Goodfree called the company and he said the price was 1/2 the market price. Piecemaker called the company and he said it was 40% of the market Price. The formula to determine the price of the PPO's and the stipulations about PPO's is in their posts.
'now invest'.. The only suggestion I have, would be to buy the PPO shares at half price and then just hope for the best. Good Luck.
Do you also believe the CEO of GM and Lehman Brothers?
I am saying yes, and do you really think someone is shorting this stock outside the US? If you look at the graph of CYPW, shorting the stock would actually lose money.
The proof you asked for: Look at the dally volume of shares traded and then try and find a broker who will take an order to sell a Pink Sheet stock short.
your welcome!
'now invest'.. I think Harry is very naive if he thinks the price of this stock is due to some kind of manipulation. This is a pink sheet penny stock that has no revenue, no financing, and no products on the market. The only income is from PPO's which cause dilution of the present shares. That is the reason it trades at these prices.
Mark, I thank you for your honest and unbiased comments. I also agree with your sentiments about the present stage of development of the Cyclone products.
feinanddandy..If you look at the CYPW chart. It has not been a good investment to this point.

When did Revgine buy license for WHE? Proof please!
Revgine: Not mentioned in PR:

This is not true:
"now that Revgine has the prototypes in hand",
Where can you buy a product made by Advent or Revgine? Interesting: I looked everywhere.
Speculators could not keep the price of a stock down if there was any real progress in the company. IMHO
Cee-it. Please explain what happened?
Cyclone Power Technologies Signs Agreement to Expedite Development of Its Green Engine Technology
POMPANO BEACH, Fla., Sept. 4, 2007 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cyclone Power Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CYPW) announced today that it has entered into a Technology Development Agreement with TETRAD Energy Corporation, Inc.
Under the terms of the agreement, TETRAD shall provide assistance to Cyclone in the late-staged development of its Green Revolution Engine(tm), including securing the support of scientific experts, key governmental agencies, independent testing and data-verification facilities, and private equity financiers. For its services, TETRAD has been granted a license option, which if exercised, will allow it to manufacture home and commercial generators up to 15kw in size using Cyclone's external combustion, heat-regenerative engine technology.
"We are excited to be working with TETRAD in the late-stage development of our technology," stated Harry Schoell, Cyclone's CEO and inventor of the technology. "I believe that TETRAD's expertise will provide great value to our progress."
TETRAD's President and CEO, Carmella Angus, has over 25 years experience in all phases of product development and has been a key strategist in the late-phase development and market launch of several successful products including one pharmaceutical product with global revenues exceeding $12 billion. TETRAD's CTO, Martin Dudziak PhD, has worked for over 20 years in both basic and applied R&D within physics and engineering fields, including the design and delivery of alternative and conventional energy-based systems for military, medical, security and emergency applications.
"In my assessment," stated Dr. Dudziak, "the Cyclone technology is one of the most practical solutions for energy sustainability and renewability for a society so intensively based upon powered vehicles for transportation and travel. It is very practical for the world of 2008 and beyond and is adaptable to the emergence of new fuel types."
About Cyclone. Cyclone holds the U.S. patent, international patent applications, and exclusive commercial rights to the Green Revolution Engine(tm), an environmentally-friendly and highly-efficient external combustion, heat-regenerative engine. Developed by Cyclone's President and CEO, Harry Schoell, the Green Revolution Engine regenerates (or recycles) its heat, which allows it to run cleaner, cooler and more efficiently than traditional internal combustion engines. It is capable of running on any liquid or gaseous fuel, including ethanol and propane, and is lubricated with water instead of motor oil. By eliminating many subsystems like oil pumps, radiators, catalytic converters and fuel injectors, Cyclone's Green Revolution Engine costs less to manufacture, operate and maintain; however, it is highly scalable and sufficiently powerful for applications ranging from lawn equipment and small home generators, large stand alone generators, to cars, trucks, buses, RV's, boats and ships, as well as earth moving equipment and locomotives.

Mark, Welcome to I-hub. I will attempt to answer your question although I am not sure what you mean by uncertain terms.
1. There have been no independent tests done on any product nor has there been a running prototype of a product demonstrated.
2. The apparent failure of any license agreements to develop any productive products.
3. The cyclone engine is being presented as a complete (running/ engine/system); there is nothing shown but mock-ups of products.
4. I believe the Cyclone engine is still on the drawing board and should be presented as such.
5. In my judgement, the fact that a fuel burning steam engine is the right technology for these times is a "rational skepticism."
Mark, as an investor I would say the best answer to your question would be #4
Cyclone comes out with a PR and then you never hear another word. We all remember Raytheon,Advent and Revigne. Who remembers TETRAD?

feinanddandy,,Revigne, did not agree to develope anything. Cyclone agreed to deliver a prototype and Cyclone failed to deliver it.
I believe Revgine exists as a web-site only, until or if ever someone can show otherwise.
Piecemaker or anyone, Please answer this question Why didn't this happen.
Initial test units are expected to be delivered later this year,

