Thanks for clearing that up with a direct reply from the FDA. I knew there was a justified reason for the NDAs and not dempostrating the prodict, but like others, I would like to have seen it for myself. Your letter means that there is no proof either way and only those at IMGG or who have signed a NDA know for sure.
So until there is proof, everyone here must go on as either a beliver or a non believer based on no facts. So for those who say the device does not work, just wait and see. When you can prove it does not work as advertised by legitimate proof, then post your proof, but until then, be a slient non believer as we already know everyone's opinions.
KF, I understand what you mean. I was just going to ask general questions about the relationship and what MWE was hired to do. I understand they can't provide details and that is OK. I'm just trying to get an answer directly from them.
I'm already on it. I called and left a message for Jim Cohen. Hope to find out more soon. I will keep everyone posted.
You only said the FDA is after Dean. What about the CIA, DIA, AAA, AARP, EPA, ACU, NAACP and many more. I think they are all in line to get a piece of Deano the penny stock/carnival barker/huckster/lyer.
At least we have MWE. It will be resubmitted to the FDA and it will be done right this time.
Could the DViS be ready to make its move?
EJB, I agree, "all the crap thats listed has probably been resolved and laid to rest a long time ago."
So, we keep hearing the same information over and over again. Lets move on to something new. Can we all agree that the NSE letter actually sums up all the previous AI letters?

"lets all leave our jobs"??? Thats not what I said, I believe this is the paragraph you are referring to in my exact words:
"As far as the next "fictional" conference call, maybe those who complain can be on one and ask the questions you have been posting here. You really should have represented yourself on the last CC or at the shareholders meeting rather than trash this without proof."
It was a toll free call, it only costs your time. You don't have to leave your family or travel across country to attend a conference call. I didn't think my post was worded in such a way as to imply that the only way to ask your questions was to fly to Dean and ask him in person.

EJB, "Deano is NOT capable of completing a 510K on his own. In fact as I said previously I don't even think he's of CEO caliber"
Wow, you summed up what I have been trying to say all along. The errors in the 510K process are laughable. For an engineer to try to submit the request so many times on his own is crazy. Now that we have the professionals handling this task, there is a good chance it will make it through this time.
Good luck to Dean Janes "the penny stock CEO and carnival barker" and all the rest of us. For those that mock all this, your lack of proof is laughable.....
As far as the next "fictional" conference call, maybe those who complain can be on one and ask the questions you have been posting here. You really should have represented yourself on the last CC or at the shareholders meeting rather than trash this without proof.

The voices of reason have surfaced.... Thanks for the comments Polk and P4P. I am still hoping for the best, but can't be sure yet. I am holding on to my shares with a paper loss at this point.
I believe the DViS has so much potential and the recent statements by the two of you and some others make me feel a little better about this "penny stock CEO" (yeah, he is a "penny stock CEO" - for now until the price explodes) LOL.
The moment of truth is approaching and since we have professionals to do the submission, I have a better feeling about the success this time. Like I said, I do not believe the statements such as "there is no working device" unless they are backed by proof which is yet to be given.
Yes, mistakes were made, but since those that have seen the device signed a NDS and those who don't believe in it only speculate as to its existance, I have no reason to doubt that this could end on a positive note. If someone has proof that the device does not work, please show it.

Common Sense, its not so common these days.
Yes its true that Dean should not have been posting about IMGG business on Facebook. This is why he defriended anyone that he does not really know. This is just plain old common senes. That also takes away some of the "Noise" so he can focus more on running the company.
The removal of people Mr. Jane's Facebook IS NOT a sign things aren't so positive within the company. On the cotrary, it is a sign that he is starting to make better decisions. We can't tell of course if that was his idea or the legal council. Any proof here or just an opinion?
There are no facts to support the statement "The SEC forced Janes to remove the page from Facebook". Show us the facts AT (or anyone else) or state it as an opinion.
"book smart" but "street stupid" - Yes, I believe he is guilty as charged here. Of course it is an opinion, but I'm sure many here agree with us on that one. From what I can determine, Dean is a smart man. Some of the smartest people I know don't have much common sense. They are good at what they do, but once you take them out of their area of expertise, they are lost. The legal council will help him out here.
So, for whatever you post on this forum, please tell us whether it is a fact (include evidence) or just your opinion. There are too many expressing their opinions and stating they are facts without including proof. Give us proof!

