A woman is unconcious in a restaurant in seattle, washington...responders check her drivers license and see she is from red bluff, ca. access 911 in red bluff area to see if she has PHR on record..Bingo! Woman has diabetic, epilepsy, or any other myriad of causes for condition she is in and treatment can be applied accordingly! Yes..very simple and time saving for any responder looking for info to medical history...sure beats wondering where the current access phone number for internet access is in my opinion!..911 is the way to go for our PHR access numbers....Tif
I disagree, as 911 is controlled by the local sheriffs office and could easily be inputed into their computer bank...We will see, and hopefully MMRF's patented capabilitys on the PHR's disclosure to outside sources such as emergency responders would come into play...I just am not sure about that aspect tho!...Tif
As I type this I think of all the 911 calls being made right now and wish my PHR unique number was tied to my local 911 number because if it is ever utilized for any emergency for I or other members of my family then the responders would have access to that number and name given to them by 911 and have full knowledge of any particular ailment before they arrive at my house or anybodys house that has a PHR for that matter! Such an easy thing to do and would not compromise privacy as they could only access what you want them to see within your PHR. I think MMRF could promote this in the LA/world? area with the 911 facilitys and sure would be a good marketing ploy for PHR's I believe. I have no doubt and I am sure many on this board would agree that many lives would be saved with this beforehand capability for emergency responders!...Perhaps Bob Lorsch may consider talking to the right people and making it happen!...Thinking out of the box as usual...MMRF needs full 911 coverage/accessibility, not just an agreement with the small emergency responders they have currently....Tif (also sent this to BL)
The word fax I feel will be history in the future and the PHR with a number for electronic input from any source will always apply I believe, giving the PHR user full control of any input by deleting as unimportant for their PHR or putting the new info in their PHR whether a lockbox or open reading ... I think each individual having a PHR should have the unique identifying number we currently have and any "one only number" for input to a central clearing house for everybodys PHR would lead to a full security breakdown in my opinion! Our personel privacy is something we have always valued and will definately be more important in the future as insurance companys would love to have that info on every individual in the world which paid hackers would surly do for them. Having been involved in a monthly basis with all the VA facilitys in Northern Ca. I can say that they are 100% digital and faxing records is well out the door also so I do believe in a very short time we will see all paper gone much like cars replaced horses! The PHR I believe will be the last bastion for individuals to control and take some responsibility for their own health and I am sure that is where everything is going. Sure hope MMRF is there as this happens..we will see! MMR-PRO is also just a temporary solution for getting rid of paper until everything goes digital but some form of PHR will always be here in the future.....JMO..Tif

Yes! I really can see some optimism on the CEO's part as this is proof that he is privy to anticipated future revenue streams such as some very solid retail chains signed up for the pre-paid card! Of course we still have the bio's and that may culminate into something very positive and hopefully get some of the very large home security companys signed up...Tif

If the MMRF staff continues to go after the very large existing organizations with salespersons already in place then this company has a chance of success! Perhaps a few on this board remember in the many months past when I specifically mentioned all the home security systems and even listed many of them which I sent to MMRF's offices. I also mentioned the unions whose local business agents are the ones to be contacted as they are the key players in all the different contracts with the myriad of companys that any particular union negotiates with! I mentioned Avon which may seem mundane to many but other health companys have Avon selling their products and the door is wide open for MMRF to do so also if only they would put together a good plan to present to Avon with well over 1 million salespersons worldwide! We will know this year, I am sure, on how successful the pre-paid card is in the current drug chain and possibly more drug/retail chains in the future. Hope all goes well with this ploy but as the PHR is a hard sale anyhow I still believe that the "force fed" method of companys paying for and giving free to their employees is the way to go for the companys cost of health care and of course for the overall health of the employees and their family members! All MMRF needs to do is concentrate on the most cost effective method to sale PHR's and do not make the mistake of spending money on not well thought out business ploys...later..Tif

Force fed ploy sent to MMRF this A.M.; MMRF knows there are many phr's out there and MMRF's PHR is unique in that it has so many more patented features that other phr's are truly lacking in! I hope that whomever speaks at the conference tomorrow speaks on the specific items that MMRF's PHR emcompasses and speaks on how this is a total security blanket for all manner of items that people are concerned about protecting and dwelling heavily on up to 10 family members being enrolled also and having those 10 family members enrolled on site for any emergency life saving access by medical personnel! By the "Force Fed" comment, I hope all the corporations being addressed by the MMRF spokesmen on the importance of what a quality PHR does for their health concerns and attendence and the enthusiasm in which it will be received by a companys employees (free to them) encourages a sign up of a PHR for all employees or at least employees with earned good attendance! Many companys would be very interested in showing their employees a true concern for their health besides the important advantage of even improving attendence and lowering health costs through an employees own involvement in they and their familys health! Also Rapp, companys profits are affected on loss of manhours worked by employees abusing the sick leave the company has in place by taking off extra days! This new PHR benefit for employees can very well be tied to attendance which would provoke a 1 year paid PHR year after year with the incentive of even having full company contribution after retirement until demise of the individual! The business agent(s) in every Union Local are already in place waiting for such a positive cost savings opportunity to present during renegotiations or should I say negotiations on past, present, ongoing and of course future contracts with companys! This is a tremendous opportunity for the PHR. Of course also CEO's of any company could be approached directly as could the presidents of all the international unions both here in the U.S. and the world! We will see how MMRF responds! A 100 dollar investment is going to be the best investment any company can make for any individual employee and a small part of the approx. 3,000 plus dollars they spend yearly on each employees health care and will give them reallistic hope on bringing their health care costs down!..
