You don't get to be a COO of a company as a pessimist You know....
It's kind of crazy how all these vape pens kind of look alike...you know kind of like pens....lol
There are different theories by linguists as to the use of fillers. Nervousness is one of the most common explanations. Last year Piers Morgan interviewed Harvey Weinstein on CNN and he used the term "you know" 84 times. This is a link to the transcript. http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1401/17/pmt.01.html
Great interview and I think Mark did a great job. Definitely looking forward to upcoming PR's as hinted about.
"Linguists call interjections like “you know” and “like” and “um” and “I mean” and a multitude of others “filler” or “discourse particles” – that is, an unconscious device that serves as a pause in the middle of a sentence as the speaker gathers his or her thoughts but wants to maintain the listener’s attention."

This guy Eric is asking some good questions.
"We want to be on the big boards, we want to go big and we want to be the Intel of marijuana." Mark Linkhorst
They have not really discussed the EM-J yet??
"Stay tuned and hang on to your pants!!" Mark Linkhorst when asked about upcoming PR's $$$ MCIG $$$
Interesting that Vita Inc. is considering marketing products with nicotine.
Well Liqcig is still on the project board but they are proceeding carefully to make sure the regulatory agencies will be on board and LiqCig, if it does come to market will be a Vita Inc. product.
Google stealth vaporizer or stealth vape and you will find many companies offering a stealth vape device. You can't trademark a common dictionary term!
I submitted some questions about the status of the Liqcig and the trademark and Eric indicated he would use them so we will see.
I was just thinking that...I submitted some questions to Eric and he emailed me back and said he would use them in the interview but I forgot to ask about Paul's elusive nature.
"Mike Snody devices are going to be game changers" Mark Linkhorst
"We are really working on bumping things up a lot this year based on last years learning curve" Mark Linkhort , COO MCIG
It's MCIGS COO and yes he has a medical MJ card as do millions of other Americans.
Yeah it's like a morning radio talk show cutting up and goofing off a bit but they will get to the meat of the matter soon enough.
The term "stealth" is common and can not be trademarked. Just because a competitor calls a product "stealth" is not grounds for litigation. Numerous companies have vaping products called "stealth" Google stealth vaporizer or stealth vape.

Thank you....I sent along few questions that hopefully get asked.
I agree!
I do think that best buying opportunities for big rewards is right now for VTCQ as once it starts trading on the OTCQB and PR's start flying these prices are going to look ridiculously cheap . This is as close to a ground floor opportunity you could possibly get for being in before the herd. It's almost like you are buying on "inside" information imo. Additionally any boost in the VTCQ SP can only benefit MCIG also $$$ MCIG/VTCQ $$$
I agree... but I think it is prudent for Vita Inc. to hold back on the PR's until they get off the greys. The benefit realized while on the greys would be minimal and short lived. Most new investors won't touch it where it is right now imo. Too much stigma associated with the grey market.
Yep ...that was a nice plug for the EM-J and MCIG.
I agree with that...The generics should be considered the bread and butter not bread crumbs. I think that NH was downplaying the generics to show investors that his real focus is ART FDA approval and he won't be content until he makes that happen. In reality I am certain he is grateful for the revenue stream from the generics but your point is well taken.
Indeed...that video was impressive also...I just wish I could understand it but the Korean chick is pretty hot so it kept me entertained!
Thank you for the response.....I agree that the ART is where the big money will be. I was just digging for info on isradipine and had some questions that you answered quite well. However, you stated that isradipine is already being prescribed "off-label" by some doctors for parks. If early news of positive results from the U of R study got published as drugdoctor speculated could happen that would probably increase the frequency of "off-label" prescriptions of iradipine and thereby be a boost in revenues for ELTP? I guess my point is that Elite seems to have made a wise decision to acquire this product from Mikah that has increasing future potential revenue wise.
I have a some questions about Elite's Isradipine. In the PR they stated that there is a single generic product marketed in the U.S for immediate release Isradipine 2.5 mg and 5.0 mg capsules. What other company manufactures and markets the generic referred to in the PR? Is there a limit to how many Companies can be licensed to produce generic Isradipine in 2.5 and 5 mg immediate release capsules? Another thing... I see that the University of Rochester in conjunction with the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) and the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research is conducting a Ph 3 trial titled "Phase 3 Double-blind Placebo-controlled Parallel Group Study of Isradipine as a Disease Modifying Agent in Subjects With Early Parkinson Disease". The purpose of the study is to determine whether treatment with isradipine is effective in slowing the progression of Parkinson disease disability. I know it is a 36 month study but if they were to show dramatic positive results early on could that possibly move up the time frame for Israpidine FDA approval for early Parkinsons treatment? Considering this would that approval make Elite's investment in Isradipine much more valuable considering 450,000 new case of Parkinsons diagnosed each year?

I am still seeing them at $5....They are actually only $4.50 if you buy the 10 or 20 piece multipacks.

