Is that's what happening? Where did you read that? Can you share a post?
I think they are getting back in now - up 28% from yesterday's low; volume is up nice. Sweet!
NICE uptick!
A little premature for that don't you think!
Nice post. I am not a member of this HTFBS, so I can't speak for what is being shared in it. I will offer a tip. If you are not familiar with the Bowser Report, you should check it out. It is great for the small investor. It has been around for 40 years. Many smallcap investors cut their teeth on this little monthly newsletter. I have done quite well on some of their recommendations, especially lately on LBMH.
Ozzy, and everyone else. Please keep it straight. You will not be voting for a reverse split. You will be voting to approve (yes or no) giving the directors the option of doing a reverse split. There may never be a split. Keep in mine without the approval as a tool, the company may be delayed in up listing. A NASDAQ listing would be the biggest catalyst on share price. Some are fearful this is a negative. My experience is - not under the right circumstances with the right company. Take a look at TCX.
To be fare, there is validcriticism. Mine is the fact that the uploader is not Mac compatible yet. My daughter is a freelance illustrator. She says, to her knowledge, most in the media business use Macs.
One thing we can all agree on is the volume sure has spiked the last three weeks. This will draw attention.
easy for a shorter to use such a sentiment and in this case supporting the downtrend. I agree! Why would someone who bought into this stock after doing their DD then turn around and try to run it down just because the "million dollar contracts" didn't come streaming in after one month. Shortsighted emotional traders. The product works, it is being promoted, there is demand, there is no competition, and the company is still rock solid with no debt.Things are progressing the way I expected them to.
Congratulations to you Phil on some nice cost averages.
Z don't you see a lot of these guys did sell. I went back and saw six publicly posted that they sold their shares or a good portion of their shares "except core holdings." Now they are unwittingly trying to bash the stock , the company, the product, the CEO etc to persuade sentiment on this board so they can buy back at a lower price. They are coming up with nonsense. Where the heck did SONY suing Destiny even come from. Thin air, that is where.
I emailed Steve regarding the naked short position and the reverse split. He informed me that the company knows what the short position is and that there may be an undeclared short position and they have talked to experts in the field regarding it. He reminded me the approval is not for a reverse split but to give the directors the option for a reverse split. This is a stool they need to allow them to meet the listing requirements for NASDAQ. He said regarding the short position, "whether there is or isn't(undeclared naked short), the best way to improve shareholder value is to succeed. Clipstream is a really valuable product with great customer demand.. That is what will ultimately drive the share price."
You are right. You can not have unrealistic expectations. He needs reasonable time to convert the customer demand into customer contracts. It will happen. I hope none of the sellers get an unexpected power outage, which happens frequently, just when the announcement comes out and they miss the big jump in price and then have to chase the rising star.

The only downside, drawback to this stock is the stinking short interest. This would be well north of $3.00 if it weren't so heavily shorted.
but he also stated that Clipstream could be an add-on for the Sony product especially for the phone market. This is what he was alluding to several times - going after parterships with portal sites, hardware companies, resellers, ISPs.
He said Clipstream runs at 4 MPS and the average user is at 6 MPS
Justfactsmam - meanwhile remember this is the ONLY format that requires no cross-platforming. No competition; numerous parterships in the works including possibly SONY; getting on the NASDAQ!!!!!!!
He stated that 960 is the highest resolution most users get today. no limit for Clipstream - can do 4K
Good cc with positive news - Revenue up 7%; European patent soon; NASDAQ listing will not hurt the stock ("may see some emotional investors sell"); partnerships in the works; MPE at the minium; Clipstream is bug free; Steve travels tomorrow for his third sales trip; no warrants; CEO "more excited and confident than ever"
I liked Steve's comment "I think some investors are underestimating the potential of this product"
No, at this rate of decline, I might as well wait for sub dollar.
What is up with the three big sales totaling over 200,000 shares?
PS - don't type without your glasses on.
Woner if this is the same Nick Roveta who is the Production manager for GoViral which was bought out bu AOL