Martin, I agree that sometimes you take your lumps, but if you get caught in the middle of a surge, you can just as easliy be knocked down by the fall as you could make it big. As others have said, you should protect yourself with stops and only gamble with money you can afford to loose.
I too have lost some money, but I am hanging on hoping for the best at this point. I bought more on the way down and my cost average is not too bad, but I have taken some big lumps too. I don't like loosing money either, but it is part of the gambling game they call the stock market. If you want your money to be safe, buy a CD.
No, IMGG is not a sure thing, but its not dead either. You hear both sides of the story on this board, but many posts can not be followed up by facts when others ask. Some people post like they have nothing else to do all day and nobody can figure out what their interest in the board is and they won't say when asked.
Like some others I believe Dean is a smart man but lacks the skills to submit the device properly. Yes, I think we can all agree he made some big mistakes. I believe the next submission has a better chance of making it through since he now has professionals submitting for him. Of course the hopes of IMGG rest on the device being legit which nobody on this board can prove wither way. I believe if the device is legit, it is not being shown due to some sort of legal issue or because it can't be shown to protect the device prior to approval.
Its anyone's call at this point. Enough with the name calling of this penny stock CEO. Stop rehashing old messages and lets hear some new facts at this point.
Keeping it real.

Dr. P, "innocent until proven guilty?" Not everyone believes in this concept. I agree with you. There have been a lot of accusations, but little proof has been supplied by the accusers. The guilt or innocense of a person will indeed be played out in a court of law if necessary. I think there are some people that know more but can't say due to NDA or other reasons. This will play out, but the White Noise is getting quite annoying.
Stay tuned. You'll shortly see a resubmission as a 510K.
Long and Strong!
This is my only post allowed for the day, See you all tomorrow!

Imagine that, "the clearance process has become so slow and unreliable that device makers are moving to Europe and taking jobs with them." An inefficient, slow, unreliable government agency, not in the US LOL....
Thanks for the link, KF!