I think we saw some if not a lot of that already last year . I am pretty certain some of the "Ambassadors" if not all were dumping their shares as soon as they could to get the cash. I think Bam is one of them and probably Jonathan also as you don't hear anything from them anymore promoting Vitacig. I don't think their shares were restricted and they probably were not incentive based. Considering this I think that most of their downward pressure on the PPS has already been realized and absorbed. I do think that the shares given to Vapolution were restricted however and may have to be returned if vapolution decides to exercise their option to back out of the deal.
According to the S-1 prospectus mCig owned all of the Registrant’s 500,135,000 common shares issued and outstanding before distributing 270,135,000 shares of VitaCig common stock to mCig shareholders. There are 560,000,000 total authorized shares of VTCQ.

I wanted to address one more aspect to your post regarding your inference of dilution by pointing out a few facts. Originally, according to SEC filings Paul owned 51% of the OS but in one of the most recent filings his holdings were stated to be 47% which is in line with the contractual agreements/exchanges he has entered into by using his shares to compensate consultants , ambassadors or were used for acquisitions ie: Vapolution, as opposed to registering more shares and raising the OS. If using those 4% of his own shares to grow the company is considered dilution to you and I think pitadog also feels that way, then so be it but it does not stand up to scrutiny by definition. The facts that MCIG are not firing up the printing presses thereby increasing the OS and are not resorting to toxic financing to pay their bills and line their pockets are primary differences between MCIG and most other OTC companies. These shareholder friendly principals are significant reasons why MCIG will get, keep and reward loyal patient shareholders, and yes even the ones still holding from the highs of last year. Ultimately these loyal shareholders; past, present and future will be tantamount to MCIG being a very respected successful publicly traded Conglomerate. $$$ MCIG $$$
Show me a stock , any stock that doesn't have winners and losers. Not everyone is brilliant and buys low and sells high. If there were no buyers at the peak there would be no winners who bought low. It is pretty common sense stuff yet you think that only MCIG has had this problem. Look at every other MJ sector stock that hit a peak last Spring and spiraled down the rest of the year some much worse than MCIG. You only lose when you sell and if some folks who bought high decided to sell at a loss for tax reasons then that is their decision to lose. I believe the ones still holding shares at higher prices will be rewarded in the future. Btw did you grab some shares when it hit a dime in December??? It seems like it would have been a smart thing to do! $$$ MCIG $$$
The OS has been 270 million since the reverse merger with lifetech. Simple math and logic reveal your theory of the imaginary 125 million shares to be false. Never once have you ever shown any facts supporting the 125M mystery unregistered shares that you have been adamant about existing since the RM. Previously you were telling us that former Lifetech insider Wang had the fantasy 125 M shares and now you are telling us Paul had them all along and diluted the OS by 125m shares without any filings, without registering them and without raising the OS by a single share. All of the filings and all of the PR's disprove your theory. Selling unregistered shares is a felony btw. Additionally if someone could actually fool everyone and dump 125 million unregistered shares into the float unbeknownst to the SEC through regulatory filings where are the revenues from those sales??? 125 million shares at a dime is $12.5 million and at 90 cents is $112.5 million. If we were to buy into your theory and agreed to average out the revenues received from such an incredible money grabbing scheme then where is the $50 million?? It is not in the revenues and it is no where to be found in any filings with the SEC. $50 million is a lot of money to hide from so many watchful eyes including the IRS. So considering all the above either Paul is the most brilliant felonious magician at laundering unregistered shares in such a way as to be oblivious to the SEC, MM's , shareholders and the IRS and hiding 10's of millions of dollars or you my friend are 100% unequivocally WRONG!!!! I choose the latter and I think most every other logical person will also.
Vitacig did apply for the LiqCig trademark but it has not been granted yet. There is currently a suspension on the LiqCig application as the USPTO sees a conflict with an earlier trademark registration application for "Liquicig". This is from the Liquicig application "Status: Notice of Allowance (NOA) sent (issued) to the applicant. Applicant must file a Statement of Use or Extension Request within six months of the NOA issuance date. Status Date: Sep. 02, 2014. (APPLICANT) Zilba, Jeffrey C. INDIVIDUAL UNITED STATES Suite 1645 1 Seagate Toledo OHIO 43604 .
The applicant for Liquicig has until March 2nd 2015 to file a statement of use or extension request. If they do neither Vitacig will be granted the trademark subject to publication which would add another 3 to 6 months for it to be official.Stay tuned!!
The wheels turn slowly at the USPTO just like any other US federal Agency.
LiqCig trademark status: An Office action suspending further action on the application has been sent (issued) to the applicant. To view all documents in this file, click on the Trademark Document Retrieval link at the top of this page.
Status Date: Jul. 07, 2014
Enter either liquicig or liqcig as the search term and then click on TSDR on the results page.

Seems like an ideal situation for a company that is introducing a new line of extraction equipment.

Yeah you won't get the 4's....that's the MM's snagging those and flipping em at a nickle......You could try to middle it at .045 as I saw some trades go down there..Kind of a crazy spread on Vita...they definitely need to get off the greys as soon as possible....