Right there in the L.A. area are heads of local unions currently in negotiations with companys with wages and benefits being discussed!...Can you imagine the response of any company if a union bought to the negotiation table the theme "We believe this PHR benefit will help drive your health insurance costs down by providing employee awarness of their own family's health including their own". I do, and I hope MMRF management does too. All proceeds for retirements, benefits would be paid directly to that Unions Pension fund and MMRF would be paid their share based of course on Users signed up by the various companys thru arbitration agreements within the finalized union contracts.....I hope I have given you folks on the MMRF staff something to think about! My attitude and I am sure this entire boards attitude would change favorably if MMRF put out a PR stating the hiring of salespersons tied to a low salary but with the incentive of acquiring MMRF shares based on milestones set by the company on number of PHR users sold! I can very well picture setting my sales force up on hitting all the small/large assisted living facilitys owned by private partys and also corporations! I can very well picture approaching all the vets, chiropractors, lawyers, x-ray labs, foot doctors, all manner of medical specialty pratices!...Those salesperson would be bitting at the bit thinking that they could very well end up millionaires by selling the _hit out of this companys PHR's and raising the pps and becoming rich doing it!...Yes I can imagine..but for naught! I rattle and shake Bob Lorsch's cage hoping he will do something constructive other then fluff PR's with not even the size of companys which he has proclaimed as "currently generating revenues" such as the 15 bed assisted living facility that recently got ALL of her clients/patients signed up! Good job Bob and you might hold a neighborhood barbeque at your rented townhouse and sign up even more as one of our I-Hub members did recently! I also believe that the Horse ploy went south due to a CEO that acts like the south end of a horse heading north..I should know, as I have read and heard his confused thinking too many times! I take issue also with "administrative costs" which are not completely broken down on where the actual revenues that MMRF actually received were spent on!..I see a glimmer of "follow the money" on a path to the RHL group! I really believe that Bob Lorsch was/is recycling the meager revenue of MMRF into this so called "line of credit" and now that has been replaced with this new "invester friendly financing! Bob Lorsch does not have near the personal money that he has led us to believe in the company! I say "wrong" to those who believe the MMR-Pro is the way to go for revenues. If you do simple math on what it takes to install even one machine then you will see what I mean, then multiply that with what is needed in total machines to even knock out Bob Lorsch's "burn rate"..I suggest you look at the MMR-Pro as a plow in the field and the seeds being distributed in each farrow behind it as the money making PHR!...The real money is the individual sales of the PHR as dramatically demonstrated by one of our I-Hub members who realized great sales from his friends and family at a recent barbeque at his home. The cumulative monthly income of the PHR user subscription is the real item that MMRF should be building with a viable sales force but instead we have a CEO setting himself up for continued devious ways to get back what money he actually invested in this company and of course continue his lavish lifestyle! Only 2 things will help this company and that is if Bob Lorsch starts hiring salespersons and doing what is right for shareholders or if an entity buys this company outright and we have an honest CEO interested in going after those millions of PHR users currently planning their barbeque's this weekend! I pride myself on my word is my bond and although it has even cost me money to back up my word, at least I can say I "came through" on my word over my 70 year life span! I apologize to all for my misguided trust in the CEO of this company who I have found to be nothing but a person who utilized others ideas in the past and puts out the kool-aid on how smart he is which simply is not true! Concerning salespersons, Bob lorsch's response is "why don't you sale the PHR to these companys you keep talking about?"...His response to hiring of ANY salespersons is complete silence which indicates to me that He and his wife will keep skimming the meager revenue coming in and of course the 5 million dollars He forecast for this year on his latest fluff PR is simply another absolute lie! I drank the kool-aid also on his lie on working 18 hours a day 7 days a week...I find now his time was/is spent chasing phantom entitys who he blames for the PPS drop and creating other fluff PR's hoping to keep all of the kool-aid drinkers happy in their investment!....In closing .. all I can say to any invester in this stock is to keep asking this CEO...Where are the salespersons approaching the many businesses in the L.A. area. Why are you not conducting sales meetings each morning with a sales force and lining up more contacts for this much needed sales force? Your observation on folks that would think nothing of $99.95 a year for the