With the delay of updates from Bayport, it is nice to be reminded of the things that are on the table.
You have a report, that you bought, that clearly says the wells were capped in 2003? I would love to see that.
Great that you remember that....that means that he is not the CEO....BINGO!!!! Thanks for the confirmation.
It appears that Bloomberg is out of date. You might want to tell them. I remember reading a post a few days ago that said he retired in 2012.
Time will certainly tell....won't it?
Why mention Louis when he is not with Bayport as CEO....and has not been for years?
Gosh darn it, maybe now I can understand why they have not mentioned their mining division. If they were scamming they would be mentioning it. Don't ya think?
Maybe because it did not exist. Bayport is on the verge of some very important announcements.
The shares you are referring were issued in 2014 as unrestricted. The only shares that can be converted this year are those 12M.
Wonder who is buying here. Is someone banking on this price turning around with impending updates from Bayport?
I suggest that one needs to read the Qs and Ks, as this is a good place to determine what assets the company has. If one does not want to believe those documents, they can just go on their perceptions.....whether they be right or wrong.
How is over 1M shares being bid, the sellers????????
You are correct that we will agree to disagree. I still maintain that having these assets will not cost future dollars to be spent, but hold the opportunity to produce some some revenue. There is nothing wrong with that.
Large accumulation going on in anticipation of the company updates.
Glad we finally agree....there is no cost to maintain and wait for the market to make them profitable.
Bullshit...From what is posted in the financials, the only shares that can be converted to tradeable this year, are the 12M restricted that were issued in October of 2014.
Although I can understand your perspective on this, I strongly disagree with your conclusions. That is what makes winners and losers in the market.
As we can see, there is no expense cost to Bayport to keep these properties on the back burner.
The way Bayport's portfolio is structured, there is very little problem, as we do not pay for anything, but reap in profits when the market turns. NO ONGOING EXPENSE....But also NO REVENUE.
You are correct.....and with only $1,000 with the ability to clear out the ask, we should be on our way with company news of the audit or added acquisitions.
Thanks for finding the confirmation that Louis Porter is not longer the CEO of Bayport, as he retired as of December 2011.
This is wonderful. When so much stuff is posted on meaningless dribble about a CEO from 6 -8 years ago, and nothing on people running the company today, it tells me that some are very concerned about what news is going to be announced this week. The shorts want out before that happens, and since nothing can be said about the company, they find anything they can to drive the price down...VERY POSITIVE FOR ME.
With the various resources that you have it might make sense to check the ages of these two names before posting this bullshit.
I never remember seeing anything going into salary or assets going to Jim or Clay....can you point me to anything that would show that to me.
We have gone through this many times already...His name (Louis Porter) does not have any relationship with Bayport. So, what you are saying is inflammatory and bullshit.
Yes, Louis Porter is James' father, and he retired as CEO many years ago. Is that a strange occurrence? I do not think so. I remember talking to him many times, as he answered the phone when I would call about what was going on with Bayport.
I don't remember when I bought my shares, but I am sure one of my posts will tell whoever is interested. I do know that my average price is about .005 if that helps. As to the 195M or so shares that were issued as restricted this year, it does not bother me as long as the company is using them for the right purpose.
OK, we have I believe come to an agreement that James L Porter has been the CEO of Bayport for a number of years. Louis Porter, a different person was CEO many years ago, and has nothing to do with Bayport today. Do I have that correct?
Actually it does matter. You seem to know they were issued to someone, and I would love to see that shared with the shareholders.
Proven wrong again....and not even worth a LMFAO. As we all know it to be incorrect.
How old is that statement? Where can it be found? What you say is years old, and have nothing to do with the Bayport we know.
Prove my point. I do not know how well you know the history of the company, but Louis Porter was CEO quite a few years ago. After he left, James Porter became CEO. So, the name you refer to is the current CEO James L Porter, not Louis....which is what I said. If one wants to confuse the public they can call someone by their middle name or some other name to make believe they are someone else.
I can do that when you tell me who got the shares that you say were issued.
Please cut and paste the page that lists his name. I doubt/know it can't be done.
I have looked and looked again at the recent Q and K....and I do not see the name Louis Porter anywhere. Please tell me which page I can find any reference to the name Louis. It does not exist as I can see. This is complete nonsense. Please explain why this made up allegation is being posted.
Wow, this is complete bullshit. Louis Porter is not connected with Bayport at all.
LMFAO... You are referring to James Louis Porter. Not Louis Porter. Louis has not been connected with Bayport for many years. What does this have to do with the current Bayport Corp.
Good perspective, all pink sheet stocks are in essence a lottery ticket. The idea is to pick one that has ethics, and hope for the best.
That is very old news. We are waiting for the audited financials, but they needed to publish the K when they did.
Values go up and down with knee jerk reactions to various things. However, I am in for the long haul, as I know that the company is real, and the CEO ethical.
