying to buy 1's for the last 3 days and can't get filled. My measly 1.5 M buy order and I'm gettin nothing.
I never claimed that there were shorters in this stock or FTD's. I'm saying if there are, they have to swap their certificates by tomorrow.
Regardless, the deadline for the Mandatory Cert Swap is 12/31... which is tomorrow. I didn't say that we will see a squeeze today, because of the deadline.
They have to cover by today. Tomorrow is the deadline, seeing how market is closed on Saturday, today is the last chance.
The "shorts" or potential squeeze isn't the only reason why people are invested here. Many people think that the financials for this company will be solid enough to make a profit off of their shares.
Well I'm already up money in CAGR... I'm sure many other people are as well. If/when that ever occurs, I'm sure people will sell their shares and we'll already have significant return on our investment and just move on.
The A/S WAS reduced from 5 Billion to 2.5 B.
I'm gonna drown him in Camp Crystal Lake again. The guy never gives up.
When you bought in, you knew that the A/S was 2.5 B... why are you just bringing it up now as an argument? You shouldn't have bought in the first place if you are going to complain.
****,
Sorry about the delay in my response to you. The company is currently in the process of raising capital for the operations in Beijing and we have issued restricted shares. There have been several communication with shareholders over the last few days and there is not much more I can elaborate on aside from what has already been posted on the message board(s). When we have the conference call on the 12th, this topic will be cover in more detail along with the plans for 2012. I’m sure this is not exactly the answer you were looking for to satisfy your question but, everything is coming together for a great 2012 business year.
Happy New Year,

News dropped over an hour ago, and we only have 3 million in volume... If there was dilution volume would be bigger than that.
Is it just me or has it been there for a while now. Why is there a stop sign for CAGR on OTCMarket.com???
Yeah, $12,000 every penny is a pretty nice chunk of change. Wish I had bought more at .002.
So if they are doing the conference call before the 15th of January, will they release financials prior the the CC or will that go on its scheduled date? Would of made more sense if they released it prior to the CC (before or same day). That's just me though.
Anyone that has continued to follow this stock, do you believe there is another run coming? I was in earlier this year when the stock ran from trip 0's to low .002's. Sold made nice money and then left the stock completely after Eric Ottens said he wasn't diluting, yet was tanking the stock. Now that he's gone could be a different story. Not a long-term hold by any means until after a R/S is done.
The A/S doesn't matter in terms of price per share. Only the O/S matters. Sure they could dilute, but I believe someone said that Jeff claimed he was going to reduce the A/S next quarter.
Why do people find the need to nitpick at every little detail to create an argument?
10 more days until the launch of TheDirectory 2.0. Things should get exciting here.
12/31 is the manditory cert swap deadline. Why is it that hard to read up on it? Nothing has been amended.
It is labeled as a sell because he bought at the bid and not the ask.
If there is volume of only 30.7 M today and according to ICPA TA and Google the OS at the beginning of today was 71.55 M, how is there 136 M OS now?
I will do some DD, but can anyone fill me in about the company? What news are people waiting to hear? I just came across the stock/ company today. Any help would be appreciated.
Did they say that the R/M would be completed before new years? I listened to the CC, but thought they said sometime in january. Then heard that if it isn't completed by new years there would be delays... With financials and whatnot. Can anybody clarify the confusion?
No one says you have to buy into the stock. No one has said they are going to keep this stock for years to come. People invest in the stock because they see potential to make money. If you want to flip your position that is fine, but when bashers come in and constantly bring up old facts that are not relevant it is annoying. If you listened to the CC this morning those concerns were talked about, the CEO didn't hide the fact that he was part of the lawsuit and whatnot. I mentioned the fact that we are at .0002-3 and people are still bashing to get it to drop a tic and then flip again, pretty pathetic. But to each their own. At least bring up relevant news and not things that happened a few years ago if you are going to bash.
Why would they release it beforehand? If it's bad, they wont get investors to buy the stock. I'm sure they'd love to release financials if they are good, but because the merger is in process they probably aren't allowed to disclose information to the public.
I love how people continue to try and bring up dirt about the CEO's of RIGH and BudGenius... Randy is out once the merger is complete and his current lawsuit has NO impact on the R/M that is going to take place. Angel Stanz and the US Credit Find lawsuit has already been settled, customers were fully refunded. Case CLOSED. Just ignorant people trying to bring up old news to get the price to go down. Pretty dumb considering the price is floating at .0002-3 anyway.
Why are people still wasting time on this POS? They PR'd about a change in management 3 months ago and haven't done anything since. I was in this stock earlier this year and old management just kept PR'ing bullsh!t and never acted on any of the promises. SNRS is a joke.
Im still in as well, average around .00025 (bought equal amounts at 2 and 3s) not selling for a while.
Yeah, I didnt know what to make of the article. I dont bash or pump stocks, just wanted all the facts out there. Some of the accusations seemed a little bogus. Who knows? Kinda odd that he apparently goes by Angel or Aaron, alias is kinda sketchy.
I've been trying to look up info on the CEO of budgenius Angel Stanz. Found an interesting article...
http://cannabiswarrior.com/2011/04/28/not-such-a-bud-genius/
Not really sure what to make of it yet.
This is not the same company apparently. This is for BG Medical Devices... The supposed R/M is with BG Medical Technologies. Also, they are located in Illinois, we're R/M with a company from California.
Someone posted here earlier that there was $950,000 in revenue for the company and the listing of the CEO or whatever and his credentials, unfortunately it was for the wrong company. If you notice the address it says they are from Illinois. We are R/M with a company in California.
Get the "news"?? Dude the PR already came out. Quit writing things without knowing what you are talking about. This was a R/M, meaning RIGH is the public shell, that was used to bring the private company public.
So based on anyone's past experiences with R/M plays, will this stock continue to run up until the R/M is completed (later this month) and then settle at a PPS? Or does the big run up happen after the merger is completed and announced?
Congrats. Hopefully we all can make some great money here.
How about weGrow? I know they have been talking about going public, but not really sure when they intend to do so. They are located in California, and plan on moving to other states. They want to be the first Marijuana superstore. They were also featured on National Geographic's "Green Rush".
So lets say, that the R/M candidate is indeed Harborside Health Center like some people have assumed, where do you see the PPS? Apparently they rake in money, but owe $2.5 M in taxes.
Have you been in any R/M plays?
Do you think based off of the PR alone tomorrow (if it's a profitable company), we can go to pennyland? Or do we have to wait until the R/M is officially completed before we even sniff a penny?