full protection of all their records goes back to posts I made in the past about the Avon Rep. who sales to the ladys on a weekly basis! Sharper Image has had great success with their MP-3 player and health related items they sale thru Avon! Even if MMRF gave them 75% of the first years sub. then it would be well worth it for the renewal of the PHR...Avon Reps could show them their own accounts on the prospective buyers computer and explain it easily! This would entail very little cost to MMRF and enlist over 2 million Worldwide active salespersons currently working every day! Ladys are buying Avon products most every week and would surly take a serious look at MMRF's PHR, and can you imagine what a "BOON' this would mean for PHR sales??...I can..But it was ignored as usual by a poorly educated CEO who does not seem to have a clue about enlisting active sales organizations!..I suggested and gave MMRF names of all the leading Home Security people like ADT,etc. and trying to get BL to enlist these hugh sales organizations who are in the homes/businesses talking about ALL things security wise but still silence from BL....I predict that the highly educated Mr. Langani will not be around much longer as I am sure he is getting tired of BL's bad decisions.. Until this company gets sold to an entity that knows how to put a real sales team together, selling the PHR to the many businesses that could easily sell this money making PHR to their clients/patients, then this company will languish!...Bob Lorsch wants out and is doing all he can to get out. The day I see some new folks with credible credentials in the sales field then I would think Bob Lorsch has finally got rid of his ego and become a "puppetmaster" like all successful CEO's are! Instead the PR today just shows a man enlisting a "czar" of long standing to help facilitate just another PR. Bob Lorsch will never succeed unless He starts hiring some NEW bright sales persons. I do wish Bob Lorsch would turn over the selling of MMRF's products to a qualified and educated person that is young and eager to make a buck like Bob Lorsch used to be when he was young! We need a salesforce instead of folks sitting in chairs and on the telephone and computer hoping to effect something that only a face to face provides and that is REVENUE!...Sales should be in full swing now from the Horse idea, the walk in clinics, the lawyers offices, more home care organizations, Unions, and on and on.....but nothing happens because BL thinks he is the last word on sales and the track record on MMRF so far dictates otherwise...All these opportunitys being ignored and BL seems to be distracted by little things like his personal fortune vanishing to the point where he has got a life insurance policy to assure his wife that her life style will be maintained in case of his passing! What I like about this affiliation is that they do their own due diligence and formulate their own bottom line on what a company is really worth! I will look forward to their summation and hope that patents and partnerships have a real bearing on the true worth of this company! Hope we are in for a big GOOD surprise...I would be happy with 10% of the Bass Group evaluation and then sell the company to an organization that can do true sales....30 or 40 cents a share would be nice...(darn..here comes that nurse with my medications..LOL)..Tiffer
I have always admired Bob Lorsch for his charitable activitys and trying to be as upfront with stockholders as company disclosure would permit. He has (I hope) finally realized that the real revenue is in the PHR and going for PHR's by selling the MMR-PRO was a time and dollar consuming way in a circuitous route to sale PHR's as evidenced by the 14 month activity to get a surgical center up and running!...Bob Lorsch is NOT a salesperson but a marketing guru and does not know how important direct sales is to selling these hard to sell products of the company. If he had started a sales force to sell the PHR with the money making opportunitys as he offered to doctors ie; Unions, Veterinarians, lawyers, and all manner of paper based businesses then we would have been well on our way to a very successful company! I feel he has wasted his time on worrying about spammers, reality tv, while touting about building a 1-2 billion dollar company! Hopefully BL gets salespersons out there selling PHR's to the many individual businesses, as sitting on the phone and trying to make the "Big Deals" just doesn't get it! I am very disappointed in the China deal as we learn that just at the HIMSS conf. was MMRF told to offer a Chinese translation for the PHR! I and perhaps others thought this was a foregone conclusion! Has BL put out a PR touting something like "China will provide MEANINGFUL revenues this year and years in the future"?? No...BL has not, and China doesn't look very lucrative or BL would sure have gave all of us some REAL hope in that quarter! The recent loss of Singhal who was responsible for all of MMRF's IT has left and I suspect that he bumped heads with BL on his lack of perspective on a meaningful sales force...Of course ...just my opinion!..Hope BL has the good sense to finally get a sales force up and running..every little mon&pop insurance agency or whatever would love to make money selling PHR's to all their clients......Tiffer