Saved, thank you for the info. Learning about Kiewit is big. They are a very established and influential firm. I went to their website and there is a photo of their project - KEYSTONE OIL PIPELINE AND PUMP STATIONS - SEVERAL STATES:
http://www.kiewit.com/projects/oil-gas-chemical/midstream/keystone-oil-pipeline-and-pump-stations/
I then looked at the video again of the actual construction of the AOT provided by STWA on their website:
http://ir.stockpr.com/stwa/technology-reports/view/244/aot-video-overview
Stop the video at 00:43 and put the two images side by side. You can clearly see they are one and the same. Talk about collaborating their work. This should remove any doubt about the legitimacy of the press release "STWA signed a material contract with a $30 billion midstream oil pipeline operator (8-K on file) to integrate AOT™ technology into their flagship pipeline located in North America."
This is very exciting knowing we are getting in at the very beginning. I am with you as being more confident in my investment and in the bright future of STWA.
Okay. I'm looking for destressed companies, but ones with the possibility of pulling them selves up by the bootstrings. Sounds like this one is going to it's grave.
It is a sad commentary on the company when you go to their website and nothing has been updated since 2011

Saw your post
Thanks
Dollabillz711 - you didn't just go off topic did you? LAT*?
ImRyano - go to the SEC website and look up Release No. 66444. This will show you why you should never trust a penny stock that claims to offer dividends.
No sub-penny can offer a dividend - period!
Nice listing of their corporate releases. Notice that not one has anything to do with their core product or service which is: "focusing on providing music production services to independent musicians. It intends to offer remote post production services, including piece overdubbing, song writing, and exclusive editing; music production services, such as sound and board engineering, editing, producing, and pre mixing; on-site studio recording; live venue recording; co-songwriting; commercial work
I have never seen or heard of any DD that did not discuss the core reason why the business is in operation - its product. Please read every one of these gems that the newly announced moderator - Dollabillz711- posted for you and tell me if you see one mention of their product or service- music.
Help me get a word of caution to the shareholders on OLIE. I posted this message on their board and it was deleted:
"Warning - wow this reminds me of PGIE. That sub-penny stock offered a dividend and the SEC halted trading:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2012/34-66444.pdf
Please read the old posts on PGIE in iHub to learn a valuable lesson. Many shareholders (myself included) are looking at worthless shares purchased and worthless divvy shares on their position page from that sub-penny stock that tried to issue a dividend."
We here who lost a lot of money on sub-penny stocks offering bogus dividends need to protect other hype-blinded shareholders form doing the same.
Send them a post.
Thanks
Wow. 6000% gain!! I would definitely take some profit if I were you. Congratulations.
Gotta love those RedChip companies!
To fiancerino, Liquid 1974
"Just got off the phone with the CEO of OLIE!" - Really?
" Read the filings it's very clear" - ok just did.
My findings:
1. No website, no contact information, no staffing - "We have commenced only limited operations; therefore, we have no employees and do not anticipate having any employees during the first twelve months of operations. Our officers and Directors provide service to us on an as-needed basis, and we will be relying heavily on our Secretary and Director, Mr. Freed. When we commence full operations, we will need to hire full-time management and administrative support staff
2. Dilution " In July 2013, the Company changed the par value of its common stock from $.0001 to $.00001 and increased the number of common shares authorized from 200,000,000 to 3,000,000,000."
3 Reverse split - "On December 19, 2012 FINRA declared effective a Forty-for-One (40-for-1) forward split of our shares."
4. No revenue- "We have not shown any revenues or profits since our inception date."
5. No net income - " The Company sustained a loss of $310,221 and $401,352 for the three and nine months ended June 30, 2013. "
5. No customer service - "We believe that a good deal of our business will be post-production engineering. Post production will not require face to face meeting with the customers, but rather that the client, will provide us via “Dropbox” (or other such service) with their initial digitized recording(s) and we will handle the post production work remotely"

fiancerino - Maybe you reached him through LRDR as he is also CEO of this wonderful company.
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=LRDR
Just some facts to mix in with all the hype. Maybe it will follow NTEK, maybe not. More likely not as there is no product, no service being offered since 2010.
"We were incorporated on December 10, 2010. We currently have no agreements to produce or distribute music rights, nor any customers or revenues." "We are a development stage company that was incorporated on December 10, 2010. We have commenced only limited operations, primarily focused on researching potential suppliers of music production equipment for our intended business and the initial market for these services."
Just curious M335i, what drew your attention to this stock that early?
Can't trade on Scottrade- zero Bid, zero Ask. Who was able to trade 2000,000 shares?
Round 2 - Hope to see higher high and higher low after next pullback.
This board is dead, this stock is dead!