POMPANO BEACH, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--May 29, 2008 -- Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (Other OTC:CYPW.PK - News) announced today that MEO Products Ltd, a defense industry supplier based in London, has entered into an exclusive marketing agreement with Advent Power Systems (APS), a Cyclone licensee in the field of military applications for the Cyclone Engine technology.
In connection with this alliance, Cyclone has received a purchase order from APS for an undisclosed quantity of a man-portable 80W power units with a design target weight of less than 3 lbs. Initial test units are expected to be delivered later this year, and will be capable of running on a variety of fuels or fuel combinations with anticipated NOX emissions levels under 1%.
"The Cyclone Engine offers a number of breakthroughs as a clean burning engine using multi-fuels," stated David Verden, President of MEO. "Applications for this engine cover across-the-board defense industry requirements, however, we see early demand in the fields of man-portable power supplies."
"We believe that Cyclone's compact, lightweight and multi-fuel engine technology can be of great use for troops in the field, especially in this day and age when the war on terrorism requires our allied soldiers to be quick, agile and resourceful," noted Dr. Phil Myers, President of APS.
Added Harry Schoell, CEO of Cyclone, "We are pleased to be working with MEO and APS in connection with military applications in the UK. Our technology fits perfectly with the requirements of defense and homeland security. We see many other applications developing in the foreseeable future."

Piecemaker..What do you want for proof??? What proof do you offer??
Piecemaker,Feinanddandy ..This is a highly speculative and risky place to invest. Investors would be wise to only invest what they are willing to lose.
This was a great year for Cyclone.
1. Not one word from Raytheon.
2. Not one word from Advent.
3. Not one word from Revgine
4. Not one working product to demonstrate.
5. Stock price went nowhere.
6. I-hub moderator quit.
7. We discovered that we are looking at mock-ups.
8. ETC,ETC,ETC
9. Happy New Year
'feinanddandy..How can I answer somthing that I never said. Where did you find that information?
Piecemaker..You asked for proof of Harry stating publicly that he needs financing. I gave you proof you have no comment.
You ask for proof that Cyclone is selling PPO's to Non accredited investors. I gave you proof you have no comment.
You ask for proof of Cyclone selling PPO's at 1/2 market price. I gave you the post that confirms my statement.
You now ask why I am posting. It would be off topic therefor I have no comment.
This is one of the cheep simple parts of the Cyclone engine.

goodfree..I did my DD on Advent and found it to be a web-site only, run by a 72 year old in a condo in Pompano Beach Florida. He has nice web-site that is it. Good luck with Revgine .

goodfree, Please let us know if you can find a product made by Revgine.
Have you noticed you have not heard one word from Revgine in over a year?
feinanddandy..I am not wrong , you have no proof.
The difference is the cars at the car shows are not mock-ups, they have the capability of running. What you see at Cyclone trade shows are things made to look like they can run. People are not told they are only mock-ups.
example: This does not run.
Frazdog..If it worked well enough, Cyclone could and would show it working, attached to existing things such as generators or lawn mowers. They don't have to engineer the generator or lawn mower. The fact that they can't show a complete working product, and they make mock-ups that don't work, is just further evidence of what they don't have. Not of what they do have.JMHO
Here is your Proof. Harry is speaking. He states we are always looking for funding and he speaks about 5 million $$$ in PPO's. This is ABSOLUTE PROOF of what I have said.

I will save you some time it takes 35.51 minutes until he speaks about needing financing.
You cannot show proof of a working product, all you can find are mock-ups that don't run.
Harry, The CEO has stated publicly that he always needs financing. CYPW has no money coming into the company, other than PPO's. If Cyclone ever received financing it would be a major Press Release. I do not believe what a Pink sheet company says, I believe what they can show and prove. This company does not even have one completed product to demonstrate. NOT ONE!!
I do not agree with your statement.
"The company uses this offering very sparingly and very few people qualify to take advantage of it."
If they don't sell their PPO's. How are they getting money to keep the lights on, and pay for material, pay for trade shows, pay for mock-ups, pay for Press Releases, pay the great engineers they have working for them, pay the Board of Directors (LOL),ETC,ETC,ETC..
It is important!!!!
Piecemaker: The chart does not show a long enough time frame and has to many colors that hide the true trend of the stock. JMHO
Piecemaker: Do you agree buy your calculation PPO's would now be selling for $0.0876?
By my calculation the Price of PPO's is now $0.073
Better chart, IMHO... viel besser...
That is interesting . Did you ask them since no one want's to buy their PPO's. How are they getting money to keep the lights on pay for material, pay for trade shows, pay for mock-ups, pay for Press Releases, pay the great engineers they have working for them, ETC,ETC,ETC.
Pay Board of Directors LOL
