Thanks my group has my cell phone buzzing for info.
Thanks for the info. RD
As far as the spinoff I'm just looking for the cash value not what's getting spun off for my group. I will leave that to you experts.
Do you think IronRidge is still behind SIAF as they held 9.9%
of 61 million or so and now less than 5% of 100 million shares.
Have you looked deeper into the filing? Can we pinpoint when they dropped below 5%?
I'm curious of the free float of Siaf shares and thought IRidge was
long gone.
Thanks Treit
Yes, the first spin will be CF1 I was just wondering if you had
a wag on a Fish Farm 1 spin dividend in the future, how does
it compare with Cattle Farm 1 in value?
Which value are you referring to?
Stock or asset?

I just looked around the globe.....what do you come up with?
Just adding up our share count
today from our group including Jan4
8,100,000
$4 NTA
When did I say that Viking?
Hey we're in OT in Denver....but no that's not us.
Our group remains in BUY mode in the United States and we continue to add newbies.
Most in the group use Fidelity Pension Services for monthly investing in SIAF.
We have roughly 140 investors including Jan4's group.
FYI...... the Jan4 group has not sold any SIAF holdings.
We are paying one dollar now for two dollars in earnings.
We will get a better idea of the 2013 earnings target from management in mid April.
Thanks to those who crunch the numbers here.
Best wishes in the New Year
Thanks Jericho

Chaoda Modern Agriculture has DH status
Anyone have an email address for Jan4?
A lasting impression of the tour.
Construction everywhere.
Our journey through Xining the two mile high city for 2 days revealed over 60 tower construction cranes atop high rises....unbelievable...I have never seen anything like it and never thought I would in this life time.
The whole country is "under construction" for that matter including the airports and highways.
We are in the right place at the right time.
Like Solomon says... Win/Win
Fish farm one (FF1) is huge Snow...I call it the Super Dome but actually it is 153 yards long.
It sits at 22 degrees north latitude the same as Havana, Cuba
Very hot and humid there.
I was with Sly for much of the tour so our notes are similar.
Solomon is a great guy just like Nisse said almost a year ago now. I have visited with the CEO's of BOA and Bell South in the past and Mr. lee is just the same. Solomon walked us back to our hotel after the Sunday meeting in his office on the 38th floor of Sunshine Plaza..... in a rainstorm.
Great guy...or Superman?
Leaving the tour via Hong Kong
Steely Dan
Gaucho
This is no one night stand ....it's a real occasion....close your eyes and you'll be there ....it's everything they said....the end of a perfect day....distant lights across the bay.
Warm regards from Enping
Heading over now Viking ...15 hours