other than the 600k shares this morning, the volume has been low. Was that a single dump? It looks like that took the price down and it came right back up soon after. Why can't anyone get their orders filled to buy more? Mine took a few hours to fill at .151 on Monday or Tuesday (I forget which).
It seems that people are complaining they cant buy the stock. Is nobody willing to sell their shares now? By all the talk here, I would think people are running for the doors, but the recent posts tell another story. What gives?
I wonder who is right and who is wrong. I suppose we may find out soon. Is Dean a liar, from what I have seen, yes. Does he have a revolutionary product that could send IMGG stock soaring, as a stock holder, I hope so.
There is new activity on Dean's FB page, but he is not saying much.
To the posting saying "Investors Hub Sued in $400 Million Dollar Libel Case brought by Attorney Kenneth Eade Attorney Kenneth Eade sues Investorshub.com, Inc. for libel in federal..." Dean replied "What a shocker..."
This was also posted regarding the Dean Janes Litigation page: "looks like the FB page was pulled down. i read them beforehand and nothing unusual. MWE will take this home."
Now that Dean has professional help to get the submission done (right this time) and I hear from others such as Dr. Polk who have done their DD I feel good about this.
Yes, I'm feeling good about IMGG, so I bought more at .151. No, I won't put all my eggs in one basket, but the risk VS reward seems to be in favor of the shareholders.
Buying at this point lowers my break even and the potential upside looks good.
What is all the volume is about today? It looks like someone jumped in with about 250k shares early in the day. Perhaps a new investor or an institution looking to pick up at a low price and hoping the risk vs reward will come out in their favor. I'm sure it is pocket change to them.
I don't understand all the technical information from the charts, like you guys do, but it seems like good information. I guess I will learn that as I go along.
Homer!
You're right, Phil. We will probably not see a demo of the DViS until it is approved by the FDA. Dean will probably not respond to your post, but it does get people to talk on his Facebook and maybe someone that knows something will post some ultra top super secret information. A lot of people are saying that we should know something soon (good or bad is anyone's guess).
hopefully they are hard at work in the lab getting the images ready for the resubmission. Until then, the stock is flat and showing low volume, so its not really a time to buy or sell now.
IMGG 6$+
Way to go Phil, That is a good post and put together so he shouldn't kick you off his friends list for your concerns. I wonder how often he checks his facebook and how long it will take him to respond to you.
Is there anywhere to get the minutes of the shareholder meeting or a recorded session? I'm sure all on this board would be interested.
Good luck trying to "bring this Board back to honest, respectful discussion"
OK, we'll assume you really are an Aerospace engineer for now. What qualifies an Aerospace engineer in the medical imaging device field and FDA matters?
I agree. I see a lot of statements made by people that would require a certain level of expertise. When making a statement of technical or business nature that implies some sort of experience or expertise, please indicate how you are qualified to make such a statement.
I never said "DVIS works as advertised". Check my posts.
I believe it could work and you believe it doesn't. We have to agree to disagree until their is proof one way or the other.
You said "when will we find out that MWE has terminated the relationship?" more allegations without proof, don't you think? How about we stick to the facts and stop throwing random What If's in the forum?
I couldn't tell you personally since I wasn't at the meeting, but DonKeyhoti was at the meeting and I believe he was satisfied with the outcome and all his questions were answered.
Thanks D36 for reminding people that they did have a chance to go to the shareholders meeting and ask questions. I think it is just easier to pound on the keyboard all day long.
I'm glad someone on this board is listening.
DonKeyhoti took the time to attend the shareholders meeting and vibetech1 actually read the post. Did anyone else read the post? How many of you went to the meeting?
AT, It seems to me that many of those that he "conned into investing in a scam" made out pretty well.
"1000 of his closets most intimate friends?" Not really. It seems anyone who has a Facebook account can be a "Friend" of Dean. I friended him after I bought into the stock and he accepted no questions asked. You too can be a freind of Dean! Its just not anonymous on Facebook like it is here.
Sano, How was the shareholder's meeting? Did you meet Dean face to face and ask him your questions? How did that work out for you?
Dean: "They all could have showed up to the shareholder meeting, but did any of them?"...... Anonymous Cowards!!
This is one of Dean's responses on Facebook. He is still alive and kicking!
Yesterday's quote is below:
---------------------------
You buy into the bashers and seem to feed off it. For me its a constant noise, especially when I try to ignore them and hear it from people like yourself. The funny thing is I'm n...ot trying to fool anyone, they are fooling themselves. I own a very large amount of shares in the company. This project has taken a significant amount of my life, ruined a marriage, why on earth would I want it to fail. It's a line in an 8K today, tomorrow it will be whatever those fools who bash me think up to complain about. Is it real, is it fake, why can't we see images, are we there yet, sound familiar? I guarantee when we get FDA approval, when we start selling, they will still find something to complain about! Ultimately the choice is yours, believe what you want, keep or sell your stock, just do so with dignity and grace. My job is to get us to the finish line, leadership is doing what is best for the company and its shareholders whether they know it or not. My hands are tied, I cannot expose these bashers lies nor combat their bs. They all could have showed up to the shareholder meeting, but did any of them? I have never dodged a question from a CC or shareholder meeting, so where were they? Anonymous Cowards!!
Thats funny, "put it all on black".... Not sure what you are referring to, but there are plenty including those who are not big fans of Dean that think this is a good investment that is worth the risk.
Like I said, this is in the hands of professionals now. The only question is does the DViS work as advertised. Time will tell.
DM - You rest your case with opinions and not facts. the fact is Dean did not submit correctly, he is not an expert at submitting. We now have experts in place. Your opinions should not be expressed as facts. The fact is nobody on this board knows these specific facts. We must wait for the experts to complete the submission and the FDA's response.
"a reputable legal firm on board" With expertise and experience submitting to the FDA. They know more about the process than Dean does and if the device can be approved, they have a better chance of getting it through.
The prior problem is that Dean did not submit properly. He is not an expert as submitting to the FDA. He wasted a lot of time submitting improperly and now that he has some professionals on the task, the next submittal will show if there is the necessary proof for the FDA to push this thing through.
Now that Dean is not doing the submittals himself, we are likely to see it done right.
Mugsey, what facts do you have to back up your postings? INO is not a fact. You are spreading your speculations i.e. there is no working device, let's hear some hard facts.
Yes, it will be a "Good Day" when the DViS is approved!
Nobody is asking the tough questions on Facebook. Supporters are there telling him what a good job he is doing and wondering how he manages all the stress. Go Dean! We're behind you Dean, Rah Rah, etc.
I remember Phil Packer! Lets get Dean to show the product and show us how it does (or doesn't) work.
